Happy Aloha Saturday, work & laundry today has me thinking again lol "While going through a tough situation, we always have a choice. // DAY 1 //
Lately, I havent really been in a positive space because of no reason, sometimes we might not have reasons and yet be unhappy. Physical isolation like our present quarantine can be harsh on us. We might not be consciously walking towards the doors of negativity but they might take us in.
It's human tendency to complain and be ungrateful. Being ungrateful is like ripples in the water when it rains. Ripples are inevitable but when the rain stops, the water becomes still and assumes it's still face which is it's true nature. Likewise humans also face daily conflicts, physically or mentally present and gratitude is a practice which has been emphasised to be the first step towards positivity in life.
Being aware of one's mental state is a virtue and hence, I thought, before slipping into a worse space it's better to start of early.
Gratitude helps transforming negative thoughts to positive outcomes. Hoping to have a positive mindset at the end of this 21 days challenge.
