PRIDE: Here's a photo of the fabulous Cindy Mizelle, the incredible Keith Haarmeyer, and me from the Record Release party for our dance anthem, "That Man Of Mine" by Sugar Shop featuring Cindy Mizelle in the Meatpacking District in NYC. I am eternally grateful to Keith, Cindy, Brenda White-King, and Sonia, who lent their time, talents, and enthusiasm to help create a song that ultimately packed the Provincetown dancefloors during High Tea. For a gay boy like me, who came out in the late 80's and loved dance music, writing a dance anthem was a dream come true. Back then, Gay Clubs were everything. We didn't have social media, and we didn't have Smartphones. When 'That Man Of Mine' made it on the Billboard Dance Charts and I saw with my own eyes dancefloor revelers throw their hands up in the air when our tune started to play it was incredible.
