Birthday Boy | Mark Estapa
summary: when it’s Marks birthday Abigail gives him both a day and a night to remember.
warnings: allusions to sex but nothing explicit.
authors note: I have sort of set this right before they start dating so it’s still in the period where they are longing for something more because we haven’t really spoken about that time yet.
It was set to be the best party to start the year off.
Somehow Abigail was able to have every single one of his knowing where they needed to be without Mark knowing a thing about it “you look so cute!” Astrid gasped as she saw the blue satin dress that the younger girl was in “really?” Abigail still spun around as she raked her fingers through her freshly curled hair.
Fran couldn’t help but smile at the younger girl “Mark is one lucky man.” She clicked her tongue as she took a look at the decorations that made the house look perfect “so you sure you guys still aren’t a thing?” Emmy had her suspicions about Abby and Mark, most people did think that something was going on.
It made Abigail laugh as she shook her head “Mark is just a friend I promise.” Even as the girls got into position behind the kitchen island so they could hide “yeah yeah.” The girls all rolled their eyes as they wondered how long it would be until the duo got together as they had recently been seen getting closer.
But before Abigail could complain any further the door whipped open “so you’re telling me you guys have nothing-” Mark’s jaw dropped as he saw the decorations “surprise!” Everyone jumped out as they cheered making him smile.
As people pushed closer to him she found herself pushed to the back “go tell him it was you.” Astrid placed her hand on the girls lower back as she motioned to where the boys stood “I’ll see him in a bit.” Abigail shook her head as she smiled seeing Mark saw hello to practically everyone around him.
A bit ended up being two hours instead. Abigail was in the garage getting more beers as the coolers stock was beginning to run low “there you are.” Mark leaned against the frame of the door as he smiled “Jesus Christ!” She jumped almost dropping the glasses as her head whipped around to see him as he laughed.
Abigail let her head drop forward as she took a moment to breathe “that’s not funny.” She groaned placing the bottles on the shelf next to her “was sorta.” Mark nodded as he pushed off of the door letting it shut behind him so that he could remain undetected to the people inside the house “was looking for ya.” He mumbled cupping her cheeks as she smiled.
The air was tense as her heart pounded out of her chest “was waiting to be found.” Abigail’s voice was sultry as her voice hands went to his waist “boys said you were in charge of tonight.” A grin played on his lips as her cheeks turned red letting a subtle nod come as she bobbed her head.
Mark enjoyed the moment of silence as he could just take in how her eyes sparkled even with the only light to illuminate the room coming from the one window in there as the house next door still had their christmas lights up “thank you.” His words were soft and it truthfully made Abigail contemplate if she was actually going to remain standing upright “I’d do it for anyone.” She attempted to brush off how she felt in that moment but it only seems to make his smile grow larger.
It made him click his tongue as he shook his head “but I don’t think you’d care about making their night as perfect as you want to make mine.” Mark watched as she instinctively licked her lips “is it perfect?” Abigail would have been ashamed to let that question leave her lips if she was talking to anyone else but as this was Mark, the same boy who had been running circles in her mind like it was nothing. She didn’t care how vulnerable she sounded as she wanted to simply please him.
Unsurprisingly the hockey player knew that because every time she’d do anything her eyes were always searching for his to see how he’d respond “almost.” His head buzzed even with the singular beer that he had drunk “what would make it perfect Mark?” She let her curiosities get to her as her lips formed a pout enjoying how his calloused thumb felt against her cheek.
He thought about if he wanted to truly do what his mind longed for as at that moment not much happened between them beyond his bedroom “can I kiss you?” It was sickening how wide Abigail smiled as she nodded feeling her heart melt when the boy titled her head towards his. The kiss was soft as though they were both trying to savour every moment of it. Mark let his fingers grip at the hair that sat at the nape of her neck eliciting a moan from her lips that allowed him to deepen the kiss.
“Where is Abs with those beers!”
Astrid’s groan echoed through the garage as it caused the duo to jump away from each other, only calming down when they realised that she was still outside “I should get back out there.” Abigail pursed her lips together as she swore she could still feel the tingling sensation that was left as a remnants of that kiss.
Mark nodded as he couldn’t help but mirror her actions “don’t go running off though without me.” The boy almost pleaded “was thinking about spending my birthday with you.” He added not even caring that his words were laced with sincerity “then you’re in luck because I have a surprise for you in my dorm.” Abigail smiled as she sent him a wink before she spun on her heel getting back out to the party.
Mark leaned against the shelf as he watched her ass leave in the dress that he swore was made for her “I’m so fucked.” He grumbled to himself as he shook his head knowing that he was too far gone to recover now.
But of course the idea of this surprise killed him so much so that it had literally only been another hour until he snuck off making sure to take her with him “Mark!” She laughed as he had thrown her over his shoulder at one point on the walk back to her dorm because she wasn’t walking quick enough for him “put me down!” Abigail added as she softly hit her fists on his back.
The boy obliged as he finally placed her on her bed making him take a moment to simply look at her as she smiled “when did you get a camera.” Mark was quick to notice the white Polaroid camera that sat on her beside table, a piece that wasn’t there two nights ago “it’s actually for you.” She explained reaching for it as she handed it to the hockey player.
Mark furrowed his eyebrows as he looked at the camera seeing that there was a little sticky note on that stuck out from the corner of the opening flap “just open it.” Mark felt the bed shift as she moved off of it walking to her closet to quickly get out of the blue dress that she was sure she was going to get use out of again with the way that Mark watched her in it.
Fully loaded for a bit of fun.
Mark couldn’t help but smile as he turned back to Abigail “what kind of?” Mark cut himself off as he saw the red matching bra and panties that were perfect against her skin “thought we could get you some keep sakes for the road tonight.” Abigail explained as she straddled the boys lap leaving him shocked as he gulped.
All the blood in his body felt like it was rushing to the same place “you like the sound of that pretty boy?” She asked letting her lips hover over his “you’re perfect.” He nodded bringing his hand to cup her hip “that doesn’t sound like much of an answer now.” She teased as it made the hockey player roll his eyes mumbling to himself as he kissed her again “that a good enough answer for you princess?” Abigail knew she was in for a long night from there.

