what is UP, my dudes?? it is currently almost 3am and yet here i am writing up an introduction post for an rp group i just got accepted in!! better get started before more awful decisions follow, yeah? anyways my name is eggsy and i am a transboy from the philippines! this boy right here??? i l*ve him so much but y’all need to know that he’s literally 90% idiot and 10% human
let’s get a rundown of the 90%:
in all honesty, team fortress 2 didn’t give much of a background on scout so this won’t take long.
scout is the youngest member of the eight main characters of team fortress 2.
born from the south side of boston, scout had to learn how to solve all his problems with his fists; even at a young age. with seven older brothers on his side, fights tended to end before he could even maneuver into punching distance.
due to this, scout trained himself to run fast. if strength isn’t on his side, then he may as well improve his speed instead. oh, how he succeeded in doing just that! he ran everywhere, all the time, until he could beat his mad dog siblings to the fray.
now as you can see, my hc for scout is that he’s trans (ftm). it’s probably one of the reasons why he wasn’t the best at fights that involved his seven older brothers. most likely picked on him constantly for being their only sister back then despite scout already knowing that he wasn’t a girl at the age of seven. (this little bullet here is my headcanon!! pls let me live my transboy dreams!!)
before castletown, scout had to go through a goddamn lot. first he was in jail with one of his team members, then he was bailed out of jail to help his team’s boss get his company back which was stolen by some evil old dude known as gray mann, and then he had to get in an awful war between gray mann’s chosen team which inevitably led him to his death. and now he’s here! with no recollection of these horrible events and his life before!
personality wise, scout is what many people would label as a fuckboy. if he sees someone he likes, he instantly makes a fool of himself by flirting with them in the most embarrassing way possible. awful pick-up lines? you betcha. awkward fingerguns and smoulders? abso-fucking-lutely. anything a fuckboy does when he flirts is something scout most likely does.
he, however, respects boundaries. he won’t force himself on you at least.
other than that, scout is pretty much your usual dumbass white boy. he’s stubborn, bratty, loud, annoying, talkative, and vulgar as hell. cursing aloud is how he expresses himself, okay?
violence and running away seem to be his go-to answers for every horrible situation. if he can’t answer it with any of those two options, he might as well cry.
despite it all, scout is actually someone who would do absolutely anything for the people he cares about. he was a softie at heart and was emotionally driven compared to his other team members. he tends to close off his negative emotions though. he would rather joke it off than be forced to talk about his problems.

AROMA WHITE had all the makings of a pop idol. a beautiful voice and a cute face -- though, if only her social anxiety didn’t get in the way. however, her talent did not go to waste, and with the help of her sister helena and helena’s husband, noah, she managed to secure a deal with MONOPHONIC RECORDS, a small record label. little aroma was about to transform into PAFF, the superstar of all the nodes.
rather, she was. if only the car accident didn’t happen.
the second she was impacted, her life was on a countdown. she was given surgery multiple times and failed, and soon was given only a month left to live. such a shame, she was so young. if only she had a second chance.
maybe she could.
desperate times call for very, very desperate measures. noah and helena, wracked and unseeing with grief, turned to unsavory methods to bring aroma back.
a few days later, they had gotten hold of one KAORI MINAMIYA.
all it took was some face surgery, a mind wipe, and an upload of all of aroma’s memories. kaori minamiya, a bright orphan pianist, was gone. meanwhile, aroma was reborn again.
seven years pass. aroma, pop star alias PAFF, became a sensation. every concert was packed, every single turned platinum. what a life this girl had.
however, repressed memories can’t stay hidden forever.
fainting during a concert was all it took. aroma and kaori’s memories started to mix together, and she ran away from home to figure out who she truly was. with the help of a former rival, and a childhood friend of kaori’s, aroma finally came to terms with living with the identities of two people.
then came the takeover.

well, at least now she’s used to having new identities. it’s hard, sometimes, to have to manage the memories of three people, but she manages. she’d rather have too many memories than none at all. she doesn’t want to forget again.
now, AROMA BLANC lives alone in castle town, downtown. her sister helena lives nearby, too protective of her sister to let her go completely. still wishing to pursue her dreams of becoming the singer she used to be, but unwilling to leave town, she spends her time giving singing lessons at the record scratch and looking for gigs. busking is a hobby of hers, both to get her voice out there and to work on her social anxiety. she brings her keyboard around when she busks - so when she performs, she’s keeping the memory of both kaori the pianist and aroma the singer alive.
kaori minamiya, aroma white, aroma blanc - or a combination of the three. whoever she may be, at least she’s happy.
she hopes she is, anyway.

