What Are the Various Chocolate Packaging Options Available Today
The equipment we generally use to package various kinds of chocolates and candies is called a chocolate wrapping machine. You need a productive, dependable, and high-quality chocolate Alu paper wrapping machine because chocolate packaging is evolving so quickly.
Why a Chocolate Wrapping Machine is Necessary?
Tumblr media
For the following tasks, you require a chocolate wrapping machine:
Boost the output of the chocolate industry's production
Improving the precision and effectiveness of chocolate wrapping
With a wrapping machine, you can save time when wrapping chocolates.
While the machine parts barely contaminate anything, the hygiene of the chocolate packaging should be improved.
What Are the Different Packing Options for Chocolate?
Chocolate can be wrapped and packaged in a variety of ways. The following are some of the popular methods for packaging chocolate:
Banding: This entails enclosing the chocolate in a band made of packaging materials.Furthermore, glue or heat might be used during the sealing process.A somewhat stiff or thick banding paper or film, like high density polythene, is required.
Sleeve Wrapping: This entails creating a web around the chocolate using one or two reels of film. You might use a piece of loose film and use heat to shrink it tightly.Low density polypropylene material with a thickness ranging from 30 to 120 microns may be used as the wrapping material.
Fold Wrapping: In this case, the chocolate is wrapped in aluminium or paper by the machine without being thermally sealed. When you believe there is a risk of heat damaging the chocolate, you can use this method of wrapping.
Twist Wrapping: To seal the chocolate wrapper, you must twist its ends. You'll wrap the chocolate in cellophane and rigid film, which can cause a crackling sound as you unwrap it.
Tumblr media
Foil and Band Wrapping: Typically, metal foil is first wrapped in chocolate, and then the paper is wrapped around the aluminium foil.
Pleat Wrapping: In this procedure, the chocolate is encircled by pleats, and the wrap is then sealed with a label. It can be used to wrap chocolate items that aren't square or round. You can use some of the chocolate wrapping styles in addition to the methods mentioned above to enhance the appearance. The sort of chocolate you choose to pack will determine the wrapping style you use.
Conclusion:
Rest assured that you will get the highest profit by including a chocolate foil wrapping machine in the production line. The machine will significantly improve the value of the product package. The good news is that a personalised chocolate wrapping machine can be purchased at a reasonable price.

Benefits:
1) This machine is environmentally friendly and uses very little electricity; the CW-500 machine uses only 65 watts per hour. This uses 30 times less electricity than a heat gun and 60-100 times less power than a heat chamber or heat tunnel. Furthermore, it just saves you money on a daily basis!
2) One machine can universally over-wrap any type of tiny box, as long as it fits on the wrapping panel; Cigarette boxes, tea boxes, perfume boxes, soap boxes, cosmetic boxes, playing card boxes, and a variety of other goods fall under this category.
3) The machine is built with high-quality parts and materials to last for many years. The machine is constructed of powder coated metal and has a stainless-steel work table. For secure transportation, the machine is wrapped with a robust yet lightweight oak crate rather than cardboard.
4) Over-wrapping is superior to shrink-wrapping because BOPP film (used in the over-wrapping process) is less expensive and more transparent and glossier than shrink-wrapping film. Additionally, money is saved as compared to shrink-wrapping packing.
5) The CW-500 overwrapping machine is a fraction of the price of larger semiautomatic and, notably, automated overwrapping devices. Ideal for breaking into a new market while launching a new firm. When evaluating the purchase of a semi automatic or automated over-wrapping machine, it is also ideal to test market response on better packed items.

rocks that i was too afraid to climb
aww thanks for the ask! Okay this one should be short, it's based off a first line meme from a while ago (sorry folks, I'm very slow on these!) and contains some speculation for 3x12.
based on the spoiler - Jones wants something from Michael. Obviously I don't think the show will go in this direction...
***
“I want to wake up next to you. Every morning,” Alex confessed with his eyes closed. His face was too pale as he laid his head on Michael’s leg in the narrow enclosure of the cave. It was clear that the long confinement without food or water had weakened Alex, more than Michael’s alien stamina. “Was that too much to ask?”
Three days had passed since Jones had taken them both and imprisoned them in a part of the cave system not unlike the cell his own mother had crafted for his father. No water, no food. All Michael had was the gleam of alien glass barring the exit and a disconcerting blankness where his connection to Max and Isobel should be. The glass had to have properties blocking the psychic connection between them, he refused to believe any other alternative.
“No, not too much, and we’re going to get that, okay?” Michael reminded him softly, brushing back the oily unwashed locks of hair from his face. “Shhh, just rest, don’t want you wasting precious water talking.”
“Not a waste. ‘Is part of his plan.” Alex opened his eyes, licking at his dry and cracked lips. “Jones wants me near death so you will do whatever he wants.”
Michael glanced back toward the mouth of the prison, where the surface moved with shades of pink and purple but remained impenetrable. He knew Alex was right, that this space of time was just a way to soften Michael up for the ask. The first day had been easy, pacing the length of the cage, trying to use their cell phones for a signal and then sitting down to conserve energy. The second day had been spent simply holding each other, watching the surface of their cage closely for movement, and now it was day three. Their phones were dead, and no matter how still they were, there wasn’t any energy to conserve. His stomach had stopped growling a while ago, the habit of going hungry returning like an unlucky penny.
The habit of his youth though, meant he was never without a snack in the various layers he wore. This time it was a packet of peanut butter crackers secreted in the inner pocket of his flannel. It took a fierce fight to get Alex to accept them yesterday. “I’m an alien, I can be healed from everything but you, you’re not, so take the crackers or I’m going to drop them in our piss and shit hole and neither of us will get to enjoy them, got it?” He had waved to the small corner of their prison they had designated for bodily waste with the crackers in hand as a threat.
Thankfully, Alex had believed him and he had slowly let the crackers dissolve in his mouth over the span of the rest of the day.
Now the crackers were gone, the walls of the cave were moist enough to garner a few drops of moisture that Michael carefully gathered in the cellophane of the wrapper from the crackers. Three small beads of water slowly dripped down the plastic to brush against Alex’s lips.
The touch had Alex opening his eyes to glare at him weakly, even as he greedily licked up the precious drops. “Michael-”
“I’ll get the next few drips, okay?”
