Officer: Castle. RC: Oh thank you! KB: Are you getting mail here now? RC: Only when I don’t want my daughter to see it. [...] KB: We have a song: you talk too much by clarence carter.

I like castle’s outfit today. Nice jacket. (& ryan too)

Weird baseball references. I like Ryan’s movements, hands deep in pockets, swaying & stopping the way he does. JE: & I found something unusual: “Almost every morning, she bought coffee.” KR: A doctor who buys coffee, wow that is unusual. JE: . It is! If the coffee shop is 20 blocks from her apartment. RC: Maybe it was on her way to work? JE: Nope, complete opposite direction. RC: Boyfriend in the neighbourhood? JE: On my way to find out. *Looks at Ryan while walking away* KR: Oh great, now he’s mad at me Girl what did you expect for making fun of him & interrupting like that? (I can see why people ship these two)

Love this guy’s bowtie. My older brother the hospital worker hated this episode. I have a friend who was a female doctor. In her day there was a changeroom for doctors (with normal uniforms) & a changeroom for nurses with bright pink uniforms. She was a doctor, she didn’t want to wear the pink nurse uniform. Thankfully, she made friends with a male nurse who also did not want to wear the pink nurse’s uniform. Castle: No I’ll stand by it This guy is a flirt! I mean there is a difference between being friendly & being “friendly” bud. (canon disabled character) Her. No wait, her! Seriously? Seriously. Seriously!? Seriously! Seriously?? Seriously!!

Ryan... “who’s smoking hot btw” ya shut it The others. I call it, the galaxy of greg! Ryan XD this is great Ok now usually I love it when people are great platonic friends but this guy seems like he is sleeping with them. Or he’s gay & really is their special friend. Except he’s more than hitting on those other gals & he is not trying to get involved with them. & later in the episode we learn he is devoted already. He could totally be gay & just complimenting you the way he does all the other women he’s strictly platonic with.

Probably better to know the whole story bc then u can see she loved you & he didn’t know she did so he loved you too.

Besides, if it were you & I in Amy’s shoes, we’d still be rotting in prison. (Beckett & another cop look at Esposito & Castle comparing themselves to the lovers in prison) JE: Ha! Speak for yourself bro. I’d escape. RC: What, you’d just leave me in there? JE: It’s the law of the jungle. I’ve got to look out for Numero Uno. RC: Wow. Nothing like a hypothetical prison term to let you know who your friends really are. (I love a good castito idea lol) KB: Don’t worry Castle, I’d get you out. (Esposito nods) (Castle looks at her, remembering what his mom said about love.) KB: You coming? RC: Yeah (they walk off & esposito simply smiles at them in the back)

My question about this interaction is: how close is the hypothetical situation. Is Esposito in prison & castle trying to get him out? Did they get wrongly accused of being getaway drivers? Are they both in prison without devoted lovers? Did they actually commit crimes? How about Beckett? She probably meant “I’d go through all the police channels to get you out bc you weren’t the getaway driver”

A Jack Lowden Imagine for @deathbylowden Mary- I really, really hope you enjoy this.

Never did you think you would be the person to see the world through a lens. You are a firm believer in the mantra from that John Mayer song 3x5. You don't like taking pictures for yourself. You like seeing things for yourself.

Which is ironic given that you're a travel photographer. You literally make money taking pictures of places you go. Because that's what normal people do for a living: they go against their fundamental beliefs to make money.

Where are you now? Scotland.

You'd just come from warm, sunny Thailand where you took some of the best photographs you'd ever taken, met monkeys and elephants, and now you're standing in the rain on a street corner in Edinburg.

It's far too windy to bother with an umbrella, so with your wellies, a fleece lined mac, and waterproof backpack for your camera and gear you take a deep breath and head off down the street.

As you traipse through the city, you find that you crave a cup of tea desperately with the hope that it will cut through the cold you're feeling down in your core. It's the type of cold that makes you feel like you'll never be warm again.

Finally, you spot a cafe that looks inviting enough, and you surge forward through the door with a renewed sense of energy. There's even a fireplace. You let out a deep sigh of relief as you push your hood back and find a table to set your things down at.

In all honesty, the cafe looks a little like something you'd see in the town of Hogsmeade from the Harry Potter series. It's all dark, natural wood with a cozy environment, only a few fellow patrons all keeping to themselves, reading and writing and just sitting. You smile to yourself. These people seem wonderfully calm and their cafe preferences make you think Scotland can't possibly be all rainy and dreary.

There's a small unoccupied wooden table in the back, near the fireplace, that practically calls out to you. You pull off your mac and slip it on the back of the chair before rooting through your bag to find your wallet.

