had to whip up a drawing of my founder medicine cat, Foggorse... she just died at 157 moons, swept into the ocean. All the remaining founders were so sad- esp her leader Hailstar and her first apprentice, Bonepelt. 7 years with her friends... im so sad she died

Foggorse is the clan's first medicine cat, and after 3 moons had a crush on the leader Hailstar. However, Hail does not seem to have these feelings. Fog imagines what their life could be like, even imagining their kits together. But with little implication that they share feelings, she starts to question her place in the clan wondering if its right for them to hold these feeling for their leader.

In time, Foggorse feels slightly more hopeful despite Hailstar declaring a mate. Hailstar has gone on more patrols with them to find herbs, and Hailstar has been glad to talk to them and ramble. Shes glad about it, but still feels this doesn't mean much in the end.

Foggorse sees the same prophecy as Bonepelt, and starts to become far more nervous than the other medicine cat. And as multiple young cats lose their lives to the sea including Hailstar's own litter, they try their best to warn those apprentices too unaware to think about it. Regardless.. many are still lost to the sea, bringing the beachside clan to a fear of the thing right outside their doorstep.

When Mrytlebracken dies, she is striken with greif losing a good friend has taken a toll, and they do not want to be comforted. Over the moons Foggorse loses more old friends to flood, the sea, and sickness. They can't handle the feelings and find themself incapable of doing her work when the grief takes over.

Foggorse continues her later years still yearning for something with Hailstar, but in many ways has settled in the fact it'll never be. Hailstar had declared another litter with Patrirdgetail, and Foggorse has never held negative feelings for her mate either, they are all good friends. She could never forget that. (note! i determine that Hailstar is aromantic over their lack of romantic feelings for Fog, or her mate, Partridgetail. literally has NO romantic points with either of them no matter how many mediator meets lol)

After the death of the dear founding member Sweetclaw, Foggorse struggles to regain herself, torn at the loss of such a friend. In the early morning before the rise of her clanmates, Foggorse finds herself walking the beach, only for the rough tides to rise unexpectedly. The only witness to Foggorse's fate is her former apprentice Bonepelt, having witnessed her swept into the sea after trying to find where Foggorse had gone. The powerful and monsterous wave crash down and sweeps Foggorse away.

Foggorse died at the old age of 157 moons, leaving behind many who loved her.

Hailstar is aro and bisexual, 173 moons old, they/she. She has been leading the clan since the beginning, for 8 years so far.

Hailstar has an incredibly deep platonic love with Partridgetail. Hailstar hasn't gained much of any romantic interest in Foggorse, but has willingly spent more time with them, talking about Starclan and medicine, gladly listening to her talk. Over the moons, Hailstar gives birth to their kits Rapidkit and Coralkit with Partridgetail. When they are named apprentices however, the kits die to the ocean four moons later. Striken with greif, Hailstar feels weighed down by the prophecy of the sea taking away their young. In between Hailstar's stress of Tomatomoon, they go out on patrol together. While Hailstar can feel the tension and intent behind Tomato's actions, she takes the chance to kill him a quiet and clean kill, excused by stating he had gone missing until he was found dead later. A few moons later, Hailstar makes Bushnibble their deputy, a cat they trust and think has great intention for the clan. He is incredibly noble and determined. But moons into his role, he dies to falling into a sand dune. As a shock to everyone, Hailstar much still chose a new deputy. They request Edelweissfur, a young warrior they trust will lead the clan well. Hailstar announces their pregancy, another hopeful littler after the passing of their previous one. A few moons later, they give birth, but don't feel confident about raising them. Every since their second litter, Hailstar's confidence in leading the clan has been low. The tension they feel from Edelweissfur is obvious, but there is no way a young cat, especially the child of Bonepelt, could every be… bad, right? They were feeling tired of their anxieties but it was impossible to shake off. Things were adding up in ways that planted sadness and dread in their heart.

Their leadership continues fine for some moons, despite the tension they feel with their deputy. But soon Starclan had other things in mind, and Hailstar found a number of their old founders taken away. Fernpelt, Sweetclaw. Then Foggorse their founder medicine cat, and later their mate Partridgetail. Hailstar still has a third litter coming, and as if ther loss of their entire first litter wasn't enough, Hailstar loses her entire second litter as well. The first two to the ocean, the third to the flood, and fourth to a dog. Grief wrecks their life, losing confidence as they look down at themself, knowing a new generation of life will come, and she may not get to see them live their lives for long.

i realized i had not updated the game in a bit and a lot changed!! it looks like a LOT of interactions are more detailed and personal.

Hailstar as a platonic love relationship with Partridgetail. Partridge has a strong platonic love with Hailstar and Myrtlebracken. Sweetclaw and Driftskip's mutual crushes are growing stronger.

Bonepelt joined the clan as an apprentice, mentored by Sweetpelt. Only two moons into the clan's life, they receive a message from Starclan, which they talk to with Sweetpelt privately. As a warrior, they've started to befriend Smudgepatch, a young warrior she has grown a liking to. Much like their mentor, Bonepelt has really taken to checking on their clan mates, often listening to their problems. While their clan is thankful for this, they have trouble opening up on their own when they continue to only give others space to open up instead. Bonepelt eventually goes to gather herbs with Foggorse, and talks about her dream. They talk much about it, and Fog thinks they know what they can do when presenting this dream to Hailstar.

Forggorse continues to crush on Hailstar, and had a patrol with them to gather herbs, growing their general like as Hailstar gladly listened to them talk. Hailstar as started to gain the smallest of romantic interest in Forggorse. However Vixenbloom, a rogue found on the border injured, has been in the medicine cat den for 6 moons now... and seems to be gaining a crush on Foggorse.

so yeah things are cool. nothing too crazy. cats are interacting more and building relationships! god i hope none of them die soon i like them a lot.
