Negative Review-User Koujaboy #158811
Who: KoujaBoy, User # 158811
What: Auction Fraud
Reason for Submission: Misleading terms in auction accompanied by poor conduct towards other members
When: 7/28/17-8/2/17
Explain:
User Koujaboy started an auction on July 28, 2017 with the intent of auctioning off a number of single and double Gen.1 dragons.  Many were set at really low SB’s and autobuys.  I did not participate in the auction but did track the dragon’s prices and bidding activity until the end date, in the case that I could get something down the road.  The thread is still up and can be visible here:

The auction, as stated by the user, was intended to be ended the same night that the auction was posted; they stated “These will all end tonight when I get off vacation :-) ”
That was certainly not the case, and the auction ended up being extended all the way into August 2nd, which I speculate was to wait for someone to AB the dragons in question.
Koujaboy seemed to lie, a second time, about the end date to another user during this period on July 31 “Ending tonight :-) @Moonpiebandit”.   On August 1st, another user alerted Koujaboy for ‘missing’ the deadline again, to which they responded “I had taken my sleep medication and passed out before then. Not my fault”. Otherwise, no other pings or alerts of the end date change were ever sent out to any of the users bidding or requesting LDP’s, leaving everyone confused.
Another user finally brought up the issue on Aug. 2, and sternly, with Koujaboy to end the auction immediately.  That user was immediately blocked for questioning, according to what they later replied in the forum. The warning was strong enough nonetheless that Koujaboy finally ended the auction, taking a reduction of 200 gems off the price tag of many dragons.
However, their poor conduct did not stop there.  One bidder had placed 1100 gems on a double thistle dragon compared to the previous 850 gems, but Koujaboy rejected the bid because the bidder was to trade the dragon to another user who had a double thistle as a dream dragon, but reportedly could not pay for it:
User: “Well, if you are selling I’m not sure you should dictate where they go. They’d be going to someone who was really looking for one for a long time in any case :). They just don’t have the means to bid right now."
"I don’t want to sell to have trade. I’m selling the double thistle to the other bidder. Thanks. @CoyoteWest”
While the TOS do not place restrictions on denying bids for any reason, this was unfair and seemed to be an attack on this user, given that they were also sternly questioning Koujaboy’s continuous changing of the auction end date.

That was the totality of that particular incident.
Mod note: please include archive versions of links in the future so that if edits/deletions happen the proof remains. Thanks! Also, some parts of the submission were removed due to lack of proof. Please provide proof for all claims!
