Chambersburg Mall, Mall of the Dead from Andrew Aliferis on Vimeo.
This is my local mall. The Chambersburg Mall was built in 1982 and had its heyday in the 1990s. By 2009, it was considered to be one of the 10 malls most likely to fail. It is mostly dead and vacant now. I tried to capture the eerie mood in this video. I engineered the sound of tension in the beginning from two brass pipe fittings.
