Went to the Gintama Popup shop at Shinjuku Marui Annex today!! 😍😍😍

I love how everyone is drawn especially GinTaka!!!! 🥹🥹🙏🙏 aaaaa their height difference 🩵💜🩵💜🩵💜

(actually Hijikata looks weird.. but anyway...)

My loot for today and freebies 💕

(Gin-chan cup sleeve and GinTaka cloth posters were sold out huhu I might drop by again next weekend to see if they get restocked)

Visited the Gintama Popup Shop at Tokyo Station~

(I love the chibi GraffArt illustrations!! 🥰)

It's not an actual brick and mortar shop; just a stall~

They're also selling old merch like the plushies, waiwai keychains, and metal charms 👀✨

I bought the Gintama Valentine's Day chocolates from the popup shop in Yurakucho Marui a few weeks ago XD Both the Yorozuya and Shinsengumi versions 🤪🤪 (I'm a sucker for chocolates, berries, and nuts so I grabbed these immediately 😂😂)

The chocolates were produced by Maqui's, a confectionery shop based in Kobe *-*

Yorozuya flavour is Ruby Strawberry (contains cranberries and pistachios, too) while the Shinsengumi one is Dark Nuts (contains almonds, cashews, pecans, goji berries, pistachios) 🤤🤤

I liked the Shinsengumi choco better tbqh. The dried strawberries and cranberries in the Yorozuya choco weren't to my taste.. or at least the texture of the dried berries didn't work for me 🫠🫠🫠 it felt like I was munching on pieces of styrofoam 😭😭😂😂 I liked the ruby chocolate by itself tho 🥹🥹

I love this lineup so much!! There's so much variety in the goods—cushions, acrylic stands, keychains, mugs, stickers, can badges, chocolates, etc. If only it had Takasugi, I would have splurged more hahaha!
