um tw injury talk? in works of fiction

its me palpating areas that characters get wounded (or like visualising the anatomy) to see what the realistic repercussions of their injuries might be NJFKSK but also one of my... not pet peeves bc it doesnt annoy me that much but one of the things i dont get, especially in anime, is when characters have literal HOLES in them and they're still fricken standing OR LIKE spoilers utc for naruto lol

like rin/kakashi/obito etcetc idk like when they have the literal hole in the middle of their chest ---- where is your spine. how is your body being uspported right now. why can you still walk. idk why i dont fuss about the heart but the SPINE. ?????????????