Too tired to fight more, Alex shifted closer to him for warmth. Michael had shed all of his layers except his undershirt, covering Alex as best he could in flannels and his well-worn jacket, but even that couldn’t stop Alex from shaking in the cold, damp cell. Having long since discarded his prosthetic leg and liner, his right pant leg was carefully knotted just below his knee to retain warmth. Between Michael’s body temperature and the careful blanket of clothes, they both knew it was a lack of food and water that fuelled the tremors.
“So on our first date, we tackled a mysterious brain melting machine, cut out the sabotaging mechanism your father inserted, and retrieved the message my mother had hid there over 50 years ago. And now on our first month anniversary, we’re being held captive by my psycho dad. Not sure how we’re going to top that for our first year anniversary. Might need to stop an alien invasion or something,” Michael joked softly as he played with Alex’s hair.
“Marry,” Alex murmured.
“What?”
“After a year,” he nuzzled at Michael’s hand weakly but slowly forcing the words out. “We get married.”
“Oh are you asking? Like this? When it’s been three days since I’ve showered? Seriously, Manes!?” Michael kept his voice light, prodding Alex for a response as he watched worriedly. Alex was only getting weaker. If this was about forcing Michael’s compliance, Jones could have saved them two days of pain. That’s how long he’s been ready to cooperate.

Chapter 3: Resurrection Overture (III)
Qi Leren stood in front of the door that had once made him beyond salvation.
After the huge stone door, Maria’s sword was held high and the black dragon was crucified. Seven days ago, there was a former friend sitting on the throne that belonged to the Pope, smiling at him.
Now that I think about it, I still feel like I had a nightmare.
Worried that there was some unknown danger inside, Qi Leren removed "Devil Etiquette", changed it to the perception skill "Rain-Day Clothing", put his hand on the stone door, and pushed it gently. The stone door opened almost automatically before his eyes.
Maria and the black dragon were still there, but the metal sword in Maria’s hands had ceased to exist. Qi Leren's eyes fell to the blood on the ground, and the dragged blood seemed to bring back the scene before his death.
He took a step and wanted to go there, but the first step made this dead and broken church glow with incredible changes—
The statue of Maria exuded bright light, and countless cracks spread from its head. Qi Leren stared at this horrible scene and the cracks became more and more dense, spreading from Maria to the immortal body of the black dragon. The two statues with a height of more than ten meters were destroyed in an instant by time, turning into countless fragments and dust that poured down, rushing to the earth like waterfalls!
The entire site of the Vatican collapsed in a frantic tremor.
During this collapse, Qi Leren, who had been knocked down by the shock wave, looked towards the Maria.
Maria's phantom stood there, holding an object that seemed to be a scepter in both hands and coming towards him.
The ground shook so much that Qi Leren couldn't stand up at all, but Maria's phantom came to him as if on flat ground and handed the thing in her hand to him: "Please, bring this to the Prophet, you must give it to him personally."
"Who is the Prophet? Where is he?" Qi Leren asked, confused.
"He is in the judge’s seat of the Twilight Township. If you meet Ning Zhou, don't let Ning Zhou touch this thing and don't let him see it," Maria said.
Qi Leren looked down at what Maria gave him and held out his hand. The name of this item was [Scepter of Hell], which was made of metal, heavy and dangerous. There was a huge groove at the top of the scepter and the gem originally embedded in it had disappeared, leaving only this metal scepter with evil power. This was an extremely powerful and fearful demon item, which can even pollute the power of faith.
"I understand, I will give it to the Prophet." Qi Leren understood that the matter was important, so he put away this scepter and solemnly agreed.
"Thank you." Maria smiled, leaned over Qi Leren, and left a gentle kiss on his forehead.
The gentle kiss was like the blessing of God. Countless golden and silvery spots spread from Maria and she began to become blurred. However, these spots rushed into Qi Leren's body and he suddenly felt himself immersed as if in a hot spring. The warm energy soothed his stiff and tired body, injecting vitality and vigor into him again.
Indulged in this comfortable power, Qi Leren forgot where he was until an angry roar came from above: "How dare you! Maria! Again and again you have... I will not let you go!"
The Witch of Desperation, who found the body of the Devastator destroyed, roared. Storm clouds condensed with thunder and lightning and the terrible demon energy brewed the power of death. Countless bats came at them!
Maria nodded to Qi Leren languidly: "Good boy, go, remember my words."
Saying this, a bright white light rose from Qi Leren's feet, pierced through the dark clouds in the sky, and wrapped around Qi Leren to fly him towards the distant land of dusk.
In this dazzling silvery white light, Qi Leren felt his body float uncontrollably just like in the dream before, rising higher and higher, and the white world was full of magnificent and majestic vitality, solemn and quiet. Wrapped in the holy light, he flew in the sky like a gliding bird, moving forward in a pure white.
Suddenly an ethereal music sounded ahead. Qi Leren woke up from his dreamy state and looked in the direction of the music.
Countless little angels with flowers and musical instruments in their hands flew out of a magnificent gate, joyfully spreading petals and playing graceful music. That gate seemed to be the door to Eden. From the open gate, he could see a garden full of flowers. Angels holding musical instruments were playing the piano and singing songs by the fountain, singing praises to Father God.
A petite young female angel came out of the garden and her feet lightly landed on the clouds, smiling at Qi Leren.
Qi Leren tried to see her face clearly, but she seemed to be a light-year away from him.
"I am the Prophet," she said. "Give it to me."
Qi Leren's eyes were empty and that person's voice seemed to be God's will, which made him want to obey her orders involuntarily.
Give the Scepter of Hell to the Prophet, and she is the Prophet... This was firmly rooted in his mind.
Qi Leren took the Scepter of Hell in his hand without thinking.
[Rain-Day Laundry: At present, the remaining sensing times are 2/3.]
Qi Leren suddenly woke up. How could he believe that this unknown person was the Prophet?! This brainwashing power was simply terrible! He almost handed over this thing!
"Hmm?" The angel on the other side let out a confused hum as the projection of an archangel emerged behind Qi Leren, holding a rapier to cut the heavenly gate.
In a blaze of holy light, the world was silently torn apart and all the dreamy things in front of him disappeared in an instant.
Under the curious gaze of hundreds of millions of human beings and demons, this white holy light that shone in an arc across the sky paused for a moment in a cloud of black mist, then pierced the darkness and continued to fly towards the Village of Dusk on the eastern coast.
