spy x family x lookism
has anyone ever done dg x gun? has anyone ever even thought of that? no? well let me try and convince you to convince Me to someday write the only valid spy x family!lookism au i can think of instead of just you know. shitting it out on tumblr and leaving it to rot
1. gun park as loid forger
spy man from foreign country (pretend he’s japanese) sneaks into new country (korea) under disguise to stop a war (the 4 crews) by assassinating military advisor (charles choi) of the president (steve hong)
has multiple names: spy name ‘white oni’, previous names include ‘yamazaki yuzuru’, current given name is ‘park jong gun’
currently works as bodyguard and fake husband to idol singer ‘dg’
does not know real identity (mercenary) of his fake husband
2. dg as yor forger
sweet and angelic by day (idol dg, real name kang dagyeom), won’t hesitate to shed blood and commit violence by night (james lee / ‘legend’)
is most often hired by charles choi to do his dirty work but cannot disobey bc charles choi has dirt on him (committing violence and breaking the law)
hopes someone will destroy charles choi for him so he can finally be free
does not know real identity (spy) of his fake husband
3. daniel park as anya forger
age 5 to start with, was orphaned after mother passed away and father (park jinyoung) was arrested for conducting illegal experiments on kids
is adopted by gun park first, but dg also warms up to him, which is great bc he now has 1) two doting parents 2) life like a spy kdrama
psychic due to pjy experiments and has excellent common sense but is academically a bit of a dumdum. math is his worst enemy
knows secret identities of both parents but they don’t know he knows
4. jay hong as damian desmond
second son of the president but does not hold a candle to his superstar hyung kitae even tho he’s smartest out of all jae won prestigious elementary school first graders and probably could handle third grade homework
gun originally wants daniel to befriend jay to get closer to steve hong and then charles choi by default, does not expect the father son relationship to be so terrible
falls in love with daniel at first sight when daniel punches kid zack (re: damian Anya Can Do No Wrong filter) but suffers from extreme social anxiety so he comes off as tsun a lot
5. others of note
zoe as becky: adores daniel like a blood brother, idolizes dg
goo as franky: the fun uncle! but horrible with kids
kouji as handler: brings messages from the big boss but is more chill about things.
eugene as yuri: unhealthy obsession with knowing what dg is doing all the time. onesided childhood friend of dg
the rest of j high squad + johan: the rest of janiel’s class. issues crop up, daniel solves those issues to make friends in the name of world peace, dg wonders how such a bully like gun managed to raise such a sweet son
crystal: charles choi’s middle school aged daughter + hi bye friends with kitae. hence the jay to kitae to crystal to charles choi pipeline (aka gun’s plan 2 for Project Friendship)

I’ve been avoiding writing the inevitable for weeks- My thoughts on how S5 is going so far.
Ep1: Sam was great... except he can lose Ben Franklin’s glasses.
Soph has a lot of trouble being convincing in normal scenes. She can’t play content and happy, but does better in scenes where she can be scared or angry.
Cait spent most of the episode squinting her eyes while doing closed mouth smiles. Is her aging makeup restricting her facial movement?
Rik looked like a stuffed toad in the colonial wedding outfit.
Then we were subjected to that gosh awful song by RR 🥴 which was a nauseating lead-in to the menage a trois scene. Awful background music for a sex scene. 🤮
Jamie & Claire had some cute parts like when she was pulling his boots off. But cute doesn’t cut it anymore as this show is already on borrowed time. And no, I’m not even going to mention Broger or Murcosta “sex.” 🤢
Jamie coming out in the kilt was wonderful. The kilt itself is a character that has been sorely missed in the series even though Jamie still wore it in the books quite often.
———————
Ep2: I can pretty much skip over this episode all together because to me any episode where Jamie and Claire have zero scenes together is highly forgettable. Though Sam is a terrific actor and can spin gold out of any shit storyline they are shoveling at him.
Claire & her plates of mold and the boring surgery storylines-I can do with a lot less of.
—————
Ep3: “Tender Frasers” these domestic fireside chats are high up on the list of necessities. Not! They haven’t seen each other for many days or even weeks! The Jamie and Claire I know would be tearing the clothes off each other to reconnect. Rubbing their faces on each other like Nala & Simba isn’t doing it for anybody! And if you disagree you are or probably lying to yourself.
