being in tampere really makes me sad that they didn’t get to host eurovision this year, because just the UMK vibe here is already absolutely incredible
#posts i can’t put anywhere but on tumblr bc i’m doing the umk posting for my website’s social media and some fans would NOT appreciate me#preferring tampere over malmö#but it’s true!!!!#the whole city is lit up with UMK colours!!#tram drivers are wearing fun outfits and there’s special teams playing UMK music#there are watch parties#there was a special event at the library of all places where they played esc songs#every other store is promoting ‘the wannabe eurovision host city’#like the vibe is incredible and that’s just for umk!!! they would’ve deserved to host and it would have been so cool#just seeing their excitement about hosting umk just makes me feel sad that they didn’t get the real thing#bc it’s so fun
