Um, I missed the moment when they changed dialogues with Gale in a conversation with drow twins, regarding his wishes to participate
Because old versions sound differently and one had a Persuasion option (25 difficulty) to convince him
Now you just choose 4th option without any checks and he says the same back to you then a whole sex scene happens in all same manner. Sounds like giving him a teasing challenge for his curious nature, by my perspective.
I know many people judge it and find it uncomfortable, manipulative. I just think its vague writing. I dont see why Gale wouldnt say his stern NO if he actually didnt want to do anything with it. Sure I want to know all intentions by writers to make it like that, hopefully not for a sake of mocking, because Gale suffers it from time to time.
WHATS IMPORTANT is 1st option, old dialogues didnt have it. Sure its like the most healthy response. Gale doesnt say anything else back and it ends.
BUT WHAT I FOUND CURIOUS its 2nd and 3rd responses (checked it from different runs)
AND IN BOTH CASES HE ENDS IT LIKE THIS
Well, fellas, thats his No.
But just to literally participate. But not in... watching.