ok we’re going to tl;dr this bc i wasn’t expecting the rp to be open when i woke up but hello.
first note: my dawn is mostly game based ( from platinum / as if she was the player character ) with a little bit of influence from the anime & also pokespe ( pokespe aspect more coming through in her #new life).
dawn used to be one of the few pokemon trainers that upon the beginning of their journey was trusted with a pokedex -- along with her childhood friend barry & new acquaintance lucas. & it was a normal and nice adventure until team galactic, helmed by cyrus, decided that the world must be destroyed and rewritten in their perfect image through the powers of time & space itself. and dawn, the 12 year old little girl, said fuck the police i will stop this evil man !!!
and so she did, the little girl who only wore short dresses and mini skirts in subzero weather stopped the evil guy - ish. they were all pulled through into the distortion realm by giratina -- angered by their actions. the distortion realm is a lot for anyone to deal with especially a child. ever since, dawn’s relation with reality has been strained at best, a complete dissonance from the threads of existence, space, & time. but she did catch the satanic demon lizard which became her pet and best friend and likes to feed it poffins so there’s something !
she became a pokemon champion / started a poffin making business / and just like #chilled and tried to get over the crippling nature of existence. helped out interpol at one point that was fun.
when the #snap happened, dawn was confused -- and struck by a weird regurgitated trauma of pushing down the experience of the distortion world for years. her new life was .... different. she worked at a fashion store owned by her mother, she was seemingly a lot older than she remembered being, but more importantly -- she was alone. that this distortion world had taken away from her all her pokemon. losing her piplup is perhaps the worst thing she’s ever experienced, but she’s trying to wrestle through.
now: she works at amy’s under the hand of her mother, she also is setting up her own cake baking company for fun and on the side. she’s a very friendly and outgoing girl but there’s a dead look behind her eyes and a coldness that dawn never seems to realise.

for starters because of how castle town handles multiple incarnations of the same character, this zelda’s a blend of all but i’ll be basing her mainly on her appearances in breath of the wild and ocarina of time with inklings of wind waker & twilight princess.
also genderfluid n bisexual as hell bc oot zelda was genderfluid and no zelda is straight.
i’m not sURE where i’m pulling her yet bc i do have IDEAS but im not,,, certain so i’ll update this as I Go but
for starters, she’s a smart as hell princess who never was really close to her father - she wanted to pursue her own research & the like while he kept telling her to focus on channeling her divine power to combat ganon

— IN CASTLE TOWN.
SOOO zelda grew up w/ a single father in castle town, a lower ranking politician who pm wanted his kid to do the same. probably was on the city council a few times.
zelda, while extremely intelligent and certainly capable of understanding politics from a young age, didn’t have too much of an interest and wanted to pursue her own path
but nevertheless she grew up pretty closed in and trying to live up to her father’s expectations - got the best grades in school, learned how to play the piano, violin, and harp, won a shit ton of young writers’ contests and also did mock trial & debate club in high school
but as she got older, she wasn’t... happy
way more stressed than happy.
so,,, she tried to figure out how to be a little happier - and that’s what led her to learn guitar.
she liked it way more than any of the other instruments she learned ( except the harp, but that was for the reason it always felt right against her hands ) - quickly catching on and teaching herself guitar tricks. politician’s daughter meant she always had a potent allowance , and she secretly purchased a guitar of her own to practice at a friend’s house since lord knows her father would throw a fit if he found her engaging in “rebel stuff”
...well, yeah. she was.
it kind of felt good to be a rebel.
came out as genderfluid at fifteen - i use she/they pronouns for zelda interchangeably and will always let u know which i’m using in that thread
also began to audition for local bands identifying under the name of sheik - often dressed in worn jeans, hoodies, and a scarf around the mouth as mr. king would have a cow if anyone knew what his child was doing
and she got,,, rly good. REAAALLY good. eventually joining a band once she moved out of her dad’s home called the troubadours, sticking with them in castle town.
she’s a college student now - living in the apartments and walking to class every day. majoring in gender studies with a minor in political science - half so her dad doesn’t get on her ass about it and half since she’s taking an interest in politics herself... for different reasons
her dad mainly wanted her to go into politics to keep the family tradition going but zelda actually wants to know more about the government and she ain’t too happy with some shit that goes on nowadays so she’s tryna learn more and get on her way to making a change
def goes to a lot of protests and shit and she does have an intern at city hall bt she’s that intern that might,,, get into a habit of snooping around and doing her own research to see if she can improve the state of castle town and also just. for her own reasons ahshsahshske
so we got a rebellious activist kiddo who takes an interest in politics to infiltrate the fucking system so she can Fight The Fucking System
and also plays in a rock band
imagine sb dressed in a business casual typical work outfit but also has like three piercings in each ear and wears a leather jacket and has a few tattoos

