🌟Why does the thickness of a refill feels different every time?

i-Lashes has never explained this in detail so I think it is a good time to put this issue to bed, too.

There is not really a straight answer to this one. But one should ask herself these two questions :

📌Do you always go back for refills as per the recommended interval?

📌What controls do you have over the natural regeneration of your lashes? Probably not a lot, and neither do we.

Refills are only designed to achieve 4 goals.

a. Clean & tidy up what ever eyelash extensions you still have on your eyes b. Remove the lashes that grew itself long and feels like it could fall out any time soon. c. Remove the weak bonding lashes d. Fix any obvious cavities between lashes & lash extensions

Refills will add an additional 50%lash quantity to what an full set comes with. After a refill service, you should feel that you have gained 50% lash quantity of the full set.

If you came back with only 25%, you should end up with 70% to 75%. It wouldn't look like a full set after refill if you came back with less than 50%. If you came back for refill when you still have 60% or 65% of your original lash extensions, you should walk out with something that resembles a full set, or slightly more.

This is because the number of lashes we apply in a refill service is fixed, therefore we charge less for the service.

Similarly, if you came back for refill service before you are due for one (eg. you still have 70% on) and they are still looking solid, after the refill they will look brand new and are expected to last for a while (except when some of your naturals are due to regenerate anyway).

See the below picture, it is almost like a guessing game as to guess how many of your natural lashes are due to go and when because each one of your natural lashes is in its own lifecycle.

We therefore recommend ladies to get refills every 3 weeks. Outside of that period, your money is better spent on a new set.
