I like the fact that hachi doesn't have any animosity towards manba on the terms that he's not the Real yamanbagiri bc hachi fundamentally doesn't Care about the fake part of the argument .that's just a poor excuse for the fact that he's overcome w envy bc the guy who's not even a kotetsu got to be used in combat more than him and . i feel like . him questioning why he sees nagasone and manba differently would finally make him realise this massive dissonance
