Dangerous Desires
Harlan’s bored and slightly annoyed. He’s annoyed with himself because he can’t stop thinking about Cyrus. He’s annoyed with Cyrus because fuck, he’s never worked this hard for a man before. They've been doing this whole flirting thing for a while now but they haven’t made it official, they still haven’t gone on that date. So when Cody invites him to a party along with Luna, Blake and Everett, he jumps at the opportunity to distract himself.
As soon as they step through the gate to the backyard of whosoever house they were at, Luna heads towards Austin, and Blake and Everett head towards the bar that has been set up. Harlan scans the party to look for a familiar face.
He’s surprised to see Cyrus already there, lounging on a couch with an attractive guy sitting in front of him. Harlan watches them for a few minutes, noting the way the guy flirts with him and how he keeps leaning in to touch his thigh as he laughs.
He clenches his jaw and tries to keep his distance because he never was the clingy type and he’s not about to start now. He’s never the chaser. He’s always the one that is pursued and he likes it that way. He’s the predator, he knows that, but he loves the thrill of feeling like the prey. He especially loves it when Cyrus looks at him with those hungry eyes, except… except this time he’s got those hungry eyes locked on someone else. No, he’s not having it. Those eyes should be on him. Cyrus’ attention should be on him . He should be focused on trying to get Harlan, not whoever that nameless man is.

General Appearance: Bronze skin, tight brown curls, small pointed ears.
Personality: Cylan's adventurous, perceptive, and reserved.
Special Talents: Like mentioned before, he’s very perceptive for a child. He’d make a remarkable scout.
Who they like better: Not sure. For most of his life, he’s only been around one mother or guardian. I think he’d like Leliana better of the two.
Who they take after more: He takes more after Ayesleigh. Aside from the fact they’re both elves, the two have a lot of the same mannerisms. (Probably due to the fact she raised him during his toddler years. Mind developing and stuff.)
Personal Headcanon: Cylan swishes his hand around to mimic mages for fun.
