Shen Qinqiu asks for a group of demons’ names, and Six Balls replies that he’s called Six Balls because when he was born, his Pa said he weighed about six balls. It is never elaborated what kind of balls was used as a measurement.
Normally, Six Balls would be in the Less Popular section, but he’s the most submitted character at 14 submissions. Six Balls lives forever; you can’t escape him.

Submission: He is the roundworm in my stomach
Qi Ye tells the story of Prince Jing Beiyuan’s seventh life, which is a repeat of his first life. Wu Xi is the Great Shaman’s Shamanet and the Empire’s captive from Nanjiang who did not appear in Jing Beiyuan’s first life.
From what I remember, he uses something similar to magic to make a court official become aroused / see a beautiful woman and embarrass himself in front of the entire court. As a child.
He also has a vast array of dangerous and venomous animals, one of which he gifts to Jing Beiyuan after they become friends.

Spent five years fighting the disciple of the same man for possession of his corpse and is a salty ass love rival (he attacked a succubus when she predicted that the disciple and his friend would get together)

Devoted himself to Xie Lian for 800+ years before they properly met and was one of the only people who actually listened to how Xie Lian wanted to be “worshipped” / treated as a god

I've made a tentative schedule for the rest of the Popular and Less Popular Danmei Character Tournaments. All polls will run for 1 week with overlap, so more people have a chance to vote without leaving the blog inactive for a week. All polls begin and end at or around 12 pm CST (UTC-5:00).