BEFORE CASTLE TOWN .
edelgard von hresvelg . the fourth daughter of the emperor and out of all her siblings she was the only one born with a ( minor ) crest of seiros .
however when she was nine , edie and her mother were taken by her uncle to the holy kingdom of faerghus . unbeknownst to her back home , the insurrection of the seven was taking place — reducing her father to nothing more than a political puppet . her own uncle was one of the key conspirators . though her mother eventually married the king of faerghus , edelgard continued to live with her uncle . during her time in the kingdom , edelgard befriended dimitri and the two spent a lot of time together , unaware they were step-siblings . soon after she turned twelve , edelgard returned to the empire … without her mother .
then shit got real .
imagine going home after three years only to find that your father has been stripped of his power . imagine going home after three years only to be subjected to painful experiments with your ten siblings . the adrestian nobles supported the crest experimentation performed by those who slither in the dark , no matter the cost of it . it wasn’t them or their heirs , so why should they have qualms , right ? now , imagine your father , who was rendered practically powerless , objecting and trying to stop it with all he had left … but ultimately being unable to do anything besides sit back and watch this relentless torture of his children .
all in the name of crests .
most of her siblings were driven mad or died from exhaustion . in the end , edelgard was the only one to survive and retain the sanity that had been lost by many other hresvelg siblings . because of her success , she bore a second crest now . the crest of flames , and a major one at that . due to the stress that having two crests brought , her natural brown hair turned a silvery tone .
and her view of crests , the church of seiros , and the caste system of fódlan were altered forever .
she arrived at garreg mach monastery to complete her education when she was seventeen , and was resolved to reclaim what her father had lost . her admittance marked the first time in ages since a member of the hresvelg family sent a member to the officer's academy . she would soon become the house leader of the black eagles .
sometime before meeting byleth , edelgard took on the guise of the flame emperor , and her suit used agarthan technology to heavily distort her voice for protection purposes . believing that she would have a straightforward time unifying fódlan without the future leaders of the kingdom and the alliance in her way , she hired bandits to assassinate dimitri and claude , respectively .
a quick deviation from background telling . to be honest i feel as if this act in particular highlights just how young and , ultimately , inexperienced edelgard really is — because she’s so quick to put an assassination attempt on the table . how she made a seemingly solid enough plan , yet despite everything , it still failed . we have to remember the fact she was a teenager in the beginning . a child . yes , one willing to commit murder because she saw it as the most viable option , but a child nonetheless . however , it also showcased how ruthless she can be . ruthless in the sense that she won’t stop at anything to get from point a to point b . in edelgard’s case , she felt her goals were far greater than her own personal feelings . towards dimitri , towards claude , towards … well , everyone ( as we see during the conflict of the holy tomb , specifically during the black eagles run . she didn’t want to fight her friends , but she wasn’t above giving the order to kill anyone who tried to stop them . she was already resigned to the notion that , in order to fulfill her chosen path , she needed to do things she didn’t necessarily want to do . )
ok , back to your regularly scheduled programming .
as mentioned , she needed to strategize in ways that she may not have enjoyed . teaming up with those who slither in the dark , irregardless of her own hatred and disdain for them , was a huge one . they had a common enemy : the church of seiros . and as they say , the enemy of my enemy is my friend . with full intention of turning on them once her war against the church was over , edelgard allied herself with the very people who were responsible for her trauma . for the greater good , she undoubtedly told herself . it had to be done . in my own personal view of edelgard , she’s pragmatist . meaning the church / crests / caste system were the focal point of her takedown , and what she may logically be able to achieve . she could only wage one war at a time . plus , with TWSITD believing she is an ally , in theory it would be much easier to get to them … opposed to if they were still completely in the shadows .
equality through force . it might not be the best choice , but it was a choice that edelgard considered long and hard . it’s pretty implied that edelgard believed in meritocracy ; none of that birthright bullshit that the caste system brought upon fódlan . and certainly no more crests dictating who and who wasn’t a suitable leader ( a prime example being miklan : she outright expressed sympathy towards him , even called him an impressive leader , despite not having a crest of his own . )
now i would like to point something out . actually , a few things . i recall most clearly in silver snow , it was said that edelgard DEMANDED that her father relinquished the emperor position to her , when in fact , that wasn’t necessarily correct . we can see her coronation as emperor if byleth chose to go with her when they had high enough support . if anything , her father appeared to be understanding when she convinced him . however despite the obvious antagonistic viewpoint characters had on her in silver snow , the only route she was clear-cut painted as a true villain … was azure moon . the same route it was confirmed she had many long thoughts and presumably discussions about how to proceed with her plans , before she settled upon throwing the entirety of fódlan into a war . her declaration of war against the church of seiros and all its allies was not a whim . does that make it right ? no , i don’t believe she was right for pulling everyone into that chaos . but whether she was right in the way she went about it or not , she wasn’t entirely wrong either . the church wasn’t an innocent party ! edelgard only had half truths , which can be just as dangerous as knowing everything or nothing at all , if not more .
but that all being said , i am pulling edelgard from crimson flower . because regardless of her actions , i still didn’t feel it was right to paint her solely as the villain when she wasn’t the only one who made severe mistakes . we have seen she is capable of expressing guilt and remorse for her actions . however unlike most , edelgard knows she cannot waver from the bloody path she picked . it goes back to what i said earlier , of her being resigned to the fact . personal feelings needed to be pushed aside in matters of war , especially this far into things . for her to give up would mean all this bloodshed was for nothing . she couldn’t do that . not just for her own ideals , but for fódlan itself . even speaking beyond unification under adrestia rule , it would have been worse for her to say ‘ okay no more war ’ without any resolvement , and for things to ‘ go back to the way they were ’ despite that not being a logical reality ... it would make everything cheap , like it never mattered to begin with . no , she intended to see her plans out even if it killed her .
she dug her grave and she was fully prepared to lie in it .
in crimson flower , she was lucky to survive it , and i would call the war a pyrrhic victory in any case .
after byleth abandoned the church to stay with her , edelgard organized her former classmates into an elite task force that was known as the black eagle strike force ( although BEST , black eagle strike team , was right there … an opportunity missed , i suppose ) . despite all her efforts , they spent the next five years locked in a bitter stalemate with the kingdom and the alliance . though with byleth’s return and aid , she was able to swiftly conquer the leicester alliance . instead of killing her old friend , edelgard spared claude and forced him to go into exile .
after beating back an attempt by the church to retake garreg mach , edelgard began military operations against faerghus in earnest . she first conquered arianrhod , a fortress on the western border between adrestia and faerghus . afterwards , she began a direct march for fhirdiad . dimitri and rhea moved to intercept her at the tailtean plains , but rhea was driven off and dimitri was slain in battle * — an execution by her own hands .
the group finally arrived in fhirdiad , and rhea ordered the city burned to the ground in order to slow them down and transforms into her ultimate form , the immaculate one . edelgard , byleth , and the black eagle strike force engaged her in battle . ultimately , the empire emerged victorious and rhea was slain . with all of fódlan under adrestia's dominion , edelgard finally began the reforms she always wanted to bring to the nobility and the crest system , and began a silent war against those who slither in the dark . *

