hi!!! i am a fibromyalgic black lesbian who cant work because of xir fatigue and pain! im so tired for most of the week that holding my phone up can make my arms tired and holding anything for too long stiffens my hands into not being able to move them. i often cant cook these days and a lot of food, including the cheerios i ate for lunch, makes my jaw and neck tired and its hard to keep eating. as a result, i cannot work or drive for longer than 6 min. i am mostly bedbound. i need rent, electric, utilities, and grocery money for next month and to make up what i spent this month. my credit card is maxed on food expenditures. and i need to get coolant into my car and need help paying for a new title.
i need 1000 for everything. please help! im not doing well rn and need all the support i can get.

scallion garlic flatbreads
recipe officially (according to youtube) is just
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups water
1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar
but it was all vibes tbh. i just added whatever water i needed for the consistency and i added 2 big cloves of garlic and 1/3 bunch of scallions. last time i measured the water they came out more like blini

i really feel like romanticizing the act of making art and art itself is detrimental to how art is engaged with. i feel like thats part of where elitism springs from.
like. people think its inaccessible because they think art is special and because they think art is special, the idea is that artists must be special. the factor isnt specialness, its money and time. so writers and visual artists and musicians are treated as a Separate Kind of Person when anyone can do anything with the right resources. it just takes time and often money.
like im not special because im a poet, im a poet because i think mundanity is wondrous. im ordinary. i write about my lived experience and about nature and specfic. im just another person and ive written a lot for a long time to become better at my craft. i started writing seriously in my notes app. before that i wrote poetry when i should have been taking notes in class during high school.
being an artist is not an elevated position, its a human one. art is time. its human effort. thats the magic of it.

hey could yall help me out? my dad's in the hospital with internal bleeding rn and i cant drive bc my ankle hasnt healed right from an earlier sprain and my hands have been stiff and in pain every morning from the first of may and throughout the day so ive been ubering. like i cant close my hands all the way around things. i need abt 150 dollars to cover the past trips and the future trips i need to make. i might have a line on a job but they havent contacted me yet with background check stuff so im technically not hired and i cant drive there anyway.

hey dyslexic android users! i found a Shaped font for my phone that works almost as well for me as Open Dyslexic font. almost. its GlikerStdRegularLatinFlipFont. the letters are staying still and im not having to retype every word in messages or posts six times before finishing a sentence! now its only like 1-2 mistakes a sentence!
the font looks like this on my keyboard
its 1.99 in the font store, so its not free. but its workable. i hope it works for someone else!

walked my dog (in the rain mind you)
made breakfast (congee, mostly medicinal, quelling nausea and stomach pain)
made lunch (homemade folded gimbap)
made dinner (angel hair pasta, homemade wine oregano red sauce, homemade vegan meatballs)
read a book of poetry
finished a first pass reading on a client's manuscript
went through books so see what would work for my lecture
finished my dad's scarf
showered
brushed my teeth
did skincare (low effort this time)
hung out with friends online
made plans for emissions test
maintained my systems
set up for finishing my next stitcher project
meditated
did a circle breathing exercise to manage my migraine (and it worked!)
hydrated
i tried to take it easy today so less was done. tomorrow im taking it even easier

today's snack. i roasted my own fries with yukon gold potatoes smeared with olive oil, sauteed broccolini and mushrooms in olive oil, cut up calamata olives into fourths long-ways, chopped fresh parsley and tossed that all in truffle oil and vegan parmesan, which i could make myself, but didn't. delicious salty goodness. the thing missing was ground sumac but it was tasty regardless.
