Alright now that the joke is done, I'm gonna toss my brief thoughts on Rooster Teeth from my main blog:
I haven't really been into RT things or RWBY since Volume 4-5 but it's still sad to hear them being destroyed. There's a small soft spot I do have because after all, this blog is about one of the villains getting thrown into another world and going through the journey of being a hero. Even if it's weird as hell for her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
But in the meantime, no, this blog won't go anywhere as I am working on a post explaining Cinder's feelings and processes from early MSQ to Pre-Titan.

Cinder mentally at this kid and very lucky Minfilia is in the room:
Tumblr media
I'll go into detail later but Cinder really does not like Alphinaud during ARR. Haurchefant is decent and actually pretty nice which she doesn't think she's used to. So she's not fond of him saying things like this.
Also, this is why she doesn't like joining in political stuff: she knows she'll get pissed off and is practically useless other than 'be muscle' and Cinder can find better things to occupy her time. Funny how memory loss and making some decent connections can change someone because she'd be all for this kind of thing back on Remnant.

Meeting Haurchefant for the first time. And he's a helpful and nice guy...Cinder has a Concern naturally. But he turns out to be cool (heh).
I promise I'm working on that next write up (as I go more into 2.3 holy shit I don't remember it being this long) but I wanted to show some gposes.

The Adventure Begins
The first thing she can remember is floating in a space of deep blues and purples, moving like waves on the ocean. She gently floats further down as if someone was guiding her along until her feet touch the unseen ground. And yet she can walk on it without the fear of falling. The area around her shifts colors as the blues and purples mix into the hue of the night sky, highlighted by one lone golden spark in the distance. And a voice soft as a whisper.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She's drawn to it, warm and inviting and follows in that direction. But her ears pick up a noise, whooshing behind her as she cannot help but look back.
Tumblr media
A swirl of darkness forms, crackling open as someone in shadow appears. Donning a cowl of night accented in purple and gold horns, the most striking of items the woman notices is the deep red color of the mask they wear. She could see no eyes behind them but something did not sit well with her as they reached out in an attempt to touch her. Unsure of what to do, the voice speaks again as the golden spark appears before her:
"Hear...Feel...Think..."
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The spark envelops her in light and she finds herself dressed in a robe of white, calling forth a staff and poised for battle. The dark robed figure screams in a low tone but the power there is unmistakable and both clash in a light-
And then she wakes up.
Tumblr media
She can't recall how she got into this wagon but there's a couple others along with her: two children(?) with matching hair and disinterest and a man dressed in yellow who addresses her, asking if she was alright. She's unsure how to answer but he adds that she was moaning in her sleep and sweating buckets. She can't help but think how she doesn't feel sweaty and perhaps that was an expression here. 'Wherever 'here' is.' she can't help but think. There's not much time to ponder on it because from close by, she could hear the sounds of a bugle horn being played and her ears feel like they wanted to turn away. It just...made her uncomfortable.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"What are these things?!" She can't help but exclaim and point but the man in yellow just looks on confused. "They're right there! Weird white furry rats with wings!"
Tumblr media
Neither furry rat was put off from the sudden name calling but more than likely the bunny woman had never seen a moogle before and had to tell her that few people can see them with the naked eye. Which makes her realize why she could only spot them while the others in the wagon did not. Did this make her crazy? She didn't know.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Her problem was that she did not know what would be considered strange and for them to ask of her help. Why her?
Tumblr media
She couldn't help but make a small gesture at their comrade downing the alcohol in such a manner while the man in yellow has his head turned away. She forgot his name already. Did that count? Figuring that she wouldn't know anything, the moogle does thank her for at least admitting it and drags their friend away before they can get too drunk. Unfortunately for the man in yellow, he reaches for the bottle and tries to take a drink, only to realize it's all gone. She wants to say the moogle drank it all but there's a chance that she wouldn't be believed so she kept quiet, hoping that the ride would keep quiet. Sadly, it didn't because the man kept asking her questions.
Tumblr media
She could only nod as a reply because she doesn't even know why she's here. Actually, there's not much she does know outside of her own name and some kind of odd wish.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It seemed to be a good answer and makes her feel less awkward. For some reason, she did not want to show any kind of weak point to anyone. Even small merchants. But then...he asks her another question:
Tumblr media
She could answer this because it was the only other thing that she knew in her mind.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
She knows she wants power, like something in her mind is telling her that this is her truth but the reasons why eludes her. Did she want to do those things like the man suggested? Was there another reason? She couldn't answer but before anyone could speak, a large arrow embeds itself in the middle of the wagon. Some in the distance shouts words she doesn't understand, including 'ixal' as scrawny tall beast creatures with twisted beaks and short feathery tails began a battle with others who had shown up. The wagon driver in the meantime speeds away to ensure the passengers are safe. She has to ponder if the children there are alright because they certainly did not react to the surprise attack. Or was there something else going on?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Very yikes. Seeing the uncertainty on her face, the man decides to change the subject slightly and ask her if she knows anything about the city they will be coming to, Gridania. When she replies that she doesn't, he's happy to tell her what she needs to know.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It feels a lot for her to take in but his explanation is long enough that they finally reach the gate to Gridania. Once everyone gets off the wagon, the man tells her that this is where they will part ways as he goes to the markets while she will make her way to the Adventurer's Guild. First, he starts to ask what her name is but stops and says that once she makes a name for herself, then she can tell him and they'll be square. He also gives her a small ring as a token for listening to him as he heads off. Once everyone leaves, she is left at the gate entrance by herself, holding the ring and the only other item on her: a simple staff made of wood. She looks back at the direction where the merchant went off in and holds the staff close.
"...my name is Cinder." she doesn't know why she did an introduction with no one to hear it. Maybe she just needed to say it just to know who she is. With nothing but the quiet sounds of the forest to answer back, the woman, Cinder, follows the path to enter the city of Gridania.

