#drawing is making it worse so imma put the pencil down. maybe boot up the sims#while it’s booting up I’m gonna take a shower and see if that helps my head and back any#probably should find something to eat and if I really can’t walk rn that’s just not an option#I’m prolly feeling burnt out because my brain and hands are at two different points in my art journey rn and trying to force it is never goo#I should stretch more and try and find a new position to draw in#if I can’t walk the least I can do is some stretches or something#maybe play marvel snap once I finish showering so my brain can desires#everything is going to be okay#prolly try some grounding techniques cause i don’t think this is just depression I think I’m having a meltdown
