So decided to draw this after getting out my DS and playing Soul Sliver again, and while drawing it I started thinking of trying to drawing more Pokémon maybe? What you all think?

A Typhlosion and a Cyndaquil use the move, Sunny Day, as the sun is shining brightly behind them and they go about their merry way and enjoy their day. Both of them look like they're having a lot of fun hanging out together and enjoying the sunshine.

Another fun drawing, but man! Drawing Typhlosion is still really dang difficult! Cyndaquil is also no slouch either when it comes to the difficulty of drawing this cute, little, fire badger! Drawing Typhlosion's head was a challenge on its own as I wanted to turn its head while its body is facing a different direction! Not an easy feat, especially drawing their mouth and jaw! To be fair, I don't draw Typhlosion all that often, so I'm still lacking experience when it comes to drawing them in general. Even so, it's still worth mentioning my struggles, especially when it comes to nailing its anatomy! (Half body or otherwise!)

When it came to Cyndaquil, I thankfully, didn't have to draw too much of them this time due to the pose I was going for with them and Typhlosion. Drawing Cyndaquil's head and snout is always challenging due to how unique its shape is. When it came to the body, there wasn't much that needed to be done due to most of it being obscured by Typhlosion's arm. Overall, not too bad, aside from their head, which is as challenging as ever.

I had a lot of fun shading both of them this time around and I loved how it all turned out in the end! I had the most fun shading the balloon Cyndaquil's holding as well as shading both Typhlosion's and Cyndaquil's mouths and tongs!

One other thing worth mentioning is that after watching some art story time videos recently, I increased the DPI from 100, which was what I was using for the longest time, to 300, which I hear, is the standard when it comes to things like webcomics. I figured that this could be applied to my digital art as well to attempt to increase the fidelity of my artwork. I've also tried using a slightly different digital brush to see if I can get less thick and cleaner lines for my lineart. From what I've observed, this turned out fantastic and I'm ashamed that I didn't use 300 DPI for my artwork from the start. Oh well, you live and you learn. As for the brush, it worked out fantastically and I'm going to be using this brush for my lineart from now on. For those wondering what the name of this brush is, it is Basic-1 in Krita's default brush set and it's set to 1 pixel while drawing.

Sorry for the hold up, but I finally finished #felting a #hisuiantyphlosion from #pokemonlegendsarceus . I started working on this project about a week ago, but unfortunately my allergies to pollen and cotton wood were unbearable for me to finish the project.
