Sunrise or shadow for the WIP guessing game!
OH! I have something for both but I really want to go with shadow! So have some Tatooine Husbands:
"Well," he said finally remembering what this was about, their discussion, "the Tusken call me your shadow. I can be that for a while then until I know what I want to make of the pieces I have left of me."
And that at least was an option. That was something to hold onto.
"You see," Ben started with a soft smile lightening his expression, "In Tusken culture, shadows are powerful and very positive. They provide shelter and offer a degree of safety. So I am honoured to have you as my shadow, Cody, and you should be honoured to have this title bestowed upon you."

Sunday WIPS
I simply wanted to share some writing progress for something that was supposed to be very small and is now a large monster very close to my heart.
He wanted to say all was forgiven, too. Truly, he wanted that, but he could not. This would take time, the wounds were still fresh, they were deep and had started festering over the weeks and the closing needed time.
"I accept your apology," he said instead. Because he did and because that would be the first step to healing slowly, acceptance and then moving forward.

Oh, but Rex had loved it all and Cody loved Rex. It was that easy to explain anything he had ever done. He loved his people above his pride and he would have given the matter of his soul if that would have been enough to make all of them happy and healthy.

Somebody wrote "everybody who want to do this" in their tags so watch me do this without being tagged because I have no clue what's in my WIP folder. Guess we find out together lol.
