Unraveling the Potential: A Comprehensive Guide to the DMIT Test
In the fast-paced and competitive world we live in, understanding oneself is a crucial aspect of personal and professional development. One innovative tool that has gained popularity in recent years for self-discovery and career planning is the Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT). In this comprehensive guide, we will explore what the DMIT test is, how it works, and the potential benefits it offers for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.
Understanding the DMIT Test:
The DMIT test is a scientific method based on the study of fingerprints, palm patterns, and brain lobes. The underlying principle is that each individual's fingerprints and palm patterns are unique and can provide valuable insights into their innate intelligence, personality traits, learning style, and potential career paths. By analyzing these patterns, the DMIT test aims to uncover a person's multiple intelligences, guiding them toward areas where they may excel.
Tumblr media
How the DMIT Test Works:
The DMIT test typically involves scanning and analyzing fingerprints and palm prints using advanced technology. The collected data is then processed to identify patterns associated with various aspects of intelligence and personality. The test is non-invasive, painless, and can be conducted at any age, making it accessible to individuals at different stages of life.
Key Areas Explored by the DMIT Test:
Innate Intelligence: The DMIT test assesses different types of intelligence, including logical-mathematical, linguistic, spatial, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, kinesthetic, and naturalistic intelligences.
Personality Traits: It provides insights into an individual's personality traits, such as leadership qualities, creativity, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
Learning Style: The test helps identify the most effective learning style for an individual, whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learners.
Career Guidance: One of the significant applications of the DMIT test is in career planning. By understanding an individual's strengths and preferences, the test can offer valuable guidance for choosing a suitable career path.
Benefits of the DMIT Test:
Personalized Guidance: The DMIT test offers personalized insights, helping individuals make informed decisions about their education, career, and personal development.
Early Intervention: When conducted at a young age, the DMIT test can assist parents and educators in identifying a child's strengths and weaknesses, allowing for early intervention and tailored educational strategies.
Career Satisfaction: For adults, the test can be a valuable tool for career change or advancement, ensuring a better alignment between one's natural abilities and chosen profession.
Conclusion:
In a world where self-awareness is key to success, the DMIT test emerges as a powerful tool for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. By unraveling the mysteries hidden in the patterns of our fingerprints and palm prints, the DMIT test opens doors to self-discovery, guiding individuals toward paths that align with their innate abilities and potential. Whether you are a student embarking on an educational journey or a professional considering a career change, the DMIT test could be the compass that leads you to a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.

Midbrain activation: Hidden but need to be explored
Dermatoglyphics" or Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT) is that the scientific study of fingerprints, lines, mounts, and shapes of hands. Dermatoglyphics in Midbrain activation refers to the formation of naturally occurring ridges on certain body elements, namely palms, fingers, soles and toes. These are areas wherever hair typically does not grow and these ridge enable for hyperbolic leverage once learning objects or walking barefoot. The finger prints of both hands are not constant.
They do not change size or form throughout somebody's life, except in cases of serious injuries that scar the dermis. The theory of multiple intelligences also has robust implications for adult learning and development. Many adults realize themselves in jobs that do not build optimum use of their most extremely developed intelligences (for example, the highly bodily-kinesthetic individual who is stuck in a very linguistic or logical desk-job once he or she would be a lot of happier in a job wherever they may move around, such as a recreational leader, a forest ranger, or physical therapist). What has become a powerful force within the world of education all started in 1983, when Harvard University academic Dr. Howard Gardner began his book Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences with some simple however powerful queries.
It is the scientific study of fingerprints and may be traced back to 1892 once one in all the foremost original biologists of his time Sir man of science, a cousin of Charles Darwin, published his currently classic work “Fingerprints.” The study was later termed Dermatoglyphics by Dr. Harold Cummins, the father of yank fingerprint analysis, even though the method of fingerprint identification had already been in use for many hundred years. The word dermatoglyphics comes from two Greek words (Derma - skin and glyptic art - carve) and refers to the friction ridge formations that seem on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. These patterns are classified into two sorts that are acknowledged as ridges and furrows.
It was found by Hirsch and Schweicher that just before the event of dermatoglyphs in Midbrain activation, the dermal blood vessels associated nerves get arranged in an orderly fashion. Thus, it is the nervous and vascular systems that outline the creating of these ridges and furrows. Therefore, one can correlate between these patterns and one's personalities. These patterns are fashioned from the external germ layer and typically occur throughout the craniate development stage, 13th to nineteenth weeks when fertilization. From the anatomical point of read, the human hands dominate all other organs in terms of relative importance.
This is why the brain dedicates the bulk of roughly 200 million nerve endings to the hands. In other words, the hands are sources of physiological and psychological data waiting to be approach.