Then a total screwup when they had Jamie staring lovingly at Bree before they rode off, and the two didn’t even say goodbye to each other! Ugh 🤦‍♀️
The Beardsley house was to be expected but they took up about 2/3 of the episode there...way too much time on another boring storyline. Yes they followed the book there but Fiery Cross isn’t 1400 pages for nothing! Many boring parts in the book as well. DG herself admitted she didn’t have enough time to edit the book properly.
————————
Ep4: The Browns...followed the book. But it’s a boring part of the book imo. It gave them a way to pass the baby off to another family. J&C’s discussion about whether to keep the baby was sweet.
“The Waltons” music they played during Morton’s declaration of love was just weird. Then we had Jamie’s foreshadowing that ep5 would not have any Jamie and Claire scenes together since he was sending her home early lol. Thanks for the warning Colonel.
——————-
Ep5: the constant switching back and forth to the useless storyline in the 1960’s was distracting and a time waster. Nope Matt & Maril, we didn’t forget that Claire is a time traveler. ...
Sidenote: doesn’t it piss you off that Matt and Maril are together in real life and had twins last year- they both work on outlander and are allowed to be together, while Cait & Sam have been forced to hide their relationship for many years now. Anyway, back to the programming. Fuck u Hirsch, Albrect, Parnell and any other douche nozzles involved.
What else can I say about this episode? I thought it was actually acted well by all parties. But yet another episode where Jamie and Claire barely had a scene together. 2 min together during the whole episode doesn’t cut it! And since Frank couldn’t be present, they just had to throw in the sick patient with the name Menzies 😂
———————
Thinking ahead to Ep6 🤔👀🥴 I am looking forward to the barn scene which is possibly the best scene in the entire 1400 pages of the Fiery Cross. Which is why I’m scared and hopeful at the same time. I can easily see these writers royally screwing up one of the best sex scenes in the book. Will they take away Jamie’s best line “look down damn you! watch while I take ye!” Drunk Jamie sex 🙌 Will we be given the scene earlier where Jamie is pissed that she’s in the stable with Wylie? Then he kisses her angrily and passionately in front of all the onlookers? What about the “footsie” scene that is right before Claire walking down to drunk Jamie on the staircase? I am not hopeful that all those things will be included. And I don’t wait up till the wee hours anymore to watch the episode drop on the app. It can usually wait till morning.

I feel as if I haven’t written any Richonne meta in ages, so just sharing a few musings now.
I was thinking about them recently in regard to shipping and other pairings I’ve shipped. Richonne is my ultimate OTP for a number of reasons (that I’m sure many of you know), but what had me smiling and flailing the other night was thinking about how amazing the Richonne shipping journey has been. Shipmates who have been here from S3 know what I’m talking about. How we took the fence scene, ‘common interests’, and ‘something else’ and ran with it. How our ship went from being an underdog OTP to one of the most popular in fandom.
I’ve spoken about it a few times how I never expected to be shipping Rick and Michonne when she was introduced on the show. I was just so stoked to see her finally, and then they met at the fence and I turned into utter absolute trash for them.
Admittedly, I guess I can understand why some people were surprised by them going canon; after all, they weren’t together in the source material and it wasn’t as if they were Flirting™ constantly or any of those overused plot devices that writers use to set up romances. We owe a lot to the way that AL played Rick and how the attraction on his part was obvious in his body language. No one, besides Scotty G, knew for certain that they’d get together, and for me, that was one of the best things about shipping pre-canon Richonne: There were no guarantees they’d get together, even though we knew they were well-suited.
The journey to canon was great (with the exception of fandom nonsense and crazy Rick). It was lovely to see them growing closer.
I love how their relationship formed over time:
-They started off as strangers with trust issues
-Were found to have common interests, thus becoming allies
-“I think she might be one of us”
-Eventually grew to respect one another
-Became friends
-Michonne became Rick’s best friend and confidant
-Co-parents to Carl and Judy
-Housemates
-And finally *breathes deeply* lovers, or as Andrew Lincoln puts it, Warrior Lovers
I bring all of this up again because I do actually ship a lot of other pairings on other shows that I watch. For the most part, it’s been somewhat frustrating shipping others. Even though some of the pairings are canon in the source material, or their attraction was evident because of romantic plot devices, or you just knew they were going to get together because of their interactions. Still, with all of this overt setting-up of their romances, they still don’t come close to Richonne.
