no bc deadass the rescue bots are straight up mean as hell. like, they arent evil or immoral they’re just rude. to the point where they’re meaner than the decepticons ok like megatron kept avoiding actually gettind rid of starscream despite the constant murder attempts but heatwave was willing to get rid of two of the other bots (blades after he abandoned a rescue bc of an avalanche and blurr bc blurr). heatwave is more ruthless than megatron which is so damn funny. blades keeps insulting people for no good reason (sometimes it makes sense but like quickshadow’s accent and how she talks made him so upset). chase is harder to see but he’s willing to do anything to follow the rules and he tends to repeatedly bring up other people’s issues (i dont think i have to explain but like example is little white lies. that whole episode). boulder is very sweet most of the time but the instant heatwave gets in on it he does too. multiple times in the show this has happened (off the top of my head when blades got the scoop claw hw and boulder were laughing at him and when hw made fun of blades boulder laughed, also heatwave was saying blurr was super annoying and boulder agreed).
to be clear this is a good thing. i wanna see more complex characters who are still fundamentally good people!! you can be callous, have low empathy, be egotistical, get angry, make fun of ur friends and still make good choices and still help people. you at your worst and you at your best are still both you, but your worst being bad doesn’t mean your best isn’t good. especially because morality wise the rescue bots are the best people. i mean, they aren’t war criminals (or regular criminals), they don’t physically harm others, they don’t put others at risk (at least not intentionally), and they literally had to pretend to be actual machines while risking their lives every day. these people who treated them as essentially slaves were who they had to protect. and they did it, over and over again, without hesitation. and i think they deserve to be a bit rude for that, and because their meanness comes from caring. if they didn’t care they wouldn’t bother to speak up and be heard, even if it’s in a disrespectful way. but they do.
anyways idk rescue bots brainrot and the concept of a fundamentally good society have been eating away at me.

Why do right if justice doesn't prevail? Is why the world would fall into moral perils if everyone stopped believing in afterlife, because in this world justice isin’t always served.
The fact the good does not simply end with the book of life is why good is still prevalent, that both good and bad don't simply end when the last page is turned, but live on. Why would anyone write a book if not for the readers, this entails that significance of that book is much greater than the book itself because its meant to be read after its written, if there's no afterlife, everything is ephemeral and so is the book it has no readers, no one to remember. The book is much greater than words and perhaps even the individuals that read it, because of the impact that it creates, without impact words are meaningless.
The belief that afterlife is comforting for people who have lived a regretful life is as flawed as the beleif that no afterlife is comforting for people who are afraid that justice will be served, and they will be held accountable.
Justice demands a life beyond death.
why do right if justice doesnt prevail ? because concience exists.
the only reason you dont commit crime should not be because of fear from jail time, but should be because its bad
Okay, so youre saying that the effect of karma will trickle down into the works of the afterlife, and deal the justice deserved. If that way of thinking, of justice, of karma, is the only thing stopping you from punching someone who did something terrible, well, that guy becomes the winner.
if you let karma do all your dirty work, your no better that an evil henchman.
absolutely, good and bad stil live on, and will continue to live on, no matter how many sequels of the book you read. As long as there is a plot, a storyline, conflict will arise.  And you cannot write of conflict no matter how hard you try, because then the book becomes a biography, a biography where the only plot is your life, and you can end the book at any page you want
Why would anyone write a book, if not for other reader, why create if not to be seen, or heard, or judged. ?  Well, sometimes its the act of creation that brings more satisfaction, than validation of the creation. The need to make is more important than the thing to be made.
If there is no afterlife, life is ephemeral, and it should be. The fact that it ends, is what makes it good. Immortality is never the answer, satisfaction with imperfection is.
Harper Lee wrote Go Set A Watchman 3 years before To Kill A Mockingbird. The book was kept in a locker, for a very long time, with no one to read it. Do you think that because the art was not consumed, it stopped being art ? Should life be remembered to live ? If i die today, and i am forgotten tomorrow, will i have wasted my life ? I say no, because i am remembered today, right now. After i die, why would life matter to me ? It only matters now because i am a part of Life. Its like a book club that you just got invited into because no one else was there.  While youre there, you can chime in and give points and feedback, but the day the kick you out, you will no reason to give a fuck about any of them
I understand if youre living a life where you did not get the justice required, and so you pray that the person who  should face justice, pays for his crimes in his afterlife.
But you dont know if it exists or not, and neither does he, and because he doesnt know, he can die peacfully, knowing that he did not face punishment in his life, but you will die with a grump on your face hoping, wishing, praying something terrible happens to him,
But dying is the last thing you live, and i personally, would not want to die with a frown
If justice exists, justice will handle it when the bad guy is alive. Justice is not supernatural, and karma cant help anyone.
But please, if you feel that death is a gift to the person you hate, feel free to hope for afterlife