Benefits of DMIT
Tumblr media
DMIT-Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence test-is a scientific study of the fingerprint patterns and brain lobes of an individual.
It comes from 2 Greek words:
Derma: Skin
Glyphe: Curve
The test is greatly useful for understanding a person’s personality type and potential. It is based on a combination of various sciences like Psychology, Genetics, Neuroscience, Dermatoglyphics and Embryology. DMIT has been formulated by Dr. Howard Gardner and other medical experts and scientists. It is quite widely accepted by the world and used various institutes.
Fingerprints provide an accurate insight about a person’s inborn talents, which they themselves may be unaware of. Every person has unique fingerprint and dermal ridge patterns. The various brain lobes can be analyzed based on the ridge patterns. The distribution of cells in the left and right brain lobes can also be accurately understood, which can help predict where the person’s potential lies.
For many years, Intelligence Quotient (IQ) was the only measurement of a person’s capabilities. But, with the introduction of DMIT, other aspects such as Emotional Quotient, Creativity Quotient, Adversity Quotient, etc. have been recognised as important aspects of personality. Strengths, weaknesses, natural inclinations also play an important role in the learning capabilities, which can be inferred from the DMIT report.
 Benefits of the DMIT test:
 •    The biggest advantage of DMIT, when taken by a child in the age group of 5-10 years, is that it can help in understanding which learning process is best suited for the child.
•    DMIT can help in identifying the strengths and weakness of an individual.
•    It helps in understanding the working of different areas of the brain, thereby understanding the various qualities of the person.
•    It understands a person’s personality and what courses or career can be beneficial for their future.
•    This test can be taken by anyone and everyone, at any age.
•    It is also beneficial for children with special needs such as Down’s syndrome, autism, hyperactive, etc.
•    Hidden talents of the person can be revealed and confidence is boosted with DMIT Test.
•    Understanding the DMIT report accurately can also strengthen inter-personal relationships.
•    In the corporate sector, this test can be beneficial in understanding the potential employees’ strengths and weaknesses and also the growth potential of existing senior level personnel.
The DMIT test has to be followed with apt and accurate counselling, in order for it to be effective.
With us, you will be benefitted by 2 counselling sessions.
1st session is done by Prof. Vedashree Takalkar Gokhale. She has an experience of DMIT counselling for over 200 students and is known for her quality of knowledge and apt report analysis.
The 2nd session is done by Prof. Kedar Takalkar (Career Consultant), who has thrice been awarded the Best Career Counsellor by Times of India. Many students have benefitted from his accurate career guidance and are doing very well in their respective fields.
We also conduct the DMIT test for students in the age group of 5-15 years. Along with DMIT report analysis, Prof. Kedar Takalkar provides guidance for the right study techniques, which is beneficial for their learning and education. Later, the team also provides career counselling for students, which guides them to select a field according to their interests and likings.
DMIT test helps to make important decisions regarding learning methods for children, right career choice for adults and overall growth and development. It is fast gaining popularity in India and more people should make use of this facility.

DMIT Testing – Benefits Of Doing It Right!
Summary – The DMIT test is an analysis of the way the brain functions by way of the fingerprints. The results encompass a broader umbrella than the traditional IQ tests and can prove to be life-changing.
We know that every individual on planet Earth carries a unique set of fingerprints and they do not change over our lifetime. Even identical twins have distinct fingerprints per se.
However, not many people are aware that their fingerprints have a story to tell. And this story is linked to their life, i.e., who they are, what they can do, how they behave and even what they need!
Indeed, an advanced DMIT test in Hyderabad can reveal pertinent clues to what makes a person tick.
The Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test is a scientific study of the fingerprint patterns as a means to comprehend the lobes in the brain and their usage. It relies on analyzing the patterns of skin ridges on the fingers, toes and the soles as they are linked to the intrinsic talents, abilities and qualities of the individual.
DMIT assessment methods have been formulated by scientists and medical experts and are based on neuroscience and multiple intelligence theories. Approved clinical experience confirms that the test is an accurate predictor of potential, aptitude and intelligence. It is accepted by the entire world and is used in varied fields like:
Parenting – The DMIT test gives a clear understanding of the innate personality, talents, behaviour, IQ, reasoning power, strengths and also the drawbacks of the child. It can not only help identify the child’s multiple intelligences and the best learning style but also improve parent-child relationships.
Education – The same test can help students understand their intrinsic potential, skills and preferred learning style. This can ease the unnecessary burden, stress and failure from education which can lead to distressing consequences.
Career guidance – DMIT results zoom in on the core competencies, capabilities and compatibility of an individual that will enable them to identify a suitable career path for the future. The students can choose the right courses to fit their desired career stream.
Teaching – Schools and colleges can identify the natural characteristics, abilities, strengths, weaknesses and preferred learning styles of the students and develop multi-modality teaching methods accordingly. As the learning needs are appropriately met, better academic results will ensue.
Corporate – Pre-employment screening will shed light on the talent, skills and potential of the candidates. This will go a long way in ensuring better employee-job fit.
Adults – The DMIT test is not just limited to recognizing hidden talents and abilities. Understanding one’s personality, behaviour style and values can help improve communication and have a positive effect on relationships.
All said and done, the accuracy and reliability of DMIT results depend on how the test is designed and performed. While the software can yield general results, it is professional experts in specialized life coaching in Hyderabad institutes - like La Winspire International Training & Solutions LLP (http://www.lawinspire.com/) – that provide a proficient and detailed analysis of the advanced DMIT testing. This is what will become a precursor for all round personal development and growth.