AL and DG play their characters and know their motivations so well that we saw the chemistry between the characters before Scotty G even let anyone know he wanted Rick and Michonne together. We could see that they were good for one another; we could see how they were different with one another. How Michonne respected Rick as a leader and a man even when they were at odds. How Rick’s whole demeanour changed when he was around Michonne and how he followed her advice and respected her decisions.
I love how when they finally got together that it was in such a relaxed moment of domesticity. There was no angst or anything like that. It was these two survivors who were given a moment to catch their breaths, only to have the other take it away again in the best, most delicious kind of way *sighs*
Tumblr media
Shipping Richonne these past few years has been wonderful, and even though the content at SDCC this year was less than exciting, going into S8 I am keen to see what the future holds for our OTP.

NTEB PROPHECY NEWS PODCAST: COVID-19 Has Absolutely Impacted And Changed The Entire World, It Is A Biblical Pestilence From Matthew 24?
The headlines today are screaming at us, telling us to wake up and look around, to open our King James Bibles and connect the dots of what is truly happening. COVID-19 is not a pestilence like AIDS, Ebola, SARS, MERS chicken pox, scarlet fever or anything else, it is the Pestilence that has changed the world.
As I write this we are approximately 38 days here in America into the nation-wide COVID-19 shut down of the US economy, and a suspension of our freedoms and liberties the likes of which has heretofore never been seen since our founding in 1776. Globally, every major nation on earth is undergoing similar measures. There can be no question that the world is being shaken to its core, the only question is why, and why now?
“For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts.” Haggai 2:6-8 (KJB)
On this episode of the NTEB Prophecy News Podcast, we are looking into the ‘beginning of sorrows’ in Matthew 24, with some of the only verses in the entire chapter that can be rightly divided and applied to the Church Age, and examine the COVID-19 phenomenon in light of the prophesied ‘pestilences’ that Jesus said would precede the time of Jacob’s trouble. Our time, in the days before the Pretribulation Rapture of the Church.

On our Sunday and Wednesday night radio bible study, we are preaching and teaching the gospel of the grace of God, rightly divided and dispensationally correct, to a truly global audience who is hungry for the word. These programs would not be possible without your generous support. Listen to just a few of the recent comments we have gotten:
“The sole purpose of this email to you is to let you know how much we have been blessed by your amazing ministry/website. ‘We’ is my wife and I, in our early forties, 3 kids, professing, churchgoing, bible believing Christians in The Netherlands.  Since two months, I listen to your bible studies on Sunday evening, and since this week also to your prophecy podcast. I listen to them in the archives, because of the 6 hour time difference. The shofar and the blessing at 0:30 into the study never fails to make tears in my eyes. We are praying for you, we are praying for your voice, that it lasts in these incredible busy times for you. Listening to your podcasts, you seem to do it effortlessly, talking, scanning the chatbox for questions, diving into the texts, from Genesis to Revelation and everything in between, I love it when you realize after 1:30h into the study, actually a lot more subjects need to be addressed! Thank you for all your work and effort, you are doing an amazing job. Although it all seems effortlessly, I know it is not…Our faith is strengthened by your work and we are able to testify in a better way to the people around us!” Wouter D. van der Wiel
“Wanted to send you encouragement and thank you for all you are doing!! I’ve been reading from this website for about 5 years and I’ve been on this at least 10 times a day. It’s the most honest prophecy website in history. And you have ministered to me greatly. This lockdown has been amazing as God gets us unto himself and smooths out the paths for us. I was reading devotional from Kenneth Copeland and during that time you had really hit That ministries hard. I was not Word Faith but I was feeding off his teaching. During this time I have removed Kenneth Copeland I wanted to thank you for your exposure of his ministry. Holy Spirit is truly the leader of all truths. The bible study on Bill Gates was tremendous. And I had the same check in my spirit as you did. He’s the guy that gonna lead this one world revolution Amazing times we live in. I’m super excited and living in total victory and peace. Once again thank you for the time you put in your reward in heaven will truly be great. Looking forward to this coming week. My prayer tonight is this …Father send Your Son!! DG
“Thank you oh so much for sound teaching. I am so thankful and blessed for clicking on your channel. I have been on your Facebook page since 2011 and never subscribed to you-tube channel until today. I loved the live recording of singing, what a delight to hear the joy of the Lord in the voices of the congregation. So wonderful to hear the part about Luke 12:36, that has made my eyebrows furrow when I read and therefore I have always steadfast to not leaning on my own understanding. May God continue to bless you, your family friends and loved ones. All Glory be to Jesus, my Saviour Redeemer and King, Amen.” Susan Anderson
“Loved this teaching! Presented in a clear contextual manner that was easy to follow along. You connected the dots for me that had previously brought so much confusion, namely the 4th seal covenant, the 5th seal tribulation saints, and the 6th seal 2nd Coming of Christ AFTER the wedding of the Body/Bride of Christ IN HEAVEN. Wow, after 41 years since my being born again by the Holy Spirit in to the Body of Christ, I finally have the answers to end the confusion. What joy and peace has flooded my heart! Thank you for this encouraging teaching of the Word.” SB
“I am from Sri Lanka and listen to the radio Bible study every week.” Nihal Perera
Nothing thrills my soul like teaching the word of God, it is what the Lord called me to do 29 years ago, and Now The End Begins is the vehicle in which I am able to do it. How exciting it is to be able to teach the Bible to tens of thousands of people per year. Like I told you with the first post of 2020, I have dedicated myself now full-time to NTEB, and it is only through your generous support that such a thing is possible.

