Something that just occurred to me is that there are two possibilities for the harem jutsu and the smoke

Naruto has been exposed to some manner of indecent material by the age of 10 and the smoke is for viewer censorship orrrrr

The smoke isn't just for censorship but it appears to cover his female form cause he isn't sure what a naked woman looks like(and all the old guys faint at the thought alone)

Don't worry the concept of the harem jutsu is horrifying no matter what😐