5 Time Management Tips For Students
Today I want to discuss the crucial subject of Time management. I call it crucial because I know that most of the students genuinely do not get free time. I moreover think that student’s life is worse than that of the parents working in MNCs. Students are busier than them. Hence Time management is very important.
Tumblr media
1) If your child is a toddler and yet to take admission in the school,  I will always recommend to choose a school nearer to your home as I have observed that most of the time is wasted in travelling.
2) Students and parents should analyse the time wasted by the children in gossiping, chatting, mobile phones and excessive use of T.V This is a real waste of time called as passive entertainment. However, reading books, attending a hobby class, watching a T.V for entertainment for half an hour is considered as an active entertainment.
3) Time wasted in passive entertainment needs to be rectified and must be used appropriately. However, time invested in active entertainment will gear up the students for the study.
4) Also students invest lot of time to do self study. Completion of books/Copy writing can never be counted in self study. Hence, I suggest that students should manage their time for both but prioritise self study as it will lead to strengthen the foundation of knowledge and improve the performance.
5) Never keep your self study time immediate after the school or class. Your brain will not be ready immediately to absorb the knowledge. So you need to rest before you start fresh. The rest can be a hobby class, entertainment, playing etc.
How to manage the time?I would like to discuss the case study of my student here. He was in 8th SSC last year. I had given him the similar technique of study that I mentioned in my first post. He used to go to the school from 7 am to 1.40 pm. He returned home by 2pm. I told him to relax from 2 to 4 pm. (A short nap as he used to get up early, watching T.V and playing).4.30 to 6 pm he had his tuition. I again gave him 1 hour for relaxation. At 7 pm he used to start his self study and would do it by 9pm. Then he had his dinner with his parents. After that 10 to 11pm he used to complete his books. (Purposefully the book completion which involves writing is kept at night where brain just needs to do copy writing.)This is just an example. The schedule was made considering the comfort zone of the student.
However, if the child’s comfort is taken into consideration, you can definitely plan a schedule where the child will surely get the time for self study. Also, the child will happily follow it as all his activities is also considered in this schedule. Banning the hobbies, putting extra restrictions on the child can never fetch the success.
On contrary, it will make the child negative towards the study. Such schedules make the process easier for the child to adapt. Gradually this becomes their habit and becomes easier in the higher standards. Hope this works out for all Parents. Please let me know about the feedback. Happy learning!!!For more details or Career Guidance book your appointment with DMIT Counseling.

Smart Workforce is the key to Smart India.
India would need over 500 million skilled workforce by 2022 across various sectors but our available workforce is not prepared.
Global connectivity, smart machines, and new media are just some of the drivers reshaping how we think about work, what constitutes work, and the skills we will need to be productive contributors in the future. In today's technologically advanced and changing world, various smart skills are also required for future workforce apart from the basic working skills.
We Smart Disha Academy is the education & research arm of Smart Workforce Pvt. Ltd., recently done a research on working learners, higher education, and industry to improve educational outcomes and promote a more prepared workforce for the next decade in a technologically advanced and changing world. The complete report of this research will be made available on our website ( www.smartdisha.com) soon however on the based of our research below are the implications for individuals, educational institutions, business, and governmental policymakers.
Individual - To be successful in the next decade, every Individual will need to demonstrate foresight in navigating a rapidly shifting landscape of organizational forms and skill requirements. They will increasingly be called upon to continually reassess the skills they need, and quickly put together the right resources to develop and update these. Workers in the future will need to be adaptable lifelong learners.
Educational institutions - Educational institutions at the primary, secondary, and post-secondary levels, are largely the products of technology infrastructure and social circumstances of the past. The landscape has changed and educational institutions should consider how to adapt quickly in response. Some directions/disha of change might include:
» Placing additional emphasis on developing skills such as critical thinking, insight, and analysis capabilities
» Integrating new-media literacy into education programs
» Including experiential learning that gives prominence to soft skills—such as the ability to collaborate, work in groups, read social cues, and respond adaptively
» Broadening the learning constituency beyond teens and young adults through to adulthood
» Integrating interdisciplinary training that allows students to develop skills and knowledge in a range of subjects
Businesses - Business must also be alert to the changing environment and adapt their workforce planning and development strategies to ensure alignment with future skill requirements. Strategic human resource professionals might reconsider traditional methods for identifying critical skills, as well as selecting and developing talent. Considering the disruptions likely to reshape the future will enhance businesses’ ability to ensure organizational talent has and continuously renews the skills necessary for the sustainability of business goals. A workforce strategy for sustaining business goals should be one of the most critical outcomes of human resource professionals and should involve collaborating with universities to address lifelong learning and skill requirements.
Governmental policymakers - Governmental policymakers will need to respond to the changing landscape by taking a leadership role and making education a national priority. If education is not prioritized, we risk compromising our ability to prepare our people for a healthy and sustainable future. For Indians to be prepared and for our businesses to be competitive, policy makers should consider the full range of skills citizens will require, as well as the importance of lifelong learning and constant skill renewal.
 Wishing you all the best
