OT3: I don't have one. There is, however, a wonderfully wholesome and incredibly well-written piece of fanfiction that eventually leads to Anna and Kristoff from the Frozen franchise becoming an OT4 with Rapunzel and Eugene. I cannot more highly recommend it if you're even the tiniest bit curious.
NoTP: Eugene/Cassandra and Eugene/Varian. No thank you. I'm also of the mind that Eugene and Lance are both varying flavors of bisexual, but had the "no offense, buddy, but you're not my type", and "none taken. You're not mine, either", conversation at some point.

A/N: Yes!!!! My first Jean request!!! I'm so excited to write this one because yay it's time for Jeanbo to shine!!

Rei’s 600 Follower Event: Date-A-Boyfriend (Open until 31 March)
It was movie night with your boyfriend, and your favourite day of the week. Once a week, the both of you would take turns choosing a movie to watch, whether it be a movie you've watched before, or a new one. This week, it was your turn to pick a movie.
While you were looking through the list of movies, your boyfriend was occupied with making the popcorn fresh from scratch.
"Jean, honey, do you need help?" You called from the living room.
"It's okay, sweetie, choose your movie and the popcorn will be done in a while!"
In the end, you decided to go with Tangled. It's been a while since you watched something from Disney, and Tangled was one of your absolute favourites as well.
Jean did come back once you started to let the movie buffer and load. He had a bowl full of popcorn as well as some hot cheetos. You went to the kitchen and poured two large mugs of cold lemonade and brought them to the living room.
"C'mon, princess, you ready?" Jean pulled you to him once you took your seat on the couch, making yourself comfortable by wrapping a thick comforter around the both of you. You snuggled closer to Jean, feeling the warmth of his body. You played the movie excitedly, taking a few pieces of popcorn.
As the movie played, your eyes were glued to the screen and you naturally sang along to the songs. Jean watched you with a bemused look.
"You remind me a lot of Rapunzel, you know," Jean commented when the adult Rapunzel made her first appearance by the window of the tower she lived in. You shot him a quizzical look, munching on more popcorn.
"Well, you both have long hair and beautiful bright green eyes," Jean gave you a warm smile, and you felt your insides flutter. "And you both are a little ditzy."
"Hey! That's mean." You playfully poked your boyfriend's ribs.
Continuing with the movie, it was the scene where Flynn Rider climbed up the tower and got knocked out by Rapunzel's frying pan. You tried to hold back a laughter, but you couldn't.
"Why are you laughing, princess?" You clutched your waist and continued giggling.
"If I'm like Rapunzel, then you are like Flynn Rider."
"And why is that?"
"Because Flynn stole something of Rapunzel's, and you stole something of mine." You looked at Jean again, feeling a little bashful.
"And... what did I steal, princess?" Jean inched his face closer. You looked at Jean's nose and uttered in a barely audible whisper.
"M... my h-heart," stuffing popcorn into your mouth, Jean started at you for a few seconds before a boyish grin broke out on his face. Pinching your nose affectionately, Jean muttered 'so cute' under his breath and continued watching the movie.
At last, the movie finally reached your favourite part. Your absolute favourite scene of the entire movie was when Flynn Rider, or now known as Eugene Fitzherbert, brought Rapunzel to see the lanterns. The warm glow of the lanterns, the sparkle in Rapunzel's eyes, and Eugene's longing gaze on Rapunzel always made you feel fuzzy and warm inside.
You could feel the corner of your eyes becoming a little moist as Rapunzel started singing, Eugene soon harmonising along. What you didn't realise was when you were watching Eugene gaze at Rapunzel with a look of adoration plastered on his face, Jean was looking at you swooning over the pair with the same lovesick look. You could feel a pair of eyes on you and you turned to face Jean who was smiling at you.
"I know how you're different from Rapunzel." Jean reached out his hand towards you. You could feel goosebumps appear all over your body when Jean's finger accidentally grazed past your ear and tugged a strand of your hair behind.
"You're real, and a million times more beautiful." The more Jean looked at you, the more embarrassed you felt. You didn't know where to put your eyes. As Rapunzel and Eugene were about to kiss in the movie, you could feel Jean inching his face closer to you too. Jean's breath was hot against your lips. You could hear the echoes of your own heartbeat and the quivering in your breath as Jean's larger and warmer hand cupped your cheek.
"I love you, princess," was the last thing your mind could register before Jean kissed you so gently as though using any more strength would break you. You could feel Jean's lips curving into a smile. A low rumbling echoed in your chest as you kissed him back, your lips likewise forming a smile to mirror Jean's. Seconds later, Jean broke the kiss.
"Love you too, Jean." You smiled back at him as he chuckled, feeding you some popcorn and turning back to the TV. The both of you then realised that you've missed quite a fair bit of the movie.
"Should we rewind back to the part we missed?" Jean asked while eating some popcorn.
"Hmmm... it's fine, we can always watch it again next time." You shrugged, eating some hot cheetos.
The movie continued on with Rapunzel finally realising that she was the lost princess of Corona, Eugene climbing up the tower and getting himself stabbed, Rapunzel's tear and power from the sun saving him, and Rapunzel's teary reunion with her parents. As the movie ended, your eyes were brimming with happy tears and Jean pulled you in for a bone-crushing hug.
"You okay, sweetie?" Jean stroked your back as you sniffed, nodding your head to let him know you're okay.
"Yeah, I'm fine." You chuckled as Jean released you from the hug and kissed the crown of your head. There was still a lot of popcorn and hot cheetos left.
"Up for a second movie?" You nodded, passing Jean the remote control with a smile.
"Mh-hmm! You can do the honours and choose a movie you want."
I may be biased because the scene of Rapunzel and Eugene singing 'I See the Light' is MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE, so if it isn't your favourite, I am very sorry q_q
Also, guess who rewatched Tangled just to write this and guess who cried watching it BUT GUESS WHO HAS NO REGRETS DOING IT.

Day 4 of the countdown Fitzherbert P.I.
Here are some of my fav moments, and my opinions of this episode.
So this episode is easily one of my favorites! Its about my boy Eugene!❤ Seriously? What's not to like about him though... he's hillarious, yet the sweetest and most caring cartoon characters in my opinion. During his Guard duty he literaly left to go see how Raps was doing and literally got fired... which may have not been the smartest desicion, but in his defense he thought the was mathematically correct. And I noticed after he got fired how sweet his tone was when he offered to help the Giovanni after her fell over.
Haha I think this just turned to a Eugene Admiration post😂
My favorite moment, um... When he burns the pie maybe? I have so many...

i think this scene in its entirety is my favorite of new dream. the look of fear eugene has when rapunzel is in his arms and just the worry over losing his sunshine. i just can’t get over the way he looks at her when the kiss happens, he’s so in love with her, so protective and worried for raps. i cannot begin to describe how it makes me feel. :(

i literally cannot get over how raps is the only one who, i believe, genuinely loves eugene for all he is. She never asks anything of him that he hasn’t already given to her and i don’t think eugene ever had that type of love from anyone else. raps saw straight through him and he finally felt like he didn’t have to lie and be someone else :(

pascal went missing and as soon as eugene realized that it was, most definitely serious, he dropped everything to help raps find him. pascal was quite literally rapunzels home in that tower, he was with her through everything since she got kidnapped. no one else realized how serious it was and eugene did, and that is another reason i love him so badly. god forbid rapunzel lost her best friend.