In the garden of Dawn.
"An unexpected miss. It’s not enough to use the avatar projection in front of him, I was too hasty," the petite woman sighed.
"You can't stop using the field’s power. After all, it’s the last of the Holy Nun’s power," the man taking a slow sip of wine said lightly.
"But to use ‘Utopia’, it will be weakened after being pierced by that holy light, it’ll do more harm than good. Forget it. Anyway, I already know that thing’s whereabouts, I’ll just ask others to keep it for the time being," the woman said and smiled again. "But that child you like is quite vigilant."
The red wine in the goblet was swirled gently, its thick red color like blood.
"People with secrets will always be more vigilant. I really wonder how many secrets he still hides."
The Village of Dusk on the east coast was shrouded in the afterglow of sunset all year round.
On the long coastline, Chen Baiqi was smoking on the seawall and her sister Sissi was catching crabs. Suddenly, she found a shiny stone. She screamed with surprise and took the stone to Chen Baiqi: "This is beautiful, I want to show it to Xiaozhi!"
Chen Baiqi glanced at the stone, but it was only a rare sea stone. She rubbed her sister's hair: "Okay."
"But I haven't seen Xiaozhi for a long time." Sissi was worried about her little friend. "Is it the Prophet who won't let him out?"
"Maybe," Chen Baiqi replied absently, full of melancholy. "We’ll go home in ten minutes and go to the Undead Island in the afternoon."
Sissi cocked her head and suddenly realized: "Is it Qi Leren’s seventh day?"
Chen Baiqi responded gently and let out a sigh.
The little girl who didn't know her sister's worries kicked the sand under her feet and muttered, "Why did he die?"
"People will always die," Chen Baiqi said lightly.
Sissi felt her sister's heavy heart and took her arm obediently. She was well protected by Chen Baiqi, but that didn't mean she didn't know anything. She had met many of Chen Baiqi's customers. Those young men and women came to her store to buy what they needed. Some of them came very often while others came rarely, but gradually these people disappeared.
Those who had disappeared had never returned again. There would always be new faces coming and disappearing like those people.
Sissi remembered that when she was a little girl, a beautiful little sister always brought her delicious candy which was wrapped in colorful cellophane, and each one was sweet. She loved the candy brought by that little sister. Every time, she had collected these beautiful candy wrappers and put them in a small tin box until she had saved a whole box.
Then one day, when she saw the tin box, she suddenly remembered that she had not seen the little sister for a long time. She asked Chen Baiqi several times, and Chen Baiqi was silent for a long time, saying that she would help her find out.
She happily went back to her room, folded a string of paper cranes with those cellophanes, and prepared to give it to the little sister.
But in the end, she could only give the folded paper cranes to her tombstone.
On the Undead Island, which was just outside the Village of Dusk, the warm sunlight had illuminated her tombstone with her name on it and the days she had lived. There were only two simple lines that summarized a person's short life.
She had felt that she wasn’t very sad, but at the thought that she would never eat that delicious candy again, she had burst into tears.
Later, she learned where to buy this delicious candy that tasted sweet, but it wasn't from that little sister, so she didn't like it anymore.
She thought that, in fact, she didn't like that kind of candy very much, she just missed the little sister.
It was a carefree little girl who taught her the meaning of death for the first time.
"Jiejie*, you seem to have liked him very much?" Sissi asked.
*{E/N: “older sister”}
Chen Baiqi smoked a cigarette and the smoke blew away in the sea breeze: "Because a friend of mine likes him very much."
"How much did you like him?" Siss smiled and asked, "Does jiejie like me so much?"
Chen Baiqi looked at her sister's innocent face, smiled, and kissed her face: "Maybe I liked him more than jiejie likes you."
Sissi gave a "wow": "You must’ve liked him very much."
However, Sissi was a little sad again: "How sad will your friend be now that he’s dead?"
Chen Baiqi could not speak and her hand holding the cigarette was shaking. There was a little bit of sweet pain in the sour despair; even if it was just a bystander like her, she was almost suffocating.
She wouldn't be able to forget for the rest of her life. On that rainy day, Ning Zhou, who had gone to the Holy City with Qi Leren, suddenly returned to the Village of Dusk and knocked on her door. She was puzzled, but was shocked by Ning Zhou's calm dead eyes. Ning Zhou had braved the heavy rain and told her what had happened. Then, despite her dissuasion, he resolutely went to Neverland. He didn't even know whether he could survive the torture of the spiritual enchanment, or if it would leave him sleeping in the cold tundra forever.
Fortunately, Ning Zhou's tombstone had yet to appear on the Undead Island. It seemed that he had successfully arrived at his soul’s former hometown, bid farewell to it, and went to a world full of thorns and sufferings.
Thinking this, she suddenly heard Sissi let out a loud scream. Chen Baiqi raised her head and looked at the sky in astonishment—in the far west, there was a bright light streaking across the sky, magnificent, holy, and unparalleled, and all the places it passed were the projections of heaven. It stopped over the Village of Dusk and turned into a vertical beam of light.
A huge projection of an archangel appeared in the void, behind which countless wings danced slowly in the setting sun, almost covering the sunset. The wings were dying, like a white rain, and the projection of the archangel was getting weaker and weaker. He put his hands on his chest, bowed toward the distance, and disappeared into the golden red sunset.
Sissi was stunned. After being shocked, Chen Baiqi’s mind suddenly raised countless thoughts: Which of the Holy See's field-level masters had come to Dusk? The place of arrival also happened to be in the spot where the Prophet had landed at dusk... No, it should be just residual energy. If it was really a field-level master, they would not reveal such a big movement at all. And the Court’s enchantment has not been alarmed... Who was it?
"Sissi, go home, I'll check it out and I'll be right back," Chen Baiqi said, and inserted a card into her card slot. A projected book turned to a certain page in her hand. A white unicorn appeared beside her and she turned around to mount the horse. The winged unicorn flew in the air to the place where the projection of the archangel had landed.
She arrived at her destination in less than half a minute due to the short distance. On the rolling sea waves of the beach, a confused figure was looking in all directions at a loss. Seeing Chen Baiqi approach, he waved at her in surprise and ran quickly to her.
