#i saw the argument and wow…anyways. that was straight bs#my issue is how it was phrased as ‘you should all know this & yr wrong for ignoring it’#have your lil headcanon idc but that’s nawt canon lmfao. batfam would’ve existed no matter which#kid became Robin next. it was the marketing at the time realizing robin and co. were profitable as batman’s family in some sense#defs wasn’t tim disrespecting the memory of bruce’s dead son by saying he got himself killed every 2 mins#or disrespecting steph as if she has less of a reason to be vigilante than he does#all of the arguments were literally just dc having Tim make connections but now how many of those are meaningful & more beneficial to the#OTHER character than they are to Tim? how many of these can we say treat the other character as good as they do Tim? the answer is none#he’s not the heart of shit. and im angry about it because when I first read him I rlly thought he was going to be. but he wasn’t.