"Can I help you?" The man behind the counter asks when you step up. Even as a bit of an experienced traveler, you struggle with the thickness of his accent, but try to act natural, like you belong.

"Just a cup of tea and... the... pan-pan au Chocolat?" God, you butcher that pronunciation. It's a good thing you don't know any French people personally. They might hate you for that. You can always play the ignorant American card. You hate the card. Despise it. But you have it to be played. Just in case.

"Be right out, lass," the man nods and you hand over the correct change. You'd been to England before, so you were pretty fluent with the British pound. That, at least, was comforting as you find your way back to your table. You deposit the wallet back into the bag and reach for your travel guide you'd purchased at the airport before heading to your hostel, and a sharpie to write with.

The heat from the fire is enticing, reaching out to you, flickering with a welcoming wave as the logs burn in the large fireplace that takes up half the side wall, but you're still cold. Your fingers are moving slowly as you sift through the pages of your guide and look for where you'd planned on going first to try and make more of a solidified plan.

"'ere you are, lass," the man from earlier, the man who took your order, is placing your plate with a warm chocolate pastry down beside your elbow before going back to his tray to grab the teapot and teacup. "Enjoy," he gives a friendly smile before walking away.

"Thank you," you smile back and pour your tea. The steam hitting your face and calming you. There it is. There's the warmth.

You wait a minute for it to cool down and start scribbling in the guide again. When you feel that you've got a logical plan mapped out for the afternoon and for tomorrow as well, you push the book aside and teach for your tea, the warmth seeping into your hands and reaching into the rest of you.

You're finally warm as you take a large sip of the tea, milk with two sugars, of course, and you close your eyes for a moment to revel in the calm you feel.

Oddly, Thailand with all its warmth and sun was never this calming. Again, you allow yourself to think, briefly, that Scotland can't possibly be all cold and grey.

Without opening your eyes you raise your mug to your lips and take another sip, feeling the soreness deep in your muscles from your hikes in the jungle last week and trying to relax the soreness, the stiffness from the plane, away.

"Oh no," a voice close by sighs with what you take to be distaste.

You open your eyes and find yourself looking into the shockingly blue eyes of a young man.

"Excuse me?" You ask, trying to find out if he was talking to you, and if he was, why. You take him in. He's probably about your age at twenty-nine. Tall and lean with blonde hair and a beard that looks more ginger than blonde. His blue eyes are looking at you with a bit of what you take to be intrigue as he bites his bottom lip, presumably to hold back a smile. Oh. He's got dimples too, you notice now.

"You're using a guidebook," He grimaces now. "Those things are tourist traps." His Scottish lilt, much like the man behind the counter, is thick and you find yourself giving a lot of attention to listening to him, watching him as he watches you. "You cannae have found anything good in there," he points to the book with the hand not holding a paper cup.

"Cannae?" You ask, wondering if you'd heard him right.

"Can not," he shrugs and then points to the chair opposite you, asking with his eyes if he can join you. You nod slowly, both in understanding and in acquiescence to his request.

"I don't know," you shrug, taking in the way he sits across from you so casually as if you're old friends. You realize in that moment that you don't even know his name. "There has to be some backing to these guidebooks. I mean, they're called tourist traps for a reason, right?"

"Yes and no," he shrugs right back at you as he places the cup of tea down and crosses his arms across his chest before one hand starts to scratch at his beard.

"What do you mean?" You ask.

"Clearly there's some backing, you're not wrong," he admits. "But there's so much more to Scotland than just Edinburg castle and Loch Ness."

You blush bright red under his gaze and squirm a bit in your seat, fiddling with the thumb holes in your long sleeve shirt that you never use.

"You were planning on going to both, weren't ya?" He asks with a bit of a grin slipping onto his face.

"Well," you grumble. "I only just got into the country this morning. This afternoon I was just going to stay in the city and hit the castle and Arthur's Seat before heading out farther tomorrow."

"How long're you here for?" He asks.

"Two weeks," you say now. "I'm a travel photographer."

"Right," he nods, still rubbing a hand over his beard. He looks you over for a bit, watching you. Again you want to squirm and you fight against the instinct to do so.

After a minute or so he shifts around, sitting up straighter and extends a hand.

"'m Jack," he smiles as you reach forward hesitantly and shake his hand back, feeling his large hand, his long fingers, wrap around your own. "If you'll have me, I can be your guide to Scotland," he says.

"How do I know you're not some ax murderer?" You ask, warily. You'd learned to trust strangers in your travels, but you also know there's a limit to the trust.

He sighs and runs his hand over his face. "I promise that I'm not an ax murderer," he says. There a pause before: "I'm an actor."