Chen Baiqi's cigarette butt fell to the ground, and shock and joy were intertwined. She couldn't wait to express her incredible mood with 10,000 swear words: "Shit Qi Leren, aren't you fucking dead?!”

Tobacco
TOBACCO
The tobacco plant is a coarse, large-leaved perennial, usually cultivated as an annual, grown from seed in cold frames or hotbeds and then transplanted to the field. Tobacco requires a warm climate and rich, well-drained soil. Tobacco is initially grown in outdoor frames called seedbeds. In warm regions, the frames are covered with mulch or a cotton top sheet; in cooler regions, glass or plastic shields are installed to protect the plants. After 8-10 weeks, when the seedlings are almost 10 inches (25 cm) tall, they are transplanted to the fields. Although transplanting machines are available, the vast majority of the world's tobacco plants are still planted manually. As the plants grow, the heads are broken off by hand so the leaves will grow fuller, a process called topping. The plants stay in the field 90-120 days before they are harvested.
HARVESTING
Tobacco plants are harvested by one of two methods, priming or stalk-cutting. In the priming method, the leaves are gathered and brought to a curing bam as they ripen. In the stalk-cutting method, the entire plant is cut and the plants are allowed to wilt in the field before being taken to the curing barn.
          CURING THE LEAF
Next, the leaves are carefully, gradually dried in a specially constructed barn by air curing, flue curing, or fire curing. Air curing uses natural weather conditions to dry tobacco. Stalks are hung in a barn with ventilators that can be opened and closed to control temperature and humidity. Artificial heat is used only during cold or excessively humid weather. The stalks are hung for four to eight weeks.
Flue curing is done in small, tightly constructed barns that are artificially heated. The heat comes from flues (metal pipes) that are attached to furnaces. Open oil and gas burners are sometimes used, but this method is problematic because smoke can-not come in direct contact with the tobacco. Flue curing takes about four to six days.
Fire curing dries tobacco with low-burning wood fires whose smoke comes in direct contact with the leaves, thus producing a smoky flavor and aroma. The tobacco is allowed to dry naturally in the barn for three to five days before it is fire-dried for 3-40 days.
MOISTENING AND STRIPPING
Unless humid weather conditions eliminate the need, the brittle, cured tobacco leaves must be conditioned in moistening chambers so they do not break when they are handled. After moistening, the tobacco is stripped. During this process, the leaves are sprayed with additional moisture as a precaution against cracking or breaking.
SORTING AND AUCTIONING
After the leaves are moistened and stripped, they are sorted into grades based on size, color, and quality, and tied in bundles for shipment. The farmers then bring the tobacco to warehouses, where it is placed in baskets, weighed, graded once again by a government inspector and, finally, auctioned to cigarette manufacturers.
 CONDITIONING, AGING, AND BLENDING
After they have purchased and transported the material to their factories, manufacturers treat and age the tobacco to enhance its flavor. First, the manufacturer
redries the tobacco. This involves completely drying the leaves by air and then adding a uniform amount of moisture. Packed into barrels called hogsheads, the tobacco is then aged for one to three years, during which period it develops its flavor and aroma. After it is aged, the tobacco leaves are again moistened and the stalks and other wastes removed. Leaves from different types of tobacco are mixed to create a particular flavor.
MAKING THE CIGARETTES
After blending, the tobacco leaves are pressed into cakes and mechanically shredded. Materials such as fruit juices or menthol are added to give additional flavor. The final shredded tobacco is then dispersed over a continuous roll of cigarette paper. A machine rolls the shredded tobacco into the paper and cuts it to the desired length. A device then grabs each cigarette and fastens a filter in one end. Modern cigarette machines can produce 25-30 cigarettes a second.
   PACKAGING
The final stage of cigarette manufacture is packaging. The completed cigarettes are packed 20 to a package. The hard or soft packs are mechanically sealed in cellophane and hand-placed in cartons.
  TYPES
1. Aromatic fire-cured is cured by smoke from open fires. In the United States, it is grown in northern middle Tennessee, central Kentucky and in Virginia. Fire-cured tobacco grown in Kentucky and Tennessee are used in some chewing tobaccos, moist snuff, some cigarettes, and as a condiment in pipe tobacco blends. Another fire-cured tobacco is Latakia, which is produced from oriental varieties of N. tabacum. The leaves are cured and smoked over smoldering fires of local hardwoods and aromatic shrubs in Cyprus and Syria.
2.  Burley tobacco is an air-cured tobacco used primarily for cigarette production. In the U.S., burley tobacco plants are started from palletized seeds placed in polystyrene trays floated on a bed of fertilized water in March or April.
3.  Cavendish is more a process of curing and a method of cutting tobacco than a type. The processing and the cut are used to bring out the natural sweet taste in the tobacco. Cavendish can be produced from any tobacco type, but is usually one of, or a blend of Kentucky, Virginia, and burley, and is most commonly used for pipe tobacco and cigars.
4. Turkish tobacco is a sun-cured, highly aromatic, small-leafed variety that is grown in Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, and Macedonia. Originally grown in regions historically part of the Ottoman Empire, it is also known as "oriental".
5. Perique At one time, the freshly moist Perique was also chewed, but none is now sold for this purpose. It is typically blended with pure Virginia to lend spice, strength, and coolness to the blend.
 CIGARS
Cigar is tightly rolled bundles of dried and fermented tobacco, which is ignited so its smoke may be drawn into the smoker's mouth.
Cigarettes are a product consumed through inhalation of smoke and manufactured from cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco, often combined with other additives, then rolled or stuffed into a paper cylinder.
Pipe tobacco typically consists of a small chamber (the bowl) for the combustion of the tobacco to be smoked and a thin stem (shank) that ends in a mouthpiece (the bit). Shredded pieces of tobacco are placed into the chamber and ignited.
HISTORY OF CIGARS
The Indians in South and Central America did not smoke cigars as we know them today. The natives smoked tobacco wrapped in maize, palm or other native vegetation. The Spanish created the cigar industry, and are given credit for creating the modern cigar. The first modern observation of the cigar occurred with the arrival of Christopher Columbus in the New World. On October 28, 1492 Columbus noted in his log reports that the natives of San Salvador burned and inhaled the leaves of a local plant. The Origin of the word cigar comes from the native language of the ancient Mayans. The Mayans called the cigar a "Ciq-Sigan" which the Spanish word "Cigarro" is derived from. The New English Dictionary of 1735 called the cigar a "seegar", and was later adapted into the modern word "cigar".
