As for the recommendations, I don’t have any character/reader because I don’t read that, it doesn’t interest me. If you want character/character tho, I do have some faves (that aren’t mine xD). Bear in mind that since this is a curated list of my favorite fics, it will be mostly Spetsnaz content, a lot of NSFW stuff (I’ll indicate which ones are NSFW), all bottom Kapkan ofc, some BanditJäger, and occasionally other kind of stuff. So if that still sounds good to you, let’s see:

- Stray Puppy by @todragonsart honestly a must read, imo, such a great story!

- Russian roulette by @todragonsart, GlazKan where Kapkan is kidnapped and Glaz gets angry.

- The whole of Whumptober from @grain-crain-drain, I mean, anything from Grunkle is worth reading, but that collection is one of my faves.

- Wrong place, wrong time by magpiedeployed, an amazing GlazKan story. NSFW

- Fantasizing by @bbottombunk (at least I hope the tumblr and author are the same, if not, sorry!). A really good Tachanka/Kapkan and the fandom desperately needs more of that. NSFW

- Bagel bites by @zer0kaji, it’s angsty BanditJäger but not overly angsty stuff.

- Mistakes like this by @sheepish-uwu, another of my NSFW GlazKan indulgences.

- From @sheepish-uwu too, they’re unfinished by they are SO good: Sun models (Gridlock/Mira) and The Lion and the Lamb (DocLion)

- Dopamine by @juduseye, it’s so, so good and nuanced and I love that story, it’s what made me start shipping Doc/Castle!

- Vacation mode by @lecielazure, it’s yet another NSFW GlazKan story on my list of faves yes, and I adore this one.

- Love games by Hetsez. While FuzeJäger is not my favorite ship ever (and it has mentions of BliBan, which I really dislike), this story is superb, fantastically written, and the one that inspired me to start writing fic for this fandom too. It has some NSFW chapters.

- Home by @kabetsuhead, such a fluffy and adorable GlazKan fic, very underrated in my opinion.

- The fires of Spring by @painfulstitches17, is a treasure of a story, especially fi you’re a BanditJäger shipper.

- Drunk on you by @randomfandomsbro, another sweet and funny GlazKan ficlet that I love.

- Becoming the prey by @tartaricing, a really good NSFW Tachanka/Kapkan.

- Into the dark by @ee-vvaa, this author has other amazing stories, but this SAS centric hurt/comfort ficlet is seriously underrated in my personal opinion.

** And now, the @kiruuuuu corner, cause I have a few favorite stories that are hers:

- These two NSFW GlazKan one-shots @kiruuuuu wrote for me. I’m still crying over them 🙏

- Impulsive decisions, a delicious NSFW Pulse/Thermite one-shot. NSFW

- Making out like a Bandit, aka that one pre-Rainbow BanditJäger story. NSFW

- Catkan, where Tachanka and Kapkan get married. NSFW

- Don’t forget your jacket, it’s going to get wet, one of the hottest BanditJäger stories I’ve read. NSFW
