how quickly i spiral back into depression and hopelessness when im cut off from socialization. no wonder half of americans are on antidepressants lmao the average adult is so isolated and that's just treated as normal for some reason

#tryna break out of the matrix #maybe its my neurodivergence but i honestly don't understand how anyone can be satisfied with modern society #so many social norms make no fuckin sense #and i look at people following it and feel so fucking sad for them cause it seems so empty? like #im depressed not only for myself but for everyone else too. i hate american society #and people look down on you if you try to live in a way that humans are actually supposed to live lmao #just trying to get back to the small amount of happiness ive carved out for myself #separated from all that temporarily and i can feel the despair closing back in #dont want my son growing up in thjs shithole society ugh need to move elsewhere #a lot of the world has the same problem to some extent but it's not as bad in some places
