Ganesha in Upanishads, Puranas, Tantras and Stotras
Today I would like to share from a list of sources (which are currently available) which discuss and elaborately explain the Ganesha tattva. let us remember lord Ganesha, his glory on this auspicious day.Upanishads

are the upanishads that establish ganapati as the para brahman (supreme absolute god)

3. Ganesha Khanda of brahma vaivarta purana tell us about Ganesha
skanda mahapurana, shiva purana, varaha purana, agni purana, narada purana and other puranas also contain texts or even dedicated chapters to Ganapati. apart from these texts, mantra shastras and stotra sahitya (hymns) by various sages, saints and scholars praise the glory of lord Ganesha.
A tantra work called vainayaka tantra or vinayaka tantra also elaborately discuss Ganesha and the mode of worshiping his different forms. certain samhitas (of agamic or tantric tradition) like vashishta samhita and kumara samhita (describing specific forms of ganesha are also found.) and fragments of rudrayamala tantra.
Adi Shankara bhagavad pada the great guru belonging to advaita doctrine has composed many hymns on Ganesha like Ganesha pancharatnam, Ganesha bhujanga prayata stotra, Ganapatya the tradition of worshiping Lord Ganesha as the supreme tattva has many more texts and philosophical aspects and explanations which are passed through in the tradition.

#MotiDungri is a #HinduTemple complex dedicated to #LordGanesha in #Jaipur, #Rajasthan. It was built in 1761 under supervision of Seth Jai Ram Palliwal. The temple is a popular tourist attraction in the city. The #MotiDungriTemple is situated at bottom of the #MotiDungriHill and the fort of Moti Dungri in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The icon of the #GodGanesha established in the temple is said to be more than five-hundred years old, and was brought here in 1761 by Seth Jai Ram Pallival who was accompanying Maharaja Madho Singh I, from Udaipur. It was brought to Udaipur from Gujarat. The temple was built under Pallival's supervision. The trunk of the sindoor-coloured Ganesha icon is rightwards. Devotees offer laddo sweets, at least, 1.25 lakh devotees pay respect to Ganesha every year. A fair is organized every Wednesday in the temple complex. There is a lingam (icon of the god Shiva) in the #MotiDungriFort complex, which open to visitors once a year on Mahashivratri, the festival of Shiva.The #BirlaMandir shrine dedicated to the deities Lakshmi Narayan is situated south of Ganesha temple. Hanuman and Ganesha : The Adi Antha Prabhu
Adhi antha prabhu - A combination of ganesha and hanuman. A temple is situated in madhyakailash chennai tamil nadu to the joint form of Ganesha and hanuman.
The forms of lord ganesha and hanuman has many similarities and connections. The name adhi antha prabhu owes its original to the south indian bhajans sampradaya. Adhi means beginning and antha means end. Ganesha is prayed to in the beginning and the bhajan ends with prayer to hanuman. Ganesha the killer of obstacles and hanuman the essence of devotion . Hanuman is the rudra the destroying aspect of lord Shiva. In scriptures like parashara samhita, adhyathma ramayanam etc the birth of hanuman to shiva and paRvati is narrated. He is a combination of the powers of lord vishnu and shiva. Likewise, in brahma vaivarta purana it is said that Ganesha is the incarnation of lord krishna. Saint thyagaraja also records that ganesha is the elephant faced incarnation of lover hanuman. In his krithi 'shree gananatham bhajamyaham' the scriptural sources quoted as proof is a text called sangraha ramayana.
Hanuman and Ganesha have common characteristics like blessing us with wisdom and strength, removing ill effects of Saturn, clearing obstacles etc. There are two names in Ganesha sahasranamam signifying this divine connection. Pavananandana meaning he who made the air happy (by incarnating as his son) this name indicates that he is hanuman.