AFTER CASTLE TOWN .
the memories of edelle hjördis are different . edelgard von hresvelg doesn’t exist , and there’s no reason for edelle to believe otherwise … right ?
the only child of a well-known politician , edelle is expected to follow his footsteps . and she did , sort of . it’s on a smaller scale for now , working as a code enforcement officer at city hall — she says it’s a stepping stone , solidifying groundwork for the bigger leagues . if she ever gets there . code enforcement isn’t easy in any capacity , and it renders her particularly busy .
everything is fine .
yet she can’t help feeling like there are missing pieces . like maybe somewhere , somehow , she has siblings in some form . like a hidden family that her father keeps secret from her and prying eyes of public media . maybe it’s all loneliness carved from parental absence . a scenario created in her mind to ease her from the gnawing feeling of solitude . that must be it — there’s no other explanation .
everything is alright .
there’s this dream that haunts her so frequently . perhaps if she finds a name to the face , she can lay him to rest properly . there’s an indescribable sorrow that follows the execution of this man — one she doesn’t understand , one she doesn’t know if she even wants to understand — but it’s one she can’t seem to shake . it’s persistent and makes its presence known in her mind , and all she wants is for it to vanish . farewell , king of delusion . she remembers saying those words ( was it truly her ? ) in this vision . she doesn’t know how it can be real , it’s impossible , but it’s as if her hands were sticky with metaphorical blood that never leaves . her stomach churns in response if she thinks too much of it , so she tries to ignore it . it doesn’t easily work , but she has to try .
she remembers taking classes at castle town university as a political science major . in rare moments , she found herself doodling little portraits of people — not that they were really any good , or that she even showed anyone . but if someone looked at the back of her notebooks , they can surely find a badly drawn figure or two .
she doesn’t know what this weird crown is that she randomly has ?? unbeknownst to her , it was her — edelgard’s — crown as adrestia’s emperor . she just … had it one day , and that was that . it’s hidden in her closet at home , as she’s unsure of what to do with it . curiosity bested her a few times and yes , she has tried it on for size . it fits almost too perfectly , like it was meant for her . there’s something missing . there’s always something missing . edelle can never figure out what , though .
all in all , despite the differences , edelle is still as ambitious and relentless at achieving her goals as edelgard was . only thing is , she doesn’t realize the extent of it . stubborn until the very end , edelle can be described as a workaholic for the most part , but there are peaceful moments where she takes time for herself and those who manage to get close to her .
uh idk what else to write so that’s it for now . we’ll see what happens in the future .
FUN FACTS .
edelle’s birthday is june 22nd , aka canonly edelgard’s birthday ( 22nd of the garland moon ) , which makes her a cancer sun . as a cancer rising and water sign sun in general , myself , i’m really not surprised . this is kinda self drag lol but water signs are notorious for being manipulative and knowing when to use the cards to their advantage , and that’s exactly what edelgard does .
although this being said and being the astrology heaux i am , if i had to assign her moon + rising signs , i would probably say capricorn moon ( show a lot of initiative , in it to win it . do not want to feed into another’s beliefs about victim-hood . can excel in things that require cold blood and seriousness . ) and scorpio rising ( likely to experience life as a constant series of obstacles or crises . confronting darkness in the outside world through facing extreme situations . others may find you somewhat inscrutable , mysterious or just hard to read ; likely to play your cards close to your chest . )

unlike edelgard whose hair was originally brown , edelle always had her signature white hair . although .. she does have a slightly “ goddess green ” tint if you look at her character portraits closely . personally i believe it’s due to her crest of flames , since the color is vaguely reminiscent of sothis-byleth .
the mention of her drawing little pictures of people comes from the fact she drew a portrait of byleth in crimson flower ,,,

ANNETTE FANTINE DOMINIC
annette was the daughter of gustave dominic, a knight in the king’s service, and he was often away from home as a result, but she didn’t mind all that much, making the most of when he was at home and telling her stories of his time at work.
this changed after the tragedy of duscur, an incident that her father survived, but the king didn’t. this made gustave so guilty that he felt unworthy of staying in the royal family’s service, thus abandoning his position and family.
annette and her mother were understandably devastated by him leaving just like that, and his younger brother taking them in and looking after them was a small solace, but a solace all the same.
annette soon came to the conclusion that, being the devout man he was, gustave would have gone to garreg mach, and so made it her ambition to get into the officer’s academy there so she could find him.
to secure a recommendation to the officer’s academy, she attended the kingdom’s school of sorcery, at which she received top marks, and then was put forward as a recommended student for the academy.
it was here that she was (sort of) reunited with her father, who was clearly avoiding her due to the resentment and shame he felt a himself. she didn’t care about that, though, and simply wanted them to be a family again.
despite all this, she was a very cheerful girl, always willing to help others, even if she could be a little clumsy in doing so.
she was a very determined person who could never really sit still, always had to be doing something, whether it be helping or learning. she couldn’t just sit and do nothing.
ANNIE NIX
annie is still the same energetic and cheerful girl she always was and is still constantly determined
still clumsy tho
she has a memory of someone leaving, but she doesn’t know who, all she remembers is that it feels terrible to think about. memories will likely return to her vaguely, like something tastes familiar or she thinks she’s heard that sound before etc etc
she works at amy’s and is just constantly working, it’s rare to ever see her idle. she’s also definitely the girl who takes on others’ shifts whenever they need someone to fill in for them
she is a workaholic and must be stopped
she also likes to sing, but usually does so privately when no one else is around because she gets embarrassed easily.

