The Fabrications Make Me Sad in general, but only just noticed how Zetsu-y they actually are, not only of the clones in general, but with the original Jōzetsu from the Akatsuki

Given Kuu’s, they’ve probably all got the widely spaced, squared Zetsu teeth under the bandages. All of them but Kirara have Zetsu’s eyeshape, but Kirara’s pink and blue nail polish she collected actually matches Zetsu’s, who has pink fingernails and blue toes

And as people supposed to be disposable weapons with no individuality or will, their uniforms all being just a slightly different shade of purple makes me sad

#99% of my boruto ramblings seems to be #related to the akatsuki group of rebels attempting to overthrow a ninja government #first the new swordsmen now this #but the fabrications did nothing wrong #orochimaru gets a redemption arc and they literally only wanted not to die #the only people who even died in that arc directly created them #i think the nail polish in particular makes me sad because they all did their research on humans #did kirara go looking for what colour nail polish all the akatsuki wore?#with kara also having painted nails i hc that between mei tsunade and the akatsuki it basically became a form of ninja power dressing #i think kuu as the sixth tsuchikage could have been fascinating #boruto #kuu #kirara #sekiei #kokuyou #kakou #zetsu #naruto meta
