oh my god i almost forgot to post this. oopsies

anyway big day today!! not bc its friday the 13th but bc of THIS

as of today i am officially 1 year clean of self harm!!!!!!!!!!!

honestly? didnt think id be able to do it. but i did!!!!! and fuck i am proud of myself for achieving this

i dont know what else to say really, i just dont have words to describe my current emotions, but there’s a lot and they are very positive. all i can coherently say is i am so so so very proud of myself for staying clean and managing to get through a whole year without going back to old habits

also. to anyone else whos struggling w/ self harming tendencies rn, i believe in you. you can get through it i promise

and with all that being said i shall return to google docs. ily all /p