( aka; here’s my intro )
heyyyyy everybody!! my name is ashton, otherwise known as ash or silky. i’m 21, i use they/them pronouns, and i love one squishy pink boy.
some things about me that might be helpful to know re: roleplaying
this is going to be my first foray into tumblr roleplaying! i have many years experience outside of it, mostly one-on-one stuff with friends, but i may not be super aware of the etiquette and unspoken rules around here right away. i’m learning as i go.

and while we’re talking about learning as i go...... i am no expert when it comes to kirby lore. kirby is a huge comfort character for me so he was instantly who i wanted to play, and i’m well-aware of the basics, but i’m far from having played every game. so feel free to let me know if i’ve got something wrong!! i’ll be doing more research as i go, too!

for his faceclaim, i’ve picked out justice smith, because he radiated the softboy energy i was looking for,,,,,, and i really liked detective pikachu ( i’m a simple dude okay )
he survived the takeover, because a.) he’s too powerful, and b.) that’s canon anyways. obviously the takeover played out quite differently than in canon, with more survivors making it through, but as he took off in his warp star to safety, it’s likely he doesn’t know his friends made it out. ( unless you want to plot otherwise? )
obviously kirby is babey in canon, but here he’s been given much more mature thought and tbh that’d probably be super jarring, but he’s kirby so it doesn’t bother him quite as much.
even though he’s older here, i’d like to avoid romance plots with him here, for above reasons ( he’s babey )
he’s probably got some heavy survivor’s guilt going on, and while he puts on a happy face, he really misses his friends and wishes to find them asap........... he’s a determined puff

i've been lurking around here being all excited for this rp to start so here we go. my boi joshua
(spoilers for fe8 here, tho it's like 12 years old so idk if anyone cares about it)
he's a good demonstration of Fire Emblem nobles: as a heir to the throne of Jehanna, a desert nation, he felt like it's his duty to live as his peoples do before he inherits the throne so he can meet the needs of people
so he becomes a mercenary, eventually meeting Eirika and the crew, eventually fighting Fomortiis, the Big Bad of FE8
his entire dealio is that he seems to be a common person, but is actually a prince and is revealed in the games as a twist (and is kind of the reason why I wanted to specifically play Joshua in a game like this)
got snapped after the events of fire emblem 8. so that'll be like two brain blasts. like he was a commoner AND a king??

he’s hERE FEAR THE DEER!!! I’ll be doing my best below to minimize the spoilers of Fire Emblem Three Houses, namely by not saying anything about Part 2 as Chad comes from Crimson Flowers. However spoilers for part 1 may be present.
Before;
Born as Almyran Roylty AND the Heir of Fodlan’s House Riegan and suffered discrimination from both sides. It always felt like Claude had nowhere to belong to.
Honed his mind, ability to think quickly and tactical prowess as he was always on his own, having to figure out ways to outsmart his opponent since he wasn’t the physically strongest person.
He moved to Fodlan in order to take his place as the heir of House Riegan, enrolling in the Officer’s Academy at Garreg Mach only to realize he has the position of House Leader for the Golden Deer. At least his housemates are pretty cool.
Originally thought of his housemates as more of... means to an end. Jokes though he actually got attached and they became his close friends. He would die for all of them.
Discovered over time he actually really enjoyed hanging around with the other two house leaders Edelgard and Dimitri. It felt like he had a good middle ground... plus he always found it entertaining to pull pranks on Dimitri and... try at least with Edelgard.
Enter stage left Byleth, the mysterious merc he met alongside Dimitri and Edelgard when they were attacked on an expedition. They seemed... interesting. A kind of person that Claude wanted to have on his side.
Alas it wasn’t to be but he did his best... but that was before the Empire Attacked.
After;
One confused man walking around in a strange city. It’s fine. This is fine.
Claude took the alias Chadwick Halig so as to keep himself hidden just in cast. You can never be too careful in a situation like this.
As soon as he was able, he picked up a job as an Usher at the local Theater for a few reasons. One he got to see plenty of people come in and out (with the potential to find people he knew) and two it kept him incognito.
Has a habit of just wandering around Castle Town, both people watching and checking out places he hasn’t been.
When he gets the chance he doesn’t let an opportunity slip by to casually flirt with anyone he can. Keeps him in good graces you know?
Overall, charming and although his heart might be in the right place... he always has an agenda which he doesn’t let anyone else know. Probably not the person you want to cross in a dark alleyway.
Desperate to find his housemates... especially if there’s a chance for them to be alive.