“Hey NTEB, just wanted to say thank you for the radio show, I am loving it every single one of them. Right now I’m studying the rightly dividing the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of God. God saved me from a horrible pit and the Holy Spirit lead me to Pastor Charles Lawson many years ago, and now at NTEB. Can’t be more blessed than that.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you……….Jesus. Till He comes…Blessings and Prayers on you.” Alda Kajana
I just want to thank you for the teachings you give every Sunday night on radio.  You are such a blessing to me. I absolutely love your way of teaching the scriptures.  I don’t have a church where I can have fellowship and teaching, so you have been my teacher for many months now. Thanks God you are there for all of us who have no church to go to.  I pray that the Lord will bless you abundantly in your ministry, and your loved ones too.  You are such a blessing to me, and many others, in these last days before the rapture.  Thank you so much Geoffrey, from the bottom of my heart. May the Lord keep you, until He comes back for us. You are in my prayers.” Donald Godin
“Thank you for the work  you are doing brother.  Your page and your testimony were a blessing to me this morning as I came across it for the first time.  Thank you for the reality of your testimony and what God has done for you in introducing you to Jesus our Lord.  God has brought me, in salvation, to Himself as well, through His love and mercy and grace in salvation.  How can we praise Him enough?  How can we not share this good news!?  I pray this day for God’s blessing on your ministry that He may save many souls through the work He has called you to.  Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)” Mark and Melissa
“Love the Sunday night bible study. I want to support someone who has the passion for the lost like Geoffrey does and rightly divides the word of God. God bless you.” Teresa Carey
“I give because not many news outlets are brave enough or Godly enough to tell these stories from a Christian’s point of view. I see stories here that will not be seen anywhere else.” William Grayshaw
“It’s hard to find solid biblical teaching in America these days. It’s a blessing to be able to take part in a ministry financially without being concerned about false teaching. All glory to God! God bless!” Maximilian Swan
“I donate because you are reporting the truth about the increasing wickedness of our time, as God’s word foretold. In so doing we are reminded to “Keep looking up” as we wait in joyful hope for the Lord’s coming, Maranatha! ” Anthony Sloane
“Geoffrey has the best End Times News out there. I have been receiving his emails for years now and always enjoy his Sunday night messages although I don’t always think exactly as he thinks. We are all in this “boat of life” together and as I come to the end of my life’s journey here, I am more aware of Jesus’s call for us to be one as He and the Father are One.” Deborah Cleaveland
“I believe in Christ Jesus, my LORD and Savior. I see Mt 24 “ The Days of NOAH “. Happening before our eyes. I think from all the signs, turmoil, godlessness, the Rapture Is at hand.1 Thes 4:16–18. WARN SOMEONE TODAY.” Dwight Shotwell
” I like the way you are promoting the scriptures of the Kingdom Message Baptism of Jesus Christ, as those of Paul in Acts 20: 27-31 Preachers don’t D this !! they make up their own IDEAS and then claim the person has Holy Spirit, WHEN THEY HAVE NOT not ever will !!!! …bye now…” Bara Rodgers

But whatever you do, don’t do nothing. Time is short and we need your help right now. If every one of the 12,882 people on our daily mailing list gave $4.50, we would reach our goal immediately. If every one of our 151,781 followers on Facebook gave $1.00 each, we would reach 300% of our goal. The same goes for our 14.000 followers on Twitter. But sadly, many will not give, so we need the ones who can and who will give to be generous. As generous as possible.

