I rewatched the last two episodes of Fruits Basket (2019)'s first season because Lance's Pokemon Masters seiyuu (Morikawa Toshiyuki) voices a kind man who is the father to one of the protagonists called Kazuma Sohma.

If anyone wants a dose of hearing Lance being a dad in real life to Silver, this is the closest thing that you'll get! Morikawa Toshiyuki sounds as gentle as Lance when he voices Kazuma, too 🏃‍♀️💨

(I even have my suspicion that Morikawa Toshiyuki might be casted as Lance due to his role in Fruits Basket, considering Pokemas once casted a seiyuu who had voiced an anime character that's very similar to their Pokemas role *side-eyeing Hiroshi Kamiya in Natsume Yuujinchou and Morty* 🤭)

As for your question, a lovely one indeed! Suicune, one of the three Sacred Beasts that died in the flames of the Brass Tower. It, along with the other two, was resurrected by Ho-Oh.

The generally accepted story is that, as the Brass Tower caught flame, three unknown Pokémon were trapped within. The people of Ecruteak were scared of the fire, and did nothing to save them. As the sun rose, Ho-Oh arrived. It pitied the three, their needless death, and returned life to them. Ho-Oh, the Pokémon of Rebirth, gave them new forms, and new purpose. However, the people of Ecruteak feared Ho-Oh's power, and the Beasts were chased from the city. They wander now, distrustful of people.

The Sacred Beasts were charged with the three aspects of the Brass Tower's destruction. The lightning that ignited the fire, the flames that burnt the tower down, and the rains that put the fire out. Raikou is the beast of Lightning, Entei the beast of Flame, and Suicune, the beast of Rain. They are beasts of nature, purifying our land as they wander.

Suicune in particular is the Beast I've devoted myself to studying. It's a gorgeous Pokémon, powerful and graceful. Suicune, occasionally said to be the embodiment of the Northern Winds, purifies water, running with speed unmatched. It is a beast of shy compassion. I have followed it since I was young, and I do not stop now. Morty says I have a wandering spirit. I want to prove to Suicune that we regret the fear we showed it.

My Grandfather was the one who inspired my interest in Suicune, as he, too, wished to encounter it. He was a library of a man, stocked with stories of myths. He told me these stories, of Suicune's glory, and I knew I would prove them true. I wish to live up to his dreams, and someday I will bring Suicune to him, and he will finally know that it is at peace.

Thinking about the primary emotion I associate with Eusine: Guilt. Yes, he unapologetically chases suicune for a majority of his life, and he doesn't feel regret about that. But, he feels the most intense guilt about leaving the people he cares for with a crumb trail. As in, his inability to stay in one place for too long is the main reason he doesnt have a lot of people close to him. People know of him, sure. They understand the performance of Eusine the Mystery Man, but they don't understand the man. It's a constant stream of guilt, always in the back of his mind, in the gait of his step, in the breaths that he takes. He's so so terrified of intimacy. Because if someone gets too close, theyre usually disappointed, and it's unbearable. So he waves his hands, he puts up invisible walls, he makes sure most don't get too close. It terrifies him more than anything. His life, his work, his way of living, is always a path of solitude. It's sometimes agonizing, but its worse if he must commit to another human being.

♠  - As dreams went, this wasn’t a particularly bad one. A lot more battle arena-ish and a lot less pools of gold for her liking but it would do. At the very least, it could do with a little more adoring crowds. Wait, hold on. More importantly, she’d recognised this setup. Yep, looked like it was time for one of those weird dream arena thing again. complete with a...Huh, looks like she actually got a proper spear this time. You never could know what you were getting out of one of these events. In the mean time, she may as well check out who else had gotten dragged in this time.

Forsyth, she recognised well enough, flashing him a quick wave for greetings, but the other three she was a little less certain on. Was it just her imagination or did one of them look oddly like Lord Eliwood? Huh, must be a random cousin or something. Oh, you know those lordly-types. Too much intermarriage, cousins everywhere, the works.

As if it had sensed her thoughts, the beast tensed as if preparing to leap...Which was going to be a problem if the aim of these arenas went as they normally did. May as well get on top of that pronto, Farina had decided, sprinting forwards and ducking low and into a slide, her lance flashing a trail right across the beast’s foreleg, catching it right as it was about to leap away.

She’d wound up leaving quite a gash behind on the beast - it certainly wasn’t going to go anywhere fast anytime soon. Though, uh, not without catching a shoulder-ful of the cold winds it had let loose in response. “Damn, this thing's chilly.”, the mercenary remarked, patting herself down of the snow and sleet and other cold bits she’d just taken a shoulder-ful of. Looks like this thing wasn’t going to go down without a fight. Just how she’d liked it.

So what I'm understanding is that Johto is the place of the enbies huh? Bugsy, Will and now Eusine.

My Johto babies are looking fresh as hell in their new Sygna Suits (Celebi for Lyra, Lugia for Ethan, Suicune for Kris). And those 6*EX palettes? Kris’ especially is 👨‍🍳💋