COMPOSITION
Filler-     inner core gives body and shape to the cigar. The leaves of tobacco at the core of the     cigar that provide a significant portion of its taste.
Binder- a leaf     wrapping the filler.     The portion     of a tobacco leaf that is rolled around the filler to hold it together.
Wrapper- ribbon like     leaf rolled around the bunch. Filler     and binder together is called bunch a high-quality     tobacco leaf wrapped around the finished bunch and binder. It is very     elastic and, at its best, unblemished
MANUFACTURING
Once the tobacco is harvested the leaves are sent to "tobacco barns" where the tobacco is dried. Leaves are tied in pairs and hung for the curing process... The tobacco is kept in the barn for approximately 2 months while the leaves change color from green to yellow to brown. After the leaves are dried, they are carefully laid into large piles for fermentation, where they are kept for several months. The piles are moistened and covered in cloth. The fermentation reduces natural resins, ammonia and nicotine present in the tobacco leaves. The fermented tobacco is taken to warehouses, stored in large bales and allowed to slowly mature. The aging process can last from several months to many years depending on the quality desired.
Once the aged tobacco reaches the factory, the leaves are graded according to size, color, and quality. Leaves that are torn or have holes are set aside and used primarily as filler. Finally the leaves are de-veined by removing the center vein from the leaf. Handmade cigars are composed of filler tobacco bunched together with a binder leave and finally covered with the wrapper leaf. The binder holds the bunch together and is enclosed with the wrapper leaf in an aesthetically pleasing manner. Machine made cigars are generally produced using short filler. A processed tobacco binder which resembles brown paper is used as the binder, and in most cases a natural wrapper is used to complete the cigar. Tragacanth is a viscous, odorless, tasteless, water-soluble mixture of polysaccharides obtained from sap which is drained from the root of the plant and dried. It has traditionally been used as an adhesive in the cigar-rolling process used to secure the cap or "flag" leaf to the finished cigar body.
COLOUR CLASSIFICATION
CCC – CLARO (LIGHT BROWN) A pale-green to light-brown wrapper, usually shade-grown.
CC – COLORADO CLARO (MID BROWN)
C – COLORADO (DARK BROWN)
CM – COLORADO MADURO (VERY DARK BROWN)
M – MADURO (EXCEPTIONALLY DARK BROWN) A wrapper shade from a very dark reddish-brown to almost black. The word means ripe in Spanish. The color can be achieved by sun exposure, a cooking process or a prolonged fermentation.
OSCURO  A black shade of wrapper, darker than maduro, most often Brazilian or Mexican in origin.
JUDGING THE CIGAR
CONSTRUCTION - How well is the cigar made? How does it feel to the touch? With a firm, but soft grip feel it from end to end. Does it feel consistent all the way through? Are there any hard or soft spots? A cigar that is too hard, too soft, or inconsistent will not draw properly.
CONDITION - Cigars should be well conditioned before smoking. Cigars should be aged for several months to several years at the proper humidity (70% RH) and temperature (70° F). A dry cigar will burn hot, fast and can taste harsh. A damp cigar will be hard to light and can be hard to draw.
CAUSALITY (CAUSE AND EFFECT) - How does the cigar taste? How does the cigar make you feel? Does the cigar build in taste, flavor and complexity as it burns? Or is it the same all the way through? Do you feel relaxed and calm after finishing it?
TYPES OF CIGAR CUTTERS
The "Guillotine" or "Traditional" Cut: This cutter takes a straight slice across the cigars cap line. It is the best cut to create an easy, well circulated draw; however residue and tar from the burning tobacco will come in direct contact with the smoker's mouth.
THE "BULLET" OR "PUNCH" CUT: A bullet cutter pierces a small hole into the cigars cap. Depending on the diameter of the cutter, air circulation may be restricted and the smokes tar and residue can accumulate around the opening.
THE "V" CUT: The V cutter creates a wedge shaped notice in the cigars cap. This cut allows proper air circulation to occur. The smokes tar and residue accumulate on the sides of the wedge keeping the bitter taste away from the smoker's mouth. It can be difficult to keep a V cutter sharp because of its unique shape.
HOW TO LIGHT THE CIGAR
Tobacco will absorb any aroma or fragrance that it comes in contact with. Paper and sulfur based matches or the use of a fluid based lighter can leave the cigar with an unpleasant taste. The preferred method to light a cigar is the use of butane based lighter. A lit wooden match can be used once it has burned off the chemicals used in the ignition process. Once the cigar is cut hold the open end of the cigar over your flame and slowly rotate it. This will "Toast" the cigar and prime it for lighting. While it is still warm, place the cigar in your mouth and hold it at a 45° angle over the flame. Slowly puff and rotate the cigar while maintaining slight contact with the flame. A Good cigar will light easy and burn evenly.
Cigars are lit with the help of either a wooden match or cedar strip called “spill”.
SIZE AND SHAPE
n  CORONA – 5 ½ INCHES The most familiar size and shape for premium cigars: generally straight-sided with an open foot and a closed, rounded head, traditionally measuring approximately 5½ x 43.
n  PETIT CORONA -  5 INCHES
n  TRES PETIT CORONA – 4½ INCHES
n  LONSDALE – 6 ½ INCHES A long cigar; generally 6 to 6 3/4 inches by a 42 to 44 ring gauge, but there are many variations.
n  IDEALES – (TORPEDO SHAPED) 6 ½” Torpedo) A cigar shape that features a closed foot, a pointed head and sometimes a bulge in the middle.
n  LONDRES-4 ¾ INCHES
n  PANATELA-5 INCHES OPEN AT BOTH ENDS.
n  A CHEROOT- THIN CIGAR OPEN AT BOTH ENDS.
n  RING GAUGE: Definition: The ring gauge of a cigar is a measurement of its diameter expressed in 64ths of an inch. For example, a cigar with a ring gauge of 42 means that it is 42/64 inches thick.

Heart and Aro
A little Valentine’s Day gift for @skyler10fic I hope you like it :D
Pairing: Clara & Aro/Ace!Jenny
Rating: General
Word: 750
A/N: This is a human AU, and my usual headcanon for Jenny in that situation is that she’s the Doctor’s younger sister, and he basically raised her after their parents’ death.