LORENZ HELLMAN GLOUCESTER
lorenz was the heir to the gloucester family, one of the most powerful families in the alliance and it was thought for a hot minute that he might become the future leader of the alliance.
and then claude was like skeet skeet
from all the info we get about lorenz’s father in game he sounds like a shady shit i don’t trust him
regardless, it was clear from a young age that as the heir, lorenz had a duty to fulfill, and he took that responsibility very seriously. perhaps a little too seriously, as he would have pushed aside his own feelings as long as he was able to complete his duties.
he was proud of his lineage, and with the way he would go on, sounded like a snob, and it wouldn’t be completely wrong to assume he was one, but he also knew the importance of helping those who weren’t as fortunate as him, and so did his best to assist those who needed it.
that being said, his demeanour didn’t really change while doing so, so he could still come off as pretentious.
he always wanted to act in the best interest of the alliance and his family, even though that became increasingly difficult during the war.
i’m not gonna specify a route for the sake of my sanity slkdfjslkdfjslk
he also likes having tea. that’s always important.
LAURIE GRACEHART
he’s still a rich bitch
his father likely works at the delmare too and that’s how he got his job, but don’t let that fool you, laurie works hARD, everything must be absolutely perfect for the guests
he likes to joke that “in another life, i had blue blood, i was royalty” and doesn’t realise how close that is to the truth
he still has a pretentious air about him, especially with how damn dramatic he can be, but his desire to help people also hasn’t changed
like in the original game, he has an affinity for poetry and likes to write, but he’s confused about the poetry book he keeps in his room, the one with poems he doesn’t remember writing

we interrupt our regularly scheduled programming to talk about the closest fire emblem: three houses got to an actual disney prince - the man, the myth, the legend: FERDINAND VON AEGIR.
— BEFORE CASTLE TOWN
Soooooo Ferdinand is the son of the Adrestian Empire’s Prime Minister - basically an assistant to the Emperor - and that means he’s got some pretty big shoes to fill when he’d come of age to inherit his father’s title
BUT at the beginning of the game, he’s a regular ol student at the Officer’s Academy at Garreg Mach, in the Black Eagles house and boy is he... an interesting one.
Ferdinand has some very strong opinions on the nobility of Fodlan, often actually disagreeing with his father on many different topics considering Ferdinand HATES the idea of nobles that don’t respect the common folk && also nobles that abuse their positions of power. You heard right - Ferdie speaks FOR THE PEOPLE
...Speaking for the people like reminding everyone he’s the NOBLEST OF NOBLES every ten minutes and introducing himself every time you select him on the battlefield pre-timeskip but I won’t lie Ferdinand is a fucking gem. Like. He’s one of those characters u think is gonna be really stuck up & snobby early in the game but no he’s the exact opposite he’s so sweet & respectful he just has . . . VERY STRONG OPINIONS and he always needs to share them even when he isn’t asked
He’s very resolute to the point where his determination can make him stubborn - often sometimes competitive, pushy, and ... pesky, especially in Edelgard’s case since he’s CONSTANTLY trying to prove he’s at least her equal ( rivalry coming from the fact he knows he’s going to be her Prime Minister someday and he feels like he has to prove he’s worthy of it )
But just because this can manifest into some issues, that doesn’t mean Ferds is at all someone who thinks he can do no wrong. No, in most of his supports where he is the one at fault or if he’s accused of being the one at fault, he almost immediately either apologizes or figures out a way to fix the issue - his supports with Bernadetta, Marianne, and Dorothea really highlight this quality of his since it shows he isn’t above admitting to his own mistakes, and he actually WANTS to fix them to better help others around him.
Dorothea immediately tells him she hates him and instead of either being petty or forcing her to like him - he immediately starts doing all he can to figure out why and instead try and see through her point of view. He doesn’t resent her for it.
Another thing, too, is that while he’s extremely conscious of status, he doesn’t at all judge based on status - the only thing close to so is when he judges other nobles for not being noble or showing regards towards commoners. Ferdinand likes that he’s a noble, don’t get me wrong - he’s very proud to be one. But he wears his title with pride considering that he believes nobles should work for the people and not above the people.
Ferdinand basically takes every snooty noble trope and punches it in the face before inviting someone to tea.
You know that one meme of the kid and the dad like “what are you doing” “teenage rebellion” “hell yeah stick it to the old people”

Yeah that’s Ferdinand when ppl form uprisings against corrupt nobles I just really fucking adore him okay
I JUST. THERE’S SO MUCH I LOVE ABOUT FERDINAND AND I DIDN’T EXPECT TO LOVE HIM AS MUCH AS I DO AND I MAY HAVE... ACCIDENTALLY KILLED HIM ON MY FIRST PLAYTHROUGH OF THE GAME BUT HE’S SO GOOD AND IM SAD.
That’s also coincidentally where I’m pulling him - if you don’t recruit Ferdinand in the Azure Moon or Verdant Wind routes, you unfortunately have to fight him and you can’t avoid him since he’s an enemy commander - my specific Ferdinand is also on a route where Dorothea was on the opposing side, and while he has all his memories, he most vividly remembers fighting her on the battlefield with regret since... long story short, Ferdie loves Dorothea a whole damn lot

SOOOO YES Ferdie’s a waiter at CTD and yes he does love his job and his coworkers, thank you very much. He’s that employee that’s way too excited to start his shift and he’s that waiter that’s always a little too cheery and friendly and that in turn is... kind of a headache.

she’s a resident of the country daein, and she is loyal to them to a fault
it’s honestly.... kinda actually scary just how loyal to daein she is
but it’s mostly because she cares about the people and residents so much???

