Mother Of The Bride || . The love between a mother and her daughter is beautiful to experience and I think this has been captured perfectly here. . . Nicola was just like any other mother of the bride, happy, nervous, excited. Question Time | How Long Will The Makeup Take? . . I personally allow 1 hour for the brides makeup and 45 minutes for each bridal party member. I tend to buffer in time between each application so I can tidy and rearrange my work area. . . For a full booking of 5 people I would say 4.5/5 hours would be more than enough time to get everyone ready. What fragrance are you loving right now? . . My love affair for @shayandbluelondon fragrances started 18 months ago when I was purchasing a gift for my mum. . . Being the indecisive person I am at times I couldn't choose what to get her so I purchased the Cherry Blossom and a mini gift set of 5 different fragrances. Needless to say I ended up keeping one and knowing that Cherry Blossom is my mums favourite scent I gave the mini set a home in my beauty room! . . Out of the 5 I fell in love with 3 of them and have since gone on to purchase a full size of one of them for now, though no doubt the collection will grow. . . The fragrances in my eyes smell delicious, they don't have that fake smell that some other brands have, you can tell from the first spritz that Shay and Blue are made with quality ingredients and want you to have that luxury experience. They feel expensive, look and smell expensive which ticks all my boxes. I think of the fragrance like a good quality item of clothing that you know when you invest in it you are going to get a very good quality piece like no other and most importantly something that lasts (the scent of course). . . New Kit Addition || . . I really felt like my kit was lacking a variety of shimmers so when I saw this @lauramercier palette at the end of last year I knew it would be a great addition. . . I already have 2 eyeshadow palettes from the brand and they are amazing, so easy to blend and the pigment is crazy good. . . I trained in Bridal makeup over 4 years ago it was actually the very first training I ever did in makeup so I started my career with an understanding of how different bridal makeup is to everyday makeup and how it needs to be tailored to last all day and night and to photograph well. . .