💘
A knock at the door startles Jenny. She pauses the horror movie she was watching and hops to the door, excited by the surprise visit.
Behind the door, she finds a big flower bouquet, and behind it, Clara. She’s dressed to the nines with a flirty red skirt and smokey eye makeup. But she’s also, inexplicably, wearing yellow pipe cleaner antennas glued on a headband and a pair of plastic wings.
“Happy Valentine’s Day!”
Jenny bursts out laughing. “Why are you dressed as a bee?”
“Today I learned St Valentine is also the patron saint of beekeepers. And of fainting, epilepsy and the plague, but I didn’t want to give you those.”
Jenny carefully hugs the bouquet to her chest and smells the marigolds. The card attached to the cellophane wrapping reads: “Bee Mine”.
“You’re daft,” Jenny says fondly.
“I know.”
Clara sits at the wobbly second-hand table while Jenny searches the kitchen cupboards for something to use as a vase.
”Didn’t you have a date with Danny?”
“I did. And now I have a date with my best friend.”
“We do?” Jenny arranges the flowers in a mason jar. “Thank you, they’re gorgeous. You really went all out.”
“I also got you honey candies and a beeswax lip balm.” She pulls the items out of her tote bag and piles them in Jenny’s hands. “And a beeswax candle, and these cute bee earrings.”
Jenny gets the feeling her friend is overcompensating. “So, what brought this on? I told you I don’t mind not having a date on Valentine’s Day.”
“Yeah, I know. I’ve been thinking about what you told me last month…”
“About me being, aro/ace, you mean?” Jenny asks, fidgeting with a candy wrapper.
They look at each other, Clara hasn’t brought up the subject since Jenny mentioned it. They’ve been friends for many years, but things have been somewhat awkward between them lately. Clara has been hesitant to talk about her relationship with Danny or to suggest they watch romantic comedies, and she worries about asking questions that may be unintentionally hurtful. But, ever the diligent student, she’s done her research on asexuality and wants to show her best friend her support.
Even for Jenny it’s still hard to understand and to explain to Clara. She’s found an orientation to identify with, but it didn’t magically answer all her questions. All she knows is that, whenever she thinks about her future, she dreams of living in a big house filled with friends, family members and pets. She’s always loved the idea of adopting kids with a good friend. It’s been this way for as long as she can remember.
As a young teen, when her friends developed crushes on pop stars, she daydreamed about touring with them, traveling across the world while hanging out with her famous mates seemed ideal. But she knew her friends had other ideas, they talked about the boy’s handsomeness and imagined romantic scenarios. So Jenny made herself pick a favorite member of the boy band and wrote his name in a heart and put a poster up in her bedroom. Secretly, she fantasized about playing video games with them on their luxurious tour bus (she imagined it had a cotton candy machine and bunk beds with glow-in-the-dark stars). The only time she’s ever felt the urge to kiss a boy it was as a distraction to steal his toy gun.
Nowadays, when Jenny looks at her brother John and his girlfriend Rose, it’s the friendship aspect of their relationship she admires. How they support each other much more than their annoying, endless snogging sessions on the couch.
Clara breaks the silence, “I reckon it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t get to celebrate Valentine’s Day.”
“Thanks, but you know I don’t miss having a romantic partner. I don’t really feel the need for one.”
Clara senses her friend is on the defensive, so she puts her hand over Jenny’s. “I didn’t mean to suggest I wanted to fill some kind of vacancy in your life.  I love you, Jenny, and today’s about love. You’ve made me realize we should celebrate all types of love… and bees. Is that alright?”
Jenny slumps on her chair and a slow smile appears on her face. “Yeah it’s alright. It’s aces.” She giggles. “I love you too, Clara.”
“So, what do you want to do for our date?”
“You look so lovely, makes me want to dress up too.”
“Then hurry up and scrub up, Babe, I’m taking you out.”

Why Habanos Cigars Are The Best Options For You
A cigar produced completely of Cuban tobacco, as defined by the Cubans. The best cigars in the world are still manufactured by hand in Cuba. They're known as Habanos. What makes them so unique? Unlike cigars made in other parts of the world, the layers of these cigars have a sweet taste and are distinguished by a larger amount of sugars and a smaller proportion of nicotine, which blends nicely with the flavor and perfume of the rest of the materials used in their creation.
Because no flavoring is used in the manufacturing of pure Habano, it tastes like tobacco. It might be mild, piercing, strong, or subtle, depending on the proportion and type of tobacco used; yet, its quality is undeniable. Cuban tobacco has a distinct flavor profile, with organoleptic qualities that differ significantly from Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco.
Buy the best Habanos Cigars at the best price online in India.
What makes Habanos the best tobacco in the world?
"Tobacco harvested in Pinar del Ro is the best." This is a tobacco-growing region where the best tobacco in the world is produced due to the quality of the soil and the weather, which allows the leaves to mature in ideal condition, with good elasticity and flavor. It's a unique tobacco from the moment it's planted to the moment it's harvested.
How to spot fake Habanos?
Have you ever been given a Cuban cigar and been told it was "extremely good?" And it was cellophane-wrapped? It could have been good, but it was a forgery. Since 1992, when only machine-made Cubans received a cellophane sleeve, Cuban cigars have not been wrapped in cellophane. However, cellophane isn't the only sign that a Cuban cigar is fake. If you're going to buy Cuban cigars, you'll need to know how to spot the real ones from the fakes. That will demand some effort on your behalf.
Keep in mind why there are fake Cuban cigars in the first place. The genuine item is expensive, and we all want a good deal. If you recall nothing else from this post, keep in mind that authentic Cuban cigars should only be purchased from a respectable shop or from a trusted website such as cingaari. The simplest strategy to avoid fakes is to do so. So start putting money aside.
You can sometimes tell the difference between a real Cuban and a fraudulent Cuban merely by looking at the packaging. The following are the keys:
Genuine Habanos cigars come in boxes with the Habanos seal in the upper right corner.
On the left, there is a ‘made in Cuba’ stamp. Since 2010, that stamp has featured a hologram on the far right and a bar code on the left. Because holograms are difficult and expensive to duplicate, don't buy the box if it doesn't have one.
"Habanos S.A., Hecho en Cuba Totalmente a Mano" is stamped on the bottom of the box of genuine Cubans. (Made entirely by hand in Cuba.)
