प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने नेपाल के लुंबिनी में इंटरनेशनल कन्वेंशन सेंटर एंड मेडिटेशन हॉल में आयोजित 2566वें बुद्ध जयंती समारोह में भाग लिया। उनके साथ नेपाल के प्रधानमंत्री माननीय शेर बहादुर देउबा और उनकी पत्नी डॉ. आरजू राणा देउबा भी इस समारोह में उपस्थित थीं।

वहां उपस्थित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों में नेपाल के माननीय संस्कृति, पर्यटन एवं नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्री श्री प्रेम बहादुर अले, जोकि लुंबिनी डेवलपमेंट ट्रस्ट (एलडीटी) के अध्यक्ष भी हैं, लुंबिनी के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री कुल प्रसाद केसी, एलडीटी के उपाध्यक्ष आदरणीय मेतैय्या शाक्य पुट्टा और नेपाल सरकार के कई मंत्री शामिल थे।

दोनों प्रधानमंत्रियों ने वहां उपस्थित भिक्षुओं, बौद्ध विद्वानों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतिभागियों सहित लगभग 2500 लोगों को संबोधित किया।

Hadir kali ini sebagai narasumber pada acara Bincang Komunikasi, Selasa (19/12/2023), Kadek Raos Amerta Agustina atau yang akrab dipanggil Oca itu membeberkan alasannya membuat inovasi Last Lap Youtube (Live Streaming Layanan Administrasi Perizinan melalui Kanal Youtube). Dimana pada kanal youtube ini akan diberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menanyakan kendala terkait perizinan OSS-RBA maupun Si-Ajaib. Oca menyebut alasan dibalik inovasi ini adalah karena masih terlihat pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Buleleng pemohon izin masih berdatangan ke kantor untuk mengurus permohonan izinnya, hal ini disebabkan karena pemohon masih awam terkait dengan teknis administrasi perizinan. Oleh sebab itu dibuatlah Inovasi baru untuk menunjang Inovasi SPBE sebelumnya agar dapat bergerak secara maksimal. Dijelaskan olehnya, Last Lap Youtube adalah inovasi yang ditawarkan saat ini. Inovasi ini merupakan transformasi pendampingan layanan perizinan yang sekarang dilakukan secara manual diubah kearah digital. Dengan inovasi ini akan memudahkan masyarakat untuk berkonsultasi terkait administrasi perizinan yang kurang dimengerti, sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi untuk jauh- jauh datang ke kantor. "Masyarakat tinggal berkunjung ke khanal youtube DPMPTSP. Disana sudah ada narasumber yang menjelaskan dan masyarakat bisa tanya lewat kolom komentar tanpa harus ke kantor. Sehingga masyarakat bisa menemukan solusi terkait kendala perizinan," tegasnya. Berbicara tentang kendala, Oca menegaskan bahwa tentu banyak kendala yang ditemui dalam pengembangan inovasi ini. Salah satunya adalah dari segi jaringan maupun keterlibatan narasumber. Alhasil semuanya itu bisa diatasi dengan berjalannya waktu sehingga inovasi ini bisa berjalan dan sudah diuji cobakan. "Astungkara hasil uji cobanya menuai respon masyarakat yang sangat antusias meskipun saat ini lingkupnya masih kecil. Ini akan kami kembangkan lagi sehingga tahun depan bisa semakin dioptimalkan," sambungnya. Ke depan pihaknya mencanangkan akan mengajak instansi lain untuk bersinergi dalam inovasi ini sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat hanya lewat smartphone maupun komputer atau laptop khususnya Instansi pengampu perizinan. "Tentu harapan saya ingin memudahkan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi khususnya terkait perizinan.
