Hi welcome to my little clangen challenge blog! I'm Rye/Ryan, my pronouns are he/they and my usual wc blog is @ryeheart The icon for this blog was done by the amazing The-owl-tree

I was inspired by a couple different blogs, @fog-and-the-frost, @castaway-clan, @gray-thistleclan, all really cool clans with amazing storytelling that you should check out!

Crocusclan is the clan this blog is following, a clan cursed by a vengeful ghost that loses their sanity and their warriors. The mechanics are based off the Curse of the Dark Forest challenge by ArtemisEnby but slightly simplified in some areas or expanded in others. The story of Crocusclan will be based on RNG from clangen but I may move around certain events in certain moons to better flow narratively, although big key things will be kept to the moon they happened in.

Crocusclan's main comics will be the moons of clangen but the clan members are also open to asks! Asks to the clan will be tagged #ccask and out of character asks will be tagged #oocask, regular moons will be #ccmoon

While I hope to get comics out pretty regularly as clangen and drawing are big stress relievers for me, I'm going through a lot irl right now so there's no scheduled posting. References and the first page will be out soon :)

Hello hello! This is a Clangen blog greatly inspired by @fog-and-the-frost, where I start with two cats to revive a dead clan. The Great Light- a large beam of pure energy that comes from Starclan has been turning against CricketClan, killing all of their older cats. The last four warriors sacrificed themselves to stop it- but did they? It's been peaceful... for now. Now a nervous wreck and a parentless kit, these two will have to navigate their way through the world and rebuild Cricketclan.