A production code and date are also stamped on the bottom of each box. Look for mistakes such as typos, phoney fonts, missing stamps, and other inconsistencies. Misspellings are a dead giveaway. Don't buy a "Rolex" watch made out of a fake cigar. (The genuine article is spelled "Rolex," with one "L.")
If you're handed a 'barber-pole' cigar – one with two distinct coloured wrappers – it's not real because no real Cuban cigar is created this way.
Be wary of "Edición Limitada" editions. The most counterfeited cigars are limited edition cigars. Each year, Cuba only produces three.
Some counterfeiters are unafraid to take risks. Boxes with glass tops are one of the more frequent designs. To be clear, no Cuban cigar comes in a glass or plastic top container.
So look no further and choose your pick, and buy cigar online India. Trust me, you can never go wrong with Habanos cigars,

What Are The Most Common Ways Of Chocolate Wrapping?
Tumblr media
Some of the most basic ways of wrapping chocolate include:
Foil Wrapping: The machine here wraps aluminum or paper around the chocolate without a heat seal. It is a wrapping method you can employ when you think there’s a danger of heat destroying the chocolate.
Fold Wrapping: It involves wrapping cylindrical chocolates and heat sealing the ends of the seal. In such a case, you will use a heat sealable film like polypropylene.
Twist Wrapping: This involves twisting the ends of the chocolate wrapper to seal it. Here there’s a use of stiff film and cellophane that will produce a crackling sound whenever you unwrap the chocolate.
Pleat Wrapping: The process involves the formation of pleats around the chocolate and then using a label to seal the wrap. You can use this wrap to wrap circular or non-rectangular chocolate products.
Foil and Band Wrapping: This involves wrapping the chocolate around an aluminum foil first before wrapping a piece of paper around the aluminum foil.
The choice of chocolate wrapping style will largely depend on the chocolate type you intend to pack.

Yuji Agematsu - Artist Research
Yuji Agematsu, born 1956, Kanagawa Japan, is a New York based urban flaneur, best known for his assemblage art pieces consisting of desirable debris of Brooklyn. The methodology in which these found objects are accumulated and recorded reveals the artists clarity of focus on self-locating as humans. Agematsu began taking exploratory walks in the streets of New York when he moved there in 1980, obsessively collecting the cities debris and noting locations and times of each find; particularly in Times Square, Herald Square and Chinatown. The artist states that this started as an attempt to “organize my lifestyle and make my own purpose.”[1] within a new and unknown city.
Agematsu explored his city as a cartographer of neglect, a focus on the impunity of littering and the consistency echoed within this. The culmination of such insignificant and diminutive objects reveals the interest of the city, it provides a sense of purpose. He understands cities are forever changing, and these traces of consumption and urban life are evidenced in his work. “The city is a machine that creates a new city, new buildings, new shit, and each day I walk around observing and collecting it,”[2] Periods of time are incapsulated into his work, though there is not clear disparity between seasons or years, these assemblages are both unified and independent. The sense of repetition in these works provides the perspective of the rhythm of a city, his work does not repeat itself despite limitation to a certain visual aesthetic. Echoing the cities nature of continual development.
In 1996, Agematsu began creating compositions within cellophane stripped from cigarette packs daily, known as ‘zips’, in which he had limited interaction with how the items were arranged; “They decide on their own comfortable positions…My duty is just to help fix them in place”[3] These daily collections are eventually categorized in chronological order and presented almost as a calendar of city lives, for example, 01-01-2014 ~ 12-31-2014, a 2015 body of work consists of 365 zips. Alongside his assemblage style sculptures, corresponding notebooks filled with diaristic recordings of the discovery of items were written in a combination of Japanese and English.
He lends focus to items which are not as easily recognisable, the amalgamation of anonymous debris creates a sense of unknown to these otherwise generic everyday items. This city detritus included items such as chewed gum, wrappers, batteries, plastic bags, receipts and unidentifiable objects. Agematsu states that “Objects are always looking at me.”[4] Which reveals the way in which he interacts with the landscape of the city. He expresses that “Since I was a kid, I loved to walk around without purpose…Then I started to pick up objects. It’s a fundamental movement: walking and touching the ground.” [5] He is a vessel drawn to those things that inspire him, retracing the steps of thousands before him and reopening the forgotten pieces of urban life.
This artists work interested me as I have also attempted a diaristic record of found objects, it provides a perspective of walking through a city as one that is not selfish, it is primarily focussed on what was left behind by others and how the great mass of people have impacted the city.

More Information about Paper Overwrapping Machinery
Tumblr media
One of the things that you need to do to a high quality product is to wrap the using a high end quality machinery. On get to have a good reputation from the quality and innovation that comes with the packaging machines. There are several uses that one can have with overwrapping in the industry of production. One of the primary uses of overwrapping is to protect any rectangular and squire products. You protect the above products from either moisture, theft or damage. Another name for overwrapping is fold and tuck wrapping. The reason that it is called fold and tuck wrapping is that it can create a perfect looking gift wrap. Some of the uses of the gift wrap are to protect cosmetics, foods, stationery, and coffee. Read more info in this article.
There are some other machines other than overwrapping machinery that one can use for the same purpose of wrapping. Some of the machines include shrink wrapping and flow wrapping machinery. Despite the number of machinery that is out there doing the same thing as overwrapping machinery, they are not better than overwrapping in terms of energy efficiency. The best thing about overwrapping machinery is that it is more energy efficient. The working of the shrink wrapping is that it makes each of the package that is loosely wrapped to pass through a heat tunnel to make the paper stick on the package hence fit.
With the use of overwrapping machinery, there is no need to use the heat tunnel since it uses fold and tuck style. In terms of energy consumption, overwrapping machinery uses less as compared to shrink wrapper. You can save a lot of money if you shift from using shrink wrapper to overwrapping machinery. Another great thing that makes a lot of people to like overwrapping over shrink wrapper is the fact that overwrapping machinery looks nice.
Another wrapping machinery is flow wrapping. Flow wrapping is for packaging energy bars, potato chips, and candy wrappers. The best thing about overwrapping machinery is that it uses less film than flow wrapping machinery. Even though both machineries use polythene films, overwrapping machinery has greater versatility. Another thing that makes overwrapping machinery to be the best is the fact that it can be used with another material other than polythene film. Another type of material that can be in overwrapping machinery include wax paper, paper, and cellophane. Get more info about overwrap machines here!