ARR Pre-Titan Thoughts
So as I'm rushing to level 50 MSQ, I've also been trying pondering how Cinder would feel about everything. Just because she has no memory of her life back on Remnant, doesn't mean she's a sweet cinnamon roll. When I mentioned this to someone on social media, they said that Cinder is always wanting to throw someone off a cliff and just because she's from Volume 3's end, doesn't mean she wasn't always angy. It just got more during this because of two reasons: being an errand girl running all over the realm and being a Healer. Venat really fucked up in giving her the opportunity to become a White Mage because we all know Healers are very much not the cute moe type but the ones holding the whip and the power. Pretty sure there's an art of Cinder out there with a whip, just a hunch.
So...how was Cinder during this time?
For starters, she started in Gridania and they're not so friendly to outsiders and it was the same with her outside of Miounne. Even doing their dirty work within the city, Cinder wasn't treated as well even though she was polite, courteous, and did everything without showing how upset she was. She thought that maybe if she did more errands, she'd get more respect but alas, that didn't happen. And it gnawed at her soul and could feel her anger bubble below the surface so of course it bit her in the ass. See, before Miounne let her access the inn rooms, Cinder had no place to sleep and did have to sleep outside in bushes. Sometimes it rained and she had no cover and it SUCKED. But the rain did help with her hiding some held back tears. Cinder didn't know because of this, a higher being did in fact see her suffering:
Tumblr media
She wouldn't find out until Endwalker that this happened but Nophica has kept an eye on her since she came to Gridania and while this was during the time where the gods only watched and couldn't (see 'wouldn't') intervene directly, she had to find another way to do so. Which meant getting the Conjurers' Guildmaster's attention so Cinder can stay there at least until she could get inn rooms at the Adventurers' Guild.
It went about as normal as one could get (why did fighting weird masked folks feel normal to her?) but there was also a couple other weirdos that kept showing up around the same time.
Tumblr media
They seemed harmless and Cinder did find the information they did have interesting but she didn't think it concerned her yet. That and she didn't want to talk about the time when she saw the huge floating crystal to strangers; there was no way that the one in the mask was so dense, right?
(Spoilers: Cinder was wrong. Yda was rather dense.)
Yeah, the first meeting with Hydaelyn confused Cinder because she couldn't help but feel odd during it. Not because of being in awe but she couldn't help that something felt off about her words. Shining her light on all creation? Now Cinder doesn't have any memory of her past before the story begins but she can't help but have a feeling that there's something more. But she's curious and perhaps she can at least try something; it could help her regain the memories she did lose.
Things got a bit better in Gridania when Cinder did get recognized as doing good, even with the leader of the city, Kan-E-Senna, giving her a position in a festival mostly for those of the forest. Gaining respect made Cinder feel good and having those in power letting her go do some things in their name...was good. A bit of power for herself. It's even better when they ask her to go explore some various areas, giving Cinder more room to spread her wings so to speak. And she is a healer and adventurers do need someone to help keep them healthy and whole. How did that go?
Tumblr media
Going through Sastasha, Tam-Tara, and Copperbell and helping fellow green adventurers like herself was HELL. Cinder had her first taste of Healer Salt and it was enough for her to go solo after helping out in Halatali until the rest of 2.0. Maybe if everyone decided not to go Leeroy Jenkins and run off as Cinder was trying to ensure everyone stayed alive, the story would be different. But no. Suffer.
But her hard work did get her more noticed by being recruited by the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, a group working along with the city-states but not a part of them in order to fight primals and do all the weird cases. Cinder did find them mostly fine but she was taken back by Minfilia talking about her becoming family. It felt too soon for her. She doesn't know if she has a family or not and here comes this lady with the same Echo power telling her these things and it's...weird. During her first assignment involving Ifrit, it wasn't so bad until she got captured and Thancred didn't annoy her like Yda did before so that helped. But when she learned that she couldn't be tempered like most folks, you can bet that boosted Cinder's ego.
Just as she was feeling good, she was off to go to Gridania and make sure the sylph folks don't go summoning their god. This did involve asking a lot of questions about how to act around them and her hard work very nearly paid off. Until...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Dramatic reenactment of Cinder showing Yda how pissed off she was after she said that.)
Worked her butt off and it was going to go smoothly but no, these two came in and Yda blurted out and then assumed Cinder didn't do a decent job because she didn't dance in greeting. Hissed and everything. Papalymo just told her that's what she got and Yda got the fear of the bun put into her. This was a time that she loathed because she did so much running around getting booze from a rat creature, beating up some punk soldier thinking Garleans make good bosses and giving up so easily, and chasing after the head masked robed weirdo who called himself Lahabrea as he sicked a spider on her. Needless to say, her trek to Little Ala Mhigo didn't help matters either.
Tumblr media
But honestly, this would be nothing compared to what will happen when she has to deal with Titan. What happens afterward will also hit Cinder like a truck-kun and that's when some development happens.

