Well for those who saw my facebook or instagram post, yep this movie is trash. Is it absolutely horrible? No, only a Sith deals in absolutes. Yes, there's plenty of entertainment and good fun to be had. But as someone who stays up to date on lore and has been tracking the leaks on this movie, it was rather disappointing. Sure, Abrams had a tough time to make up for the previous film but that's no excuse to throw in Beskar grade plot armor, throw out more of canon, and really just being lazy with fast pace action hoping the audience isn't going to catch on to the bad story telling.