I need some crime scene tape
[mood: bemused]
[music: JET - K.I.A. [Killed In Action] ]
It's a good thing CSI doesn't come to my house...
-------------------
The signs of a struggle were everywhere.
For instance, someone had tried to shove the body under the couch.
It was half clothed [as all discarded bodies seem to be], missing a shoe, limbs bent in awkward and unnatural positions - including the classic pose of having been found face forward, showing signs of abuse - from neglect, if nothing else.
No pools of blood, no chalk lines. Although it occured to me that I could amuse myself, grimly, if I made one. I'd have to find some chalk, though, and that might not be possible. That might be too macabre [even for me in my twisted humor], however, given the scope of the crime scene.
Getting down on the floor to his level, I looked into that blank stare. I could only wonder what this person thought of this sad existence of his. How he'd been toyed with and manipulated - led down the primrose path into danger. His fate outlined for him by others, a victim of the circumstances he'd found himself in and was unable to control.
I imagined his life: car chases, hunted by the enemy, attempting to conceal himself inside rough-hewn fortresses, behind rocks and in tall grass. Running, hiding, and trying desperately to defend themselves in what turned out to be a makeshift urban warzone.
Survivalists always try to properly equip themselves and this person probably had all the right tools at some point. But time wears away all stones and no signs of those fancy parachutes, those bootknives, binoculars, or nifty equipment belts remained. Just one man - bare-fisted. Brutally unsuccessful in the end.
What was left of his clothing showed signs of dirt, grass stains, and exposure to all kinds of rough weather - sunbleached and fading - linen now brittle and thin as a ghost. If I were to call the cause of death at this point, it might be blunt force trauma - or a serious fall. It was hard to tell by looking at him how long he'd been there. I give him a simple name, for lack of anything creative at this point. We'll call him Joe - because John Doe is so lame and well, let's face it - everyone uses that one.
I followed the evidence of foul play further, daring to go where angels fear to tread: further under the couch. Carefully lifting up the dust ruffle, the search immediately turned up various bits of errant clothing [a sock, some underwear, a winter glove], little pills that had been dropped in an obvious hurry [and not bothered to be sought after], a machine gun, a shotgun, a pistol, and various denominations of cash.
A grenade had come to rest in the cracks of cold air return vent - inches from falling into an oblivion of darkness below. At some point, there must have been a party, as the last vestiges of a balloon was withering nearby - maybe an ounce of air left.
Among these things, there was a tiny furry mouse [to entertain the cat, I guess] that was unable to propel itself and just plain wasn't looking too good at this juncture, a cheap digital watch that no longer told time - some kind of testament to the state of things, but I had little patience by this time to wax existential. Taking a quick overview of things, there was definite indication that someone had lost their marbles.
Coincidentally, in this mess also lay a few playing cards of little consequence [a two, a six, a nine - all woefully off suit], ditched as though someone really wanted a better hand in this life. I picked them up and let them slip through my fingers to glide gracefully back to the floor. Hey buddy - me too.
Sweeping my hand under the corner of the couch, a golf ball rolled out lazily from the end - curious because it was rumored that none of the occupants of the house played the sport.
Sighing, I slid back away from the couch and paused, wondering if I ought to continue or just leave it for another day. However, I found myself carried further into the chaos by the unknown, like chasing the pieces of a mystery, I picked my way through more of the room - carefully. After all, I have an adversion to sticky - and unknown substances. I needed my gloves.
The evidence of an alternative lifestyle were strewn everywhere, but carelessly tossed aside as if responsibility and concern lay in a former lifetime and didn't necessarily apply to this one. I had to wonder who these people were - as if the furniture, the floor, was their trash can. Laying about was the cellophane from a fortune cookie, a few candy wrappers, small sweets from the last holiday [now several months old] - the colors dull and the coating collecting hair and sand. What kind of animals were these?
Shaking my head, I ventured to lift up the cushions, instantly cringing at the sight, and wondering why I keep opening that Pandora's box when I know the hazard that lay ahead. Bio-hazard, no less. But the evidence lay before me. Obviously, these people had a fondness for cereal. Obviously, these people had a hard time keeping it in bowls. Well, never mind - I found the bowl, too. Sturdy glass, which was probably a good thing, because there was no telling how long it had been tucked in the end of the couch like that.
Among these things, the tragic signs of disuse - a stuffed animal formerly belonging to someone who had probably once cared for it very much [and once COULD NOT sleep without it. Or if... Or until... Unless... Notwithstanding...]. Now the fur was matted and dirty, worn and forgotten. I handled it carefully, knowing whatever small child had once held it had done so in such a revered manner that it was difficult to comprehend how this small token had managed to end up in such a sorry state. I could only picture how it'd once been tucked lovingly inside the bed of some small person and held tight to keep the nightmares at bay. This guardian of dreams looked woeful now - staring blankly at me with dull scratched eyes, ribbon untied, and what once had been a slight smile was now concealed in the fur. Sad.
What this said about the disposable state of society, I didn't care to contemplate. Attention spans are so short, I guess. Abandonment is a frequent state - the casualties of our shifting wants and needs.
About the room, fingerprints were everywhere but criss-crossing and overlaying atop each other. Smeared hastily in the feeble attempt to hide the dirt and dust accumulation in the room. I had the passing thought that sweeping up the place might do it some good, as no one had done so in quite some time.
Obviously.
I wanted to turn my head - run out the door - break down somewhere and cry. Was this my life now? Pokemon towels on the floor in the master [adult] bathroom?
Walking outside, I found the occasional abandoned vehicle - some crashed into flowerpots, some on their sides - doors ajar, trunks open, bumpers and wheels missing. One had collided with a rusting dumptruck and left, its former occupants nowhere to be seen - obviously having hastened away from the responsibility of cleaning up that mess. From the trail of debris scattered about the place, it spoke of reckless care and wild abandon.
Another body was evident under one of the outbuildings, clothing askew, boot missing, hand hanging limp as though beckoning for help and finding no mercy while being thoughtlessly left to the whim of the weather.
The struggle? Just another working mother...
For now, it's just a matter of covering up the evidence...
But come to think of it - there might be some sidewalk chalk in the children's bedroom.
Somewhere.
