hello.

so i disappeared from tumblr ages ago. but i’m back! i hope none of you missed me too much. a lot has changed since i left (for the better) and i’m excited to provide a few updates.

but first: you can find my links for professional use (or just general looking through) at kriti.carrd.co. my business email is [email protected].

to kick off this update, i’ve started writing my second release, a full-length album! i hope you guys are as excited as me to hear it. my first EP, while unpolished and a little raw, was the project closest to my heart in 2019, and i’m sure this release will be the same in 2021. while my last EP was about self-confidence, this one will be about growing up and exiting adolescence. i can’t wait for you guys to hear it!

number two: i’ve won several songwriting awards this year. they’re listed on my carrd page, but to sum the experience up, i’m now incredibly confident in my songwriting and i’m working on songwriting workshops and lessons for both children and early teenagers as we speak. if you know of a child or teenager that would benefit from this, just drop me an ask! i’ll be happy even if it means working one-on-one.

number three: i’ve been learning korean for the past two years and i will be taking my Level 2 TOPIK test soon! it scares me a little, but i’m super duper excited to have another language under my belt. i’ve also started an esperanto language exchange over on Discord. if you want to teach or learn the language, drop me an ask and i’ll find someone to pair you with. this process might take a while considering we have fewer speakers than learners, but i’ll keep you posted.

number four: if you’ve read this far, thank you! i think you’re very cool. it gives me great pleasure to say that i’ve started with the college applications process, something that i’ve been jumping over hurdles to get to. i’m thankful for the opportunities that have been given to me, given the challenges i’ve faced, and i’m eagerly awaiting the move to the States. thank you for all your support over the years i was on here.

This course is designed to provide introductory knowledge of Korean history, culture, and basic Korean language. The course will focus on historical and cultural aspects of Korea and the influence of the early history of Korea on present day Korea. This will look at the people, customs, and cultural values in everyday life, patterns of behaviors, family structure, and food of Korea. Students learn the Korean alphabet, basic language structures, simple daily expressions such as greetings, telephoning, and shopping while building up their vocabulary. Develop the four important language skills in Korean: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
