Paul is forbidden from driving any type of vehicle whether air or land with Edd around because Edd will do the hand on thigh or arm around shoulder and Paul will go from "focus on road, pay attention to signs, stay within speed limit" to "💖💞💕♥️💓💘💗💝" and crash into another cloudberg.

Fun fact about why the ship colabrows/EddPaul became more of a thing! A homophobe made an animatic for a fanmovie, and the whole time Edd and Paul were somewhat acting like a couple, so a lot of the people who watched the fanmovie animatic shipped it out of spite to anger the homophobe, though eventually got into something called the "colabrows brainrot" Pretty much people wanted more content, though there's barely any content for it. Though the hcs and fanfics for it are really sweet so far.
So what you’re saying is if I write content of fluff between the nice men who are fanonned to both be artists, I’d piss off a homophobe AND make people’s days?
But this hits me in a wonderful spot, I love spite, it’s one of my greatest motivators and tends to be a reason for doing a lot of things in my life. Future came from anger and spite actually (while not being the reason, I was pissed off and spiteful at something else)
I could and would genuinely create content for this, knowing people want content. I suppose I have to slide back into fandom AO3 tonight and do some research. Albeit I’m awful at writing Edd as a main character and keep flipping on how I like writing him, I promise to give two fics to this ship.

🔥The ship Colabrows (EddPaul)
I don’t ship it. Honestly my ships in Eddsworld are so specific to my internal headcanons that like I couldn’t see them really vining well together, albeit this comes from universe specific that I won’t go into.
But uh bc there’s so little content of them and stuff I don’t really like vibe with the general idea (PaulPat and PaulTord though? Can do that)
Like I’m vaguely aware they’re confirmed friends, Paul and Edd know each other well, but my brain sees it as a weird crack ship, however if I was asked to write it and saw the chemistry there or read a good fic with it, I’d probably be happy, but generally I’d say Meh, can’t see it.
That being said if someone has an EddPaul fic to rec me I’ll consume that shit immediately.
And if you request it I could write it I am stagnant with my books rn
