Do ppl actually care a lot about certain ships? Like in of itself even aside from the fact that it brings up certain representation?
#stupid snake talk#cause I don’t actually care about ships cannon or not 😭#but like ESPECIALLY if it’s not cannon or has substantial backing to be cannon#I don’t hate ships or anything I think they’re cute n shit#but I most often use them to in some way grow my love for both characters#cause I adore how characters interact and seeing them happy and shif#OR if it’s in the case of a crush or smth I will use it to make fun of a character (gh0st knife.. f1sh n chips.. etc)#but 99% of the time ships don’t cross my mind#and so idk#I’m curious how much ppl actually care about ships?#cannon or not#and if a ship being cannon or not cannon changes how much they care about it