except yune is actually half of the goddess ashunera
yune is the goddess of chaos, while her other half, ashera, is the goddess of order

okay so you know how papyrus is at the beginning of undertale. (TAKE NOTE: I AM BASING PAPYRUS ON THE PACIFIST ROUTE BC I CAN’T BRING IT IN MYSELF TO TAKE GENOCIDE ROUTE PAPYRUS SINCE HIS DEATH,,, HURTS ME) papyrus is very much focused on capturing a human so he will be able to join the royal guard. his reason behind this? he wants to gain friends and become popular!
as soon as frisk, the main character, meets papyrus-- he attempts to antagonise them with the use of puzzles and japes. unfortunately, however, he ends up warming up to them and even refuses to fight them due to pity.
eventually, papyrus decides that frisk is friendly and helps them out whenever he can. they are even given the ability to call him if they need his help with anything!!!
after castle town:
oKAY SO THE UNFORTUNATE THING ABT PAPYRUS AFTER CASTLE TOWN,,, IS THAT HE DOESNT REMEMBER EVERYONE IN UNDERTALE EXCEPT SANS,, he doesn’t remember undyne, he doesn’t remember mettaton, and he surely doesn’t remember frisk.
besides that, papyrus still loves puzzles and still makes them through his job as a game developer!! he actually makes those mobile puzzle games or provides the puzzles for other games.
if you met him, he would probably excitedly talk about puzzles and how fun they are to solve. if you get closer with him, he will definitely let you try a hand at a few word jumbles or crosswords that he currently has. does he often have puzzles in hand? best you don’t ask.
papyrus also still desires friends and popularity a lot,, so he will literally do anything to gain those things like the gullible man child he is. basically! he’s a people pleaser!
PAPYRUS ALSO STILL WISHES TO BE HEROIC IN HIS OWN WAY, sort of like a guard!! he wants to be able to protect people he cares about and prove his heroism, strength, and bravery to them.
this bby is a panromantic demisexual!!! dating and flirting flusters him easily tho and it is also easy to make him fall, just like the time you are given a chance to date him in the game
also due to personal hcs: papyrus has adhd!! (i also have adhd so i will be basing his off mine)

BEFORE CASTLE TOWN.
- My dude is a combination of all versions of Link, but probably more closely to Breath of the Wild.
- Chronologically in the Breath of the Wild story line, it is revealed that Link spent some of his childhood in Zora's Domain. Mipha notes that despite his young age, Link was a prodigal swordsman capable of besting even grown adults. However he was also reckless and often suffered injuries which Mipha healed with her ability.
- Eventually, Link left Zora's Domain and returned several years later, having grown into an accomplished Knight of Hyrule and current wielder of the legendary Master Sword. His personality had significantly changed, becoming more silent and withdrawn, which he eventually reveals to Zelda that with so many eyes on him, he felt he had to stay strong and silently bear the burden.
- During Link`s early days as Zelda's knight, he had a poor relationship with the princess, due to her resentment towards Link`s progress. One day, Zelda was attacked by the rogue Yiga Clan Sheikah, who attempted to assassinate her, to eliminate the threat she posed to Ganon as the Princess of Hyrule. Without hesitation, Link defended Zelda from the threat.
- After this, they fought alongside each other, but the battles proved to be too difficult and Link became severely injured trying to protect the princess, who had Link's body sent to the Shrine of Resurrection to be healed.
- I feel like everyone is pretty much familiar with Link so I don’t have to go into super detail with this?? So, in short, he is the epitome of "good hero boi thrown into shit he didn't ask for but doesn't complain once or ask for anything in return."
IN CASTLE TOWN.
- Now, to my boi, Link Piersen!!!
- For starters, Link is a photographer, he is also very much the Peter Pan label, with less of the “Heck responsibilities!” because he doesn’t really mind responsibilities, although he isn’t necessarily a fanatic of them.
- His childhood was very boy-next-door. There is no tragic backstory with it, he was just chillin, with his skateboard, beanies, music, photography, and “soft alt boy” aesthetics.
- One of his favorite things to do is adventure into the woods, whether he’s alone or with others. He also is a bit of a lone wolf, but that’s mainly because he’s quiet unless a.) someone is being bullied/hurt/attacked, or b.) he’s being a reckless little deviant with close friends.
- When he is around others that know him really well, he’s known to be pretty humorous and optimistic. Link always knows how to coax a laugh from the saddest souls, has an arsenal of jokes always at the ready, and always has a stash of candy in case of (sad human) emergencies.