Travel Bans and Broken Circuit Breakers
Travel Bans and Broken Circuit Breakers:
Rolling in the Deep
Double the circuit breakers, double the fun?
For the second time this week, trading halted on Wall Street — both in futures trading and during the regular session.
Welcome to the bear market.
Sparking the chaos this time around was President Trump’s less-than-reassuring and confusing response to the growing COVID-19 threat. The confusion started in a speech last night, when Trump announced a 30-day ban on travel from Europe.
Well, most travel. The Department of Homeland Security later clarified that the U.K. and the Irish Republic are exempt, as are U.S. citizens and permanent residents coming from Europe.
Trump also said that the ban “will not only apply to the tremendous amount of trade and cargo, but various other things.” However, he later clarified that the ban only applied to people, not goods or trade.
Confused yet? Here’s another mixed message…
A final point of contention was Trump’s claim that American health insurance companies had agreed to waive copays for coronavirus tests and treatments: “Earlier this week, I met with the leaders of health insurance industry who have agreed to waive all co-payments for coronavirus treatments, extend insurance coverage to these treatments, and to prevent surprise medical billing.”
This statement also needed some fine-tuning, which industry group America’s Health Insurance Plans was more than happy to provide: “For testing. Not for treatment,” the group said.
The Takeaway:
What we’ve got here is failure to communicate. Some men, you just can’t reach. So you get what we had here last week — which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it. And I don’t like it any more than you men. — Captain, Cool Hand Luke
Regular Great Stuff readers know that I’m politically agnostic on here … and for good reason. Preaching politics doesn’t make you money. It doesn’t protect your investments.
However, sometimes we need to take a closer look at what’s said in the political realm, because those actions have real-world repercussions on your portfolios … and your 401(k)s.
Today, Wall Street is saying loud and clear that it’s not happy with last night’s speech. Regardless of whether you agree with the president or not, the market still hit the down-limit circuit breakers … again.
The recent market panic even has the Oracle of Omaha befuddled. “And it may have taken me to 89 years of age to throw this one into the experience, but the markets, if you have to be open second by second, they react to news in a big time way,” Warren Buffett said in an interview on Yahoo Finance this week.
But you, dear readers … you aren’t befuddled. If you’re following along at home, you are holding bonds via the iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (Nasdaq: TLT), gold in the form of the SPDR Gold Trust (NYSE: GLD) and currencies in the Invesco CurrencyShares Swiss Franc Trust (NYSE: FXF).
These exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and similar investments are your critical fallout shelters from the market storm. Well … these ETFs and toilet paper, apparently. That stuff is almost as good as gold right now, and I think that says a lot about the market’s state of panic.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it throughout this pandemic: Don’t panic.
Stay calm. Stay rational. There will be a time when this is all over. By preserving your capital, you position yourself to take full advantage of the rebound when it comes. And it will come, dear readers. It will come.
Now, perhaps moving assets to gold and buying bonds isn’t your thing. That’s OK.
There are other ways to prepare … yes indeed. Although, these murky market waters are tough to navigate on your own. Remember, the experts here at Banyan Hill have been in this kind of market environment many times before.
Just ask Ted Bauman — our resident expert on how to weather market turbulence. Instead of running for the hills, keen folks like Ted jump into the trenches, focusing on the best moves to make.
He just shared this urgent message with me from a former Washington insider.
If you’re still unsure of how to prepare for this volatility, it’s beyond time to watch this. Click here now!
The Good: Generally Great
Looking for an outstanding bargain for the start of the new bear market? Look no further than Dollar General Corp. (NYSE: DG).
The discount retailer checked all the right boxes with this morning’s quarterly report: better-than-expected growth in earnings, revenue and same-store sales. Dollar General also lifted guidance above Wall Street’s targets and boosted its quarterly dividend by 12.5%.
The retailer even said that it didn’t see any supply disruptions due to the coronavirus. The only thing missing from the standout report was a share buyback program.
For those of you who remember the last market mess back in 2008, you might also remember that discount retailers like Dollar General held up better than most. This should be true once again … especially since Dollar General stores are everywhere! Why go to that crowded supermarket when you can hit up your local DG to restock your stay-at-home supplies?
Now … I wonder if they have toilet paper?
