Pros:
Very generous and adventurous - there is rarely a truly boring moment with him, he's always up for something that gives him an adrenaline fix. And he has the wealth to back up his impulsivity - you could be waking up in one country and by dinner you'll be in a completely different one lol
He is... Hot. Not just physically, although he is a gym rat and he does look entirely too good for his personality lol But in the way he can act sometimes, he is dominant, ambitious and works tirelessly to get what he wants. Very determined and his stubborness can be both frustrating and endearing. When he pours his energy into you, you really feel like this man is unstoppable and it's almost intoxicating to be wanted by him.
His capacity to be loving and soft and protective is hidden, but it's there - if you manage to get him addicted, there is this side to him that is intensely romantic. He will shower you in gifts, he will make sure you have the best sex of your life and he will treat you like you deserve the world and he is ready to give it to you ugh
Cons:
Sincerely... Some of the above apply lol He is a stubborn ass, he is arrogant because he knows he's hot and rich, he is impulsive and has a short temper that always gets the better of him, his dominance easily turns to being rude and domineering and even violent.
He is closed off and runs away from committment - he doesn't really 'date', he just happens to fall into patterns with people lol He doesn't do relationships, not like that... And he kinda ruthless, he doesn't care if you have feelings, he will leave your ass oop lol
He genuinely looks down upon on people which is one of his most unattractive attributes - there is no reason for him to be such a dickhead, but he is lol
Pros:
Incredibly smart and charming - he could genuinely dazzle even inanimate objects lol He is a great conversationalist and talking to him is always exciting. His mind moves fast and he has a beautiful vocabulary and those things make him a genuinely fun person to have as part of a conversation.
There is a poeticism to how he loves - he loves people like they were created especially for him, definitely the type to believe in soulmates when he meets someone he falls for. He worships and turns the whole act of courtship into something that feels almost like magic. Even in building habits or doing 'boring' things with you, he finds flair - it is quite a spectacle!
He will memorise every part of you and remember every interaction, every contour of your body, every word you ever say - he is incredibly attentive with his partners and he pours his entire being into being with you, filled with so much passion and need and want it feels almost suffocating.
Cons:
Ha... Good luck getting him to ever date anyone lol He is indescribably heart broken - actually, broken in general lol He doesn't trust love, he doesn't seek it, it hurts... So he keeps things light, because he never wants to experience the loss of love again.
He is generally cold and cerebral and sometimes even cruelly detached - he can put on a mask quite easily and he knows how to diplomatically exit all manners of situations. He also knows how to hurt people... That brain of his, all the attention he can pour into people, all the things he's memorised about you... Yeah, he is the type of guy that will say something so devastating while wearing a tight-lipped smile...
He is a lot to handle - a lot of insecurities, a lot of trauma, a lot of contradictions, a lot of wonder and beauty and yeah... If you're lucky, you will feel grounding to him, slowing him down. If not, he will take you down with you...
Pros:
Oh my fucking god, everything lol I'm kidding, but Roger is genuinely one of the warmest, kindest people you'll ever meet. He is generous and gentle, but also exciting in a sense, built for thrill and sensuality at the same time. He loves like he does everything else, with so much zeal and passion he can shatter your entire world before putting it back together a hundred times better than it was.
He is such a romantic - if you want someone that always seeks your touch, someone that will love you unconditionally, love you like he can't breathe without you... Look no further, this is the man for you lol He is vocal about his love and he will make you feel like you're in a romance book! There is no lengths this man wouldn't go to to please his partners - truly such a pleaser (wink wink) lol
He is confident, attractive, charming, but at the same time there is a disarming earnestness about him... Sure, he can dazzle the entire world with a smile, but when he smiles at you, it's different. He can withstand hundreds of journalists and make everyone pine after him with a few words - but he will be tongue-tied around you and he will stumble over his words, because he still can't believe how lucky he is to get to talk to you! He's very loyal like that ugh
Cons:
Too stubborn for his own good, sometimes. When he sees a challenge, he can't help himself, he wants to conquer it - not always the most helpful trait to have, although it's served him well in his career.
He is a bit... Not realistic? Lol His feet are not entirely planted on planet Earth, his upbringing and current life a tad unconventional. He doesn't like things to be pointed out and it's easy to hurt his ego by mentioning that it's a bit ridiculous that he believes he can jump the queue sometimes or doesn't fully know how to do his taxes or budget... If you're with him, you need to understand his life style comes with him. That includes a lot of travel, a lot of fans and press and generally what being in the public eye gets you.
He is jealous and possessive. He doesn't really confront you about it, however, he sulks lol The sulking is honestly one of his most annoying traits... One second he is sunny and affable and loving and the next you're meeting a glacial shoulder and curt words and a slightly arrogant, annoying, petulant child lol I truly wish it on no one lol

In preparation for me adding another connected OC, here’s some headcanons about Roger and Mikhail, because they exist in the same universe:
- Roger spotted Mikhail and brought him to the attention of McLaren who eventually offered him a position
- Mikhail’s car is bought by Roger because he really wanted it
- Mikey looks up to Roger because, hey best racer in the world, but also because he’s openly gay and thriving and that makes him think that whatever his sexuality is, he can make it as well
- Roger likes the idea of letting Mikhail take over him one day and he’s taken to the kid because he brought excitement to the sport back; Mikey is rough around the edges, but has a lot of potential and talent, more than Roger had when he started
- Lil Roger headcanon: he’s been offered some insane stuff by other teams to join them, but Roger always turns them down; he’s fiercely loyal to McLaren, they gave him a chance when he was young and have always been in his life. Some people there are family friends, his dad having worked for them for decades
- Despite being cocky about predictions regarding him surpassing Roger, Mikey has an insane amount of respect for the man; he’s taken a similar approach to his work ethic and also listens to his advice when it comes to personal relationships
