And it was the second worst day in his life. (the worst day of his life was also his last) A series of warm-ups that got a little carried away. I uh...haven't drawn comics in like ten years so this was just a fun experiment all around. There's way too many good interpretations of how Sir Daniel Fortesque looked when he wasn't dead already floating about on the Internet but I'm still throwing my hat into the ring! I don't think I've fully "nailed" the design down yet but I'm definitely keeping the terrible facial hair (that he tries to maintain, but poorly) and the "hair that looked like raven's wings (he hasn't brushed in his life)". Don't worry, he gets better at handling a sword in about 100 years.
