ok probably the biggest issue i have with the good doctor is that every single genuine platonic friendship gets turned into forced romance. shaun and lea, lim and melendez, claire and melendez, jordan and daniel, morgan and park… like seriously, come on.

#i don’t understand why they keep pushing this shit #shaun and lea’s friendship was so pure and they had chemistry as FRIENDS but after they got together it was all just gone.#claire and melendez was such a DISAPPOINTMENT tbh. like claire herself said that they’re ’’platonic friendship’’#and she critisized how everyone saw them as romantic and then boom she goes and makes it romantic. i mean that was deliberate.#park and morgan made no fucking sense and i hated every second of them being together #lim and melendez was kind of ok i mean they go a long way but still i wasn’t a fan #i can understand jordan’s crush on daniel (i think he’s a good match for her) and daniel’s crush on jordan (i mean. come on. she’s amazing.)#but i just can’t get behind it because of all the other relationships. too much is too much.#like if all the other romantic relationships were removed i would ship jordan and daniel SO HARD because these two are ADORABLE #but no. they had to give me morgan and park and claire and melendez and shaun and lea #🫧