Abigail tucked her hair behind her ear “seems I don’t need to teach you that stuff because you’re perfect at it.” Her cheeks turned red at the compliment as the boy continued to back them both up to her bed “really?” She turned her head as she grew embarrassed “uh huh so now sweetheart we’re gonna see if you can say it to my face.” Mark’s hand gripped at her chin forcing her to look at him.
She gulped as her eyes went wide “‘m sorry Mark.” She whispered as it made him laugh “that’s not gonna work tonight.” He shook his head “was just thinking about coming on your cock.” Abigail blurted out as she let her lower lip plump out.
Mark swore the air in his chest was knocked out “feel what I think about that.” He brought her hand to his cock letting her feel his boner from under his sweats “was gonna come home and fuck you so good.” Marks vulgar words made Abby press her legs together “but now you’re gonna start by fixing the problem you caused.” He explained as he leaned down cupping her cheeks.

They’re all sat in the ER because Mackie wanted to apologise to Abby and she was literally in the room with the doctors examining her “you know I was gonna say could we just do it away from her.” Mark mumbled as he shook his head “why didn’t you lead with that!” Mackie groaned as he shook his head.
The boys sat there for a minute in silence before Mark spoke up “I really do like her.” Mark knew he was head over heels for her but he wanted to be given the chance to show Mackie that too “why didn’t you tell me you liked her?” Mackie had to admit that he was more hurt than upset by the pairing.
Part of Mackie felt like he was the last one to hear about this “she was scared you’d be disappointed in her so she wanted to wait for the right time.” Abigail had always been scared of disappointing her siblings but especially Mackie “god I’m an ass.” Mackie dropped his head to his hands as he shook his head “that’s my little sister and now she’s hurt cause of me.” He frowned as Mark placed his hand on his back “would it make you feel better if I said you could still punch me?” Mark offered as he shrugged.
Mackie let out a soft laugh as he shook his head “I’ll take you up on that if you ever think of hurting her.”

The boys all had to run upstairs when they heard Mackie yelling “you been fucking my sister!” Abigail tried to get between them but she wasn’t strong enough as Mackie pushed her away “it’s more than that.” Mark argued trying to defend his relationship as he saw Abby with tears running down her face.
Ethan who had his suspicions of course about them was quick to pull the girl into a hug as he also just wanted to make sure she didn’t get caught up in all of it “I told you to protect her, not sleep with her!” Mackies fists were balled up as he was ready to punch the boy “you had everyone on this campus and you just had to go for her!” He added not hearing the sounds of his sisters cries.
Mark frown as he could see what was going on behind the Panthers player as Abby had left Ethan’s side “look if you want to punch me then-” Mackie didn’t let him finish that sentence as he went to punch the boy but as his hand wasn’t quick enough when Abby got between them again it ended up being her nose that got hit instead “fuck!” She groaned bringing her hand to nose.
Both boys were quick to panic “I’m so sorry Ab-” it was now Marks turn to shake his head “just fuck off dude.” He spat taking Abby by the shoulders “you think it’s broken?” Mark asked as he watched her move her hand so he could see it… definitely broken “I’m taking her to the hospital.”

Abigail had sobered up a bit as she looked up with a confused look on her face “I don’t live here.” She pointed out as she knew it was his place “you really think the way you acted tonight would get you back at your place?” Mark laughed as he shook his head.
He pinched the skin of her chin “tonight I’m teaching you what punishments are.” Mark pecked her lips as he went to unlock his door.

Abby planned his surprise party!
She had the boys keep him out all day so she could fully decorate the first floor of the house. Abby also knew that she could get away with this because she is always the one who plans peoples parties as she loves decorating.
