Roos is an professional stop motion artist, she working both as an model maker and an animator. Roos is based at Hangar Puppet Animation Studio in Bristol,UK. That is a shared workshop and studio of independent stop motion artists.

Roos discovered stop motion animation when she was growing up in the Netherlands and she started building sets and puppets in her bedroom and learned what she could from online resources.