NEKO ASAKURA
how does one even begin with neko
the basics of her early life are that her parents got divorced when she was younger and she moved from node03 to node08 (the whole node thing is part of the world, but getting into the world of cytus in its entirety would take all day) with her father
there was a whole debacle where her father started dating someone new without telling her, and when she found out she wasn’t having it because she was suspicious of this lady’s intentions
around this time she met xenon and they became bros
she had an argument with her father over the woman he was dating which escalated into her leaving home
while away from home, she ended up composing some music for paff’s album, but after they didn’t give her credit, she ripped up the contract.
she ultimately returned home after a while, only to run into debt collectors who wanted her dad’s girlfriend for money she owed them, and after they tried to kidnap kenta, the girlfriend’s son, neko basically went in his place, but managed to escape
she decided to stay with her father and became a streamer, gaining enough fame for her to be recognised by news outlets and people on the street
her stream was attacked one day, causing people to faint and have blackouts and memory loss. she was taken in for questioning, but ultimately acquitted, especially as she didn’t remember anything herself.
she ends up stumbling upon paff/aroma after the latter was reported missing and hid her in her room in order to help her
they end up going to node03 in the end and oooooooooooooh boy i’ll just stop there
NORIKO ASAYAMA
nori remembers everything and she’s Pissed
she’s also really chaotic

she will stream literally anywhere i’m sorry @ people who are just trying to do their jobs and there’s this annoying girl in the way

Alright so I’m gonna say this now : Dimitri’s general backstory is no walk in the park , and for some , it may be triggering. I’m going to warn you that this bit will contain some content relating to mental illness ( not named specifically in-game but most prominently ptsd & depression ) , violence/war , and ( parental ) death.
So Dimitri is the crown prince of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus - a wintry kingdom in Northern Fodlan. When you meet him , he’s a student at Garreg Mach Monastery’s Officers Academy & the head of his homeland’s respective house , the Blue Lions.
And at first glance - Dimitri is a fucking sweetheart and he’s diligent , kind , maybe a little cautious especially around fragile objects and there’s always some... allusions that there’s way more to him than this Disney Prince air he seems to carry.
Yeah... there is.
So Dimitri. His parents ( father & stepmother ) died in an incident known as the Tragedy of Duscur where Faerghus’ king and queen were killed , many people died ( including the elder brother of Dimitri’s childhood friend , Felix ) , and the people of Duscur were blamed for it. Ever since , Dimitri’s trauma & survivor’s guilt has only been left to fester and settle to the point where he believes he won’t be able to be at peace until he fulfills revenge for those who passed - to the point where he claims he can also see the ghosts of the dead , ushering him to avenge them.
This tends to manifest in a side of Dimitri that makes him a fierce warrior on the battlefield. But this doesn’t really show full force until the timeskip rolls around , Byleth disappears , and Dimitri’s lost his final crutch and it’s pretty much at this point where his life takes a major turn for the worse - yeah this kid can’t catch a break.
He becomes more and more obsessed with the idea of revenge now that there’s a clear enemy in sight and he constantly is scared of failing his lost loved ones if he can’t succeed in taking her down. He’s been on his own with no-one to hang onto since he thinks his best buddy - who he saved from Duscur - is dead and so many people think he’s dead and once he’s found he’s not the same as in the beginning. He’s now tenfold sucked into that one objective until someone else he loves is lost and normally you think that would only make it worse. But it doesn’t. Since now Byleth’s there.
Byleth’s assistance and compassion teaches him that he can also live for the living and himself rather than focus on only those he lost - and that is what they’d want for him, too. So throughout the rest of the game he reverts back to how he was similarly in the beginning of the game - less aggressive & impulsive and more careful & considerate ( and back to being your typical sweetie ) and he realizes his actions during that period were wrong and he’s willing to atone rather than wallow in his own negativity - and it’s through help him others that he begins to walk a better path and gets his own happy ending in the story ; he learns to forgive and to give chances, even though sometimes those chances are tossed back in his face.
DIMITRI, AS A CHARACTER,,, REALLY MEANS THE WORLD TO ME ( as sb who has ptsd & depression myself ) and his development in my opinion ( since now I’m closing in on all four routes ) is probably the most drastic & in depth of the three lords.
He does have some issues that he recognizes & comes to terms with seeking help with once he realizes that he’s deserving of it - since Dimitri’s whole thing is that he doesn’t think he’s deserving of anyone’s kindness or love or help or compassion thanks to his own grief & guilt.
He will give you the shirt off his back and he’s definitely not someone who enjoys being seen on a higher level than others and he’s so human in the sense that he’s one of the only people in Faerghus who refuses to believe Duscur was orchestrated by the Duscurian people. He saves Dedue - who devotes his entire life to him - but only wishes for Dedue to see him as a friend. He just wants a friend.
Some facts !
I forget what the exact word for it is but Dimitri can’t taste anything except... cheese?? Is that it?? Is that where the cheese thing come from?? Yeah basically he can’t taste anything.
He possesses the Crest of Blaiddyd which enhances his strength to superhuman levels to the point where, when he was only eight years old, he snapped a sword clean in half on accident.
Again I will say he’s a major sweetie & I highly recommend at least reading through some of his supports since my god all of them are... so good. I fucking love Dimitri.
Also he’s bi because I fucking said so and it’s a CRIME you can’t s-rank him as both masculine & feminine Byleth.

SOOOOO Mitya here is a housekeeper at Cozy Corner Inn. He didn’t survive the takeover - but his memories are returning at a quicker pace than that of my other character who didn’t survive, Zelda, as Dimitri’s already beginning to see glimpses of his past throughout dreams
...well, mainly nightmares unfortunately : ( but you get the drill
He has a lot of really awful nightmares but once in a while he dreams of this dark-haired person with a smile that no-one else has and it puts him... at ease whenever he wakes up
I also imagine he routinely volunteers at local shelters or centres or the like just because it’s very In-Character for him to do so
I DON’T HAVE,,, A LOT OF WHAT HIS LIFE IS LIKE IN CT AS OF RN but even tho his eye is never explained in-game he thinks in CT the scar he got over it was from a cat ahsushauhshs
