Yknow fwiw I do wish I lived in an environment where basic anger management was useful because I DO know how to communicate and discuss things like a normal person even if maybe I'm still bad at getting my points across and it usually means the discussion may take longer than it should but it's like

Literally the most basic shit. "Please don't do this thing it bothers me here's why" and its ignored or "please if you do x do y after because if you don't then I have to do it or it doesn't get done and I am so tired" and it gets ignored.
