Person, on Monday: are spoilers still an issue?

#THANKS FOR ASKING BUT YES YES THEY ARE#Like it's not anybody's responsibility to not post something at all just please tag it but like I don't feel like it has to be off your blo#completely until a certain point or anything - it's released already so just do what you want with ideally the appropriate tags#But I kind of feel like it's#not in any way respectful to think that everybody who cares about spoilers is going to have watched it in the first few days?#Idk but this is a disability related issue for me#I am absolutely not going to be able to watch everything in the first few days even if I have access to the streaming platform it's on#And I know that some people consider a week to be their limit for when they spoiler things for theatrical releases and it's like...#Some of us can't get to the theater!#From what I'm seeing of certain comments on certain other platforms that aren't tumblr there seems to be an increase in people#feeling free to express how much they relish the world revolving around them because nobody else could possibly be different from them#Which is very much not what the person in my post was doing but the type of thing I see in youtube comments for example just does#not give me a very good tolerance for things that I feel like people could have figured out with a few minutes thinking about how people#might engage with the world differently from how they do
