I FOUND HIM

i thought i lost it when i moved, but turns out, he was hiding amongst my Breyer horse models! behold! my DanTDM plush from like 2015 or something! i don't remember!

i wanted to share this bc like, does anyone else remember these things??? before YouTooz, when mcyt was hitting it big, & i could walk into Walmart & buy little action figures & stuff. 'cuz i bought this at Walmart of all places.

does anyone else still have any of these figures/plushes? if yes, pls share?? i'm so curious. i need to know. (⁠ ͒⁠ ⁠۝ ͒⁠ ⁠)

sometimes i remember that i can write whatever i want, & no one can really stop me. i could write a fic about Spirit (Stallion of the Cimarron) & Herobrine Minecraft committing arson together. i could just do that.

y'know, once when i was at work, i started thinking about the number 64, which is the same as 8 × 8. & i thought, "8 × 2 = 16, which is the same as 64 ÷ 4." there's 4 16s in 64, but also 8 8s, & i thought "that's interesting" & i drew out 8 8s & 4 16s underneath. & like, it's interesting, that if you have 8(8) & you double one of those 8s & half the other, you get 16(4), & i just think that's really cool.

& today i was thinking about 52 × 16 = 832, & wondered if multiples of 16 just cycle back eventually to having 32 in them. i thought about how there's an 8 in that number as well, & how a half & a double of 16 together are a multiple of 16, & i thought "that's fascinating."

& sometimes i feel lost in patterns & numbers where maybe there are no patterns to begin with, only coincidences, & that's cool.

i found a gen 3 mlp archive site for toys & i'm going insane. i'm reactivating old neurons. i miss my old ponies. i used to have a gen 3 Fluttershy. i had Heather Winds. i've been calling Penny Candy by Candy Heart this whole time 'cuz i couldn't find her name on the box. i had a Daisyjo McDonald's toy; i remember she was my first pony. my second was Wisteria; she's one of the few i still have, tho she is rather worse for wear. Candy Heart was actually covered in Jolly Rancher nail polish for the past 10 years, until my roommate cleaned her. the only reason i found the site was bc i have one that i remembered me & my sister called Flurry Heart, but upon research i found her name to be Northern Lights, apparently. Starsong was the last pony i ever got, & i find it kind of sad that she doesn't have a magnet like the others. like she was a sign, a farewell to a certain era of my life, of something that faded that i can never go back to. & at the time, i knew i shouldn't. the world moves forward, & we move with it; we grow & we change & it's important. nothing lasts forever.