Side Off: A God Sees
As a new adventurer, Cinder really did not have much of a clue on what to do. It didn't help that where she ended up was a place not very welcoming to newcomers. Combine that and her own fuse being a bit short (when you have no memory and the locals complaining about you being a problem, can you blame her?), it got her to a place where she had no roof to sleep under.
Then it started to rain. Lovely.
Cinder didn't know what to do and with nowhere to go, she huddled somewhere off the beaten path and couldn't help but feel sorrow swell in her. She didn't know Mionne well enough to ask and a lot more adventurers were clamouring for her attention and those guards in green were no help.
At least it was raining so no one could tell she was crying. She didn't know that someone was.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Cinder wouldn't find out until far much later that someone else saw her plight and nudged what would come next.

Cinder Falls...into Eorzea
Hello to those who somehow come across this small blog thing. If you follow my main, @la-scree , you may remember me mentioning about bringing one of RWBY's villains over to XIV's universe and how it was just a crack pot idea. Well, I made her in game and I guess it's no longer a crack pot idea.
If the title doesn't give it away, my choice was to take Cinder Fall from Remnant and yeet her into Eitherys just to see what would happen. Also because when I was really into the show, I actually enjoyed her more than the main cast. Hearing about how her lack of character is a thing still after ten years, I went with doing what every person who sees potential but canon squandering it: take them and go 'mine now'.
So in this case, Cinder is taken from the end of Volume 3 where Ruby had just unleashed her Silver Eye Truck-kun and instead of only taking her arm and eye and hair, it kills her. Her soul then gets thrown out of that universe and finds it's way to the original universe it came from. Hydaelyn then sees her soul and has a feeling that she knows whose it is but isn't sure. (Spoilers: it sure is) So, she decides with some of her power, she makes a vessel for the wayward soul and sends her to Eorzea to see if her hunch was right.
While Cinder is given new life as a fledging adventuring viera, she has no memory of her past life on Remnant except two things: her first name and that she wants power. Naturally she won't know anything about Eitherys except general functions like walking, eating, and cleaning. She'll still be like how she was during the first three volumes (at least during ARR) but within an unknown fear of big lights. She'll slowly regain her memories throughout the story with her needing to understand who she was then and how she would have changed by the end of Endwalker.
Long Story Short: Villain dies, gets isekai'd and has to learn to be a good person without memories of their past life.
So this blog isn't going to be an RP blog at all since I don't know how that works. Instead, it's going to be a playthrough of all of Final Fantasy XIV, from A Realm Reborn to Endwalker, no story skipping and seeing how Cinder would react and go through the story. (Job skips are another thing entirely since you know my thoughts on Dancer) I'll also attempt to do small gposes in between the story beats just to give more to the overall experience.

Shit, I see that XV event happening. Also, Cinder is only level 8 in the MSQ. I may have to haul ass and figure out a better way for storytime beats. Mainly because taking a shot for every scene and really writing it is in fact, TOUGH.
But me going 'Hey, Cinder having a car and beep beep driving her team around' is also amusing.
