Happy Valentine’s Day! I can’t express how grateful I am to have you in my life. And to be yours. You make me so happy and I am so excited to be spending another Valentine’s Day with you.
First, I found this kitty keychain that splits apart. And you know how much I love matching things! Next, it wouldn’t be Valentine’s Day without roses, right? So I did a thing and found these. And they’ll last forever too! Lastly, to get into the fun spooky stuff, a bat. Because he’s cute. And he’s pink! So that means he’s a Valentine’s bat.
Okay, maybe there’s something else but I can’t quite tell you about it here. So you’ll just have to wait until tonight after we go ghost hunting and running around the city.

For our resident plant mama... first some really fun wine glasses! I laughed a little too hard. And the next one is a butterfly puddler, which I felt fitting because gardens and butterflies.
Cage
A backpack for your travels. You're busy and you've got a lot to do! So this is for a future trip somewhere special. And a make-your-own-game kit, something you and Colton can do together, which is pretty cool, I think!
Chloe
Some coloring pencils since we talked a little bit about being creative! Well, you can use these for just doodling or anything you want, really! And I found this plus tamagotchi which I found to be really funny and cute.
Brooksie
I saw these cufflinks that are made of the workings of a watch. They look really snazzy to me, honestly. The bag is something I also thought was pretty cool, something to help your work at the farm and moving stuff around.

To one of my best friends here and anywhere, I think these earrings are really cute, and they go with almost anything, right? And the slippers made me think of you, being stylish and colorful.

Merry Christmas, friends! I got you some festive (and hopefully useful) gifts to celebrate, because what else are friends for? First off, I got you all a planner for the upcoming year. Hopefully, it will be useful in the upcoming year when you continue to do amazing things. The next gift was definitely a labor of love, but I crocheted everyone some ornaments for your tree. Hoping it looks nice on your tree in the upcoming year! Next, I got cozy slippers, because who doesn't like festive slippers? Che is enthusiastic and not afraid to be a little bit weird. As an only child, he grew up indulged and also free to be himself, and was encouraged to be both very confident and very humble. He’s the sort of person who can sometimes end up putting his foot in his mouth, but he’s also deliberately cheeky and silly at times. Che holds his principles close to him and is the sort who open shares his opinions and beliefs and acts on them. A bit of a geek, he’s always happy to talk about any of his passions, from music to movies to games he plays to books he’s reading.

BACKGROUND/BIO
Chetan grew up as a firm believer in a lot of things- the ability to work hard to make your dreams come true, the kindness of people, the power of true love. Like many children, as he grew up he learned that some of these things are a lot more complicated than they seem. In his early years, he was a bit spoiled as the only child of his parents, who are first generation Indian-Americans. They always had high hopes for the success of their son, who was something of a “gifted” kid and a sense of belief in the American dream, which had worked out for them very well. For the most part, he was a happy kid who spent his time doodling or writing or doing whatever he wanted.
When he was a young teenager, his world was shaken up by his parents’ divorce, which seemed sudden to him. To this day, he’s not sure of the full extent of his father’s possible emotional infidelity, but to the mind of a teenage boy, it wouldn’t have mattered anyway. He soon began to resent the woman and her child, his future stepsister Stelly, for ruining his perfect family. Despite the fact that his mother also remarried within a few years, giving him another stepfamily, he showed a huge preference for his mother throughout his teenage years. Chetan was never the sort to actually cut out his father or even consider it, but it didn’t mean he wasn’t due his share of teenage angst.
Nonetheless, he channeled this emotion into a love for writing and music. With the money from his part time job, he bought a second hand guitar and taught himself to play so he could write the music to accompany his lyrics or poetry. He’d practice performing and even play for friends, and when he wasn’t working on that, he was scribbling away at a few ideas for novels. His parents agreed to let him study writing at university as long as he chose something more practical to go with it, so he chose business.
After spending his undergraduate years in New York, getting practice for writing, life, and a strong disdain for people who lacked kindness, he returned to Merrock after his graduation. It’s not that he gave up on writing, but he understood that the dream alone could not pay the bills, unless he wanted to teach. Instead, he took a job at a local bank and worked his way up to the role of loan officer. Did the proximity to American capitalism slowly suck away his soul? Sure. But it was a living and allowed him free time to write. Plus, being able to fully repair the relationship with his father certainly made his life a bit better.
He found his real joy in being able to perform for others. Merrock is a small town, but it’s not without its arts and culture. Chetan can be found at almost any open mic night performing a few original songs or poems as well as covers and he loves to talk to others about writing and his other passions whenever he can. It’s when he does these things that he’s most happy. Plus, there’s no satisfaction like the collective groan when you start to play “Wonderwall.”

It took all the strength in me not to spoil you, and I failed miserably!
So first of all, I found this cool necklace that has a pop of color (but is still predominantly black). It felt very in the mood for any badass outfit that I know you'll pull together. Next, is something I found that I thought was cute and that you should put on your desk at work! A mini lil motivational potato. Just so you also know how proud I am of you being at Merrock Times now! So just know when things get tough, think of this little cutie (and the potato 😉). Lastly, it's not a birthday without a sweet treat (or two, or five). So... you get cookies!

Next is a fairy necklace that kind of reminds me of the fairies we dressed up as during Halloween. And a little pixie dust, because we were the cutest fairies ever. Lastly is a turntable. I know you love your music, and this one is really cute and it fits on a table too! I also got a little something for Bowie as well.

That sums it up, mostly. But you know... being me, there's lots for me to just say about you. How you make me laugh endlessly and how you put up with me and my little crazy habits here and there. And for dressing up like a fairy with me. Spending time with you is probably one of my favorite things in the world, and you're always gonna be my favorite cute bartender here in town (or anywhere.)
Anyway! I found these really cute matching dinosaur bracelets. They're funny and quirky and come in a pair! Next, is a sweater which is pretty much within your color scheme but it's also a little bit sassy. Next is a shot glass that made me laugh, because... well... you get it. This polaroid camera will be a fun way to capture some great memories and hang them around! Plus it's retro and cute and I'll probably steal it to take a million selfies and place them all around your room so I'll always be there. Lastly is a little project I've been keeping under-wraps, it's one of my favorite pictures of you that I decided to make into a painting. I wanted to do something different since watercolor isn't my usual medium but I really love how it turned out!
