- Remove blockers for your team and build team members up for success 

- Carry features from design handoff through to launch and beyond

- 3+ years of project management experience in an agile software development environment ideally with open source technology

- Experience implementing project management principles and methodologies 

- Worked with different project management tools and are exceptionally organized 

- Experience or knowledge of Blockchain technology

- Cross Functional Teams: Experience working with cross functional, matrix, and distributed teams

- Strong diplomacy skills to build consensus between technical and business teams

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate all levels of the organization