The Bad: Party Over, Oops, out of Time
Life is just a party, and Party City Holdco Inc. (NYSE: PRTY) wasn’t meant to last.
If Dollar General is everything you want in a retailer right now, Party City is the exact opposite. The party supplier announced a net loss of more than half a billion dollars last quarter.
Adjusted earnings missed expectations, as did revenue, which plunged 9.2% year over year. Guidance for fiscal 2020 was also well below expectations.
Making matters worse, the company closed 35 stores last year and has already closed another 20 in 2020.
I mean, if you’re having an “end of the world” party, I guess Party City could be your mascot.
With most big gatherings and large events discouraged for the foreseeable future, I cannot see Party City rebounding in any meaningful way right now. That’s some harsh news for a stock that plunged 88% last year alone … and was nearly cut in half during today’s bloodbath.
The Ugly: Boeing’s Lost That Loving Feeling
“Come on, man. I hate it when she does that…” — Goose, Top Gun
Travel warnings couldn’t have come at a worse time for The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA). The company was already struggling with orders and suspended operations due to the 737 Max debacle, but now it has something entirely different to worry about.
According to reports, the company froze hiring, suspended nonessential travel and placed limits on overtime. Boeing will also draw down (or completely withdraw) the rest of a $13.8 billion loan that it secured last month, according to “a person familiar with its plans.”
If you’re wondering what all this is about, it means that Boeing is in cash-preservation mode. With the coronavirus limiting global air travel, many airlines are pausing orders or outright canceling them. In short, Boeing is taking steps now to prepare for any such breakdown in orders — and potential troubles in the lending market, it seems.
In the long run, Boeing’s proactive moves are a good thing for the company. However, BA stock will be punished over the short term. This means that, eventually, BA shares will be a bargain-shopper’s dream. When that “eventually” will arrive, however, remains to be seen.
It’s time for Reader Feedback … and boy, did I strike a few nerves this week.
On Tuesday, I asked for your feedback on President Trump’s proposal to cut payroll taxes to zero. I wondered how people would take advantage of that tax cut if they were too sick to work, and how people would spend the money if they were quarantined or too sick to leave home.
And feedback I got…
Let Them Order Online!
Wake up! Did you ever hear of Amazon delivery to your door? Wow. If people have money and needs or wants, they will spend it. Enough said?
— Joe E.
People will spend money online.
— Sunny L.
What is wrong with you? That question/statement is so stupid it defies reason. We live in the world of Amazon.
— Elain M.
Has Great Stuff really forgotten that Jeff Bezos is our coronavirus savior? Nah, fam.
I know that you can order online. I took that into account when asking these questions. But I got this response so many times from so many of you that I thought I should at least give you some airtime.
You’re all correct. Amazon and online ordering do exist. But online sales only make up a fraction of the overall U.S. retail market — projections peg 2020 e-commerce sales at only 12.4% — mostly because not everyone has access to online ordering at home. Just throwing that out there for you to chew on.
Also, there’s nothing wrong with me. My mother had me tested.
The Coronavirus Is a Gas, Gas, Gas!
Most people who catch coronavirus have a mildly upset digestive system for the first two weeks and fart wherever they go, spreading more viruses. Then, the third week, it moves into the respiratory tract like a Type A flu bug, and people lose their voices and cough a lot.
It’s that first two weeks of farting around that makes the virus so contagious. Most people just blame something they ate. They don’t know they are contagious.
— Robert S.
I … I am … well. Ahem … you readers never cease to amaze me.
To reassure many of you out there, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says that farts “do not constitute another transmission route of COVID-19, unless someone takes a good and rather close sniff of gas from a pantless patient.”
And that’s all I’m going to say about that.
Going, Going … Gone?
As a 50-year-old American who has worked my entire life and played by the rules, I want to know if my Social Security will be there in 15 years if we aren’t fully funding the program due to this “payroll” tax cut!
— T. Flores
T. is asking the real question here. This was my first reaction to the payroll tax cut news as well.
Now, Great Stuff doesn’t have a concrete answer for you on this one. So, I’m pitching this one over to Banyan Hill expert Ted Bauman:
I think the fair answer would be that it’s anyone’s guess!
We would need a change in Washington that takes the needs of citizens for a decent social safety net seriously. That’s the reality of the situation. If we continue to have the fantasyland crowd in charge, then it’s a given that Americans will be left to fend for themselves eventually.
Thanks, Ted!