"An actor?" You ask, incredulous. Yeah fucking right.

"Mhmph," he hums.

You squint at him in disbelief as you reach for your phone. "Anything I'd have seen?" You ask.

"D'ya like war movies?" He asks back.

"You've caught me," you look up from typing his first name into Google. "I haven't watched any new movies in years. I just haven't really had time." His eyes widen in shock. "What's your last name?" You frown down at your phone.

"Lowden," he supplies.

You scroll through your phone search, looking through the links that pop up when you hit enter. Holy nuggets. He really is an actor. A very cute one, you think as you keep scrolling through photographs. A famous one as well, from not far from here. Somewhere called Oxton in the Scottish Borders.

He could still be an ax murderer, but with any level of fame and no real sense of anonymity in this country, it'd certainly be hard to keep that habit a secret for long.

"No shit," you whisper after a few minutes of checking out links and reading articles. You desperately want to watch some of the videos but suppose you could wait until later when he isn't around.

"Good enough for you?" He asks with a smile when you look back up at him. His dimples flashing and making you blush.

"You really want to cart me around Scotland and show me its wonders for two weeks? A girl you don't even know?" You ask not believing him for a second.

"It'd be my pleasure to show you my homeland," he shrugs. "Plus, I've not really been home for any length of time for quite a while and I feel like I'm due to see Scotland again, as well."

"Can we still go to the castle and Arthur's Seat this afternoon?" You ask and he gives you a look. "You'll have complete control of the itinerary from here on out, but I feel with the mist and fog and rain I could really capture some amazing photographs."

"Fine," he sighs with a smile. "But I'm choosing where we have dinner."

"Sounds like a deal to me," you smile and throw your guidebook into your backpack (just in case). After a few more minutes of chatting, and finishing your tea and pastry, Jack guides you to his car, some fancy ass Range Rover parked down the street from the cafe.

"Ready to see Scotland?" He asks.

"Absolutely," you nod and feel the anticipation of a good day exploring spread throughout your body.

"Oh my god," you moan as you pop another chip into your mouth. "How is this place not world famous?"

Jack laughs. "I've been asking that for years."

You'd gone to the castle and to the park to see Arthur's Seat and now you're at some hole-in-the-wall pub that Jack dragged you to. The food here is to die for, you've discovered. He was a very good guide this afternoon.

For one, you didn't have to put more money on your Oyster card so you could take the busses. And for another thing, you got to hear personal stories about the places you were driving past.

Jack also asked a lot of questions about your photography. How you got into it. How you found such a cool job with it. Often asking if he could look at the pictures you'd just snapped, too.

He had to agree, the gloomy weather somehow made for perfect photographs of the subjects you'd requested to see.

He was fun to be around. Despite his being a deeply sarcastic and cynical human, you found that somehow Jack's humour actually kept the mood quite light as you trudged through the rain and oohed and awed at everything you saw.

He was genuinely fun to be around. You were already looking forward to the next two weeks, eager to hear what would come out of his mouth next.

"And this surely won't kill me, right?" You ask pointing to the drink he'd gotten for you.

"Not unless you can't hold your Scotch," he gives a smile, his eyes glowing with his delight as he watches you sip it carefully.

You'd always thought Scotch and whiskey were odd forms of poison, a bit too strong and heavy, but even you had to admit, it was pretty good Scotch. Jack gives you a knowing look as he sips his own identical drink.

"So what hotel are you staying at?" He asks now.

"Not a hotel," you shake your head.

"What?"

"A hostel," you explain. He gives you a look so you continue. "I take the extra per diem I get from saving on a hotel budget and put it towards having more adventures. Plus, I'm only ever there to sleep anyway, so I don't really bother with hotels."

"Right," he looks at you curiously. "You'll have to send me the address so I can bring you back tonight," he nods.

"You're really not deterred at all from this tour trip of Scotland? Not even a full afternoon with me was enough to get you to call it off?"

Jack rolls his eyes. "Not even close," he smiles. "I'm beyond excited to show you everything I know and tell you secrets that even your fancy guidebook can't manage to spill."

"I cannae wait," you smirk as you use the Scottish word. He shakes his head with a laugh.

"Not half bad," he commends the usage of it.

"No?" you ask, raising your eyebrows.

"We might make a Scot out of you yet," he says earnestly.

"You've got two weeks, Lowden," you tease him, much like you'd been doing all afternoon.

"To adventures," he raises his glass toward you in a toast.

"To adventures and nice strangers in cafes," you smile and clink your glass against his before you both drink the rest of the contents, feeling warm not just from the alcohol, but with anticipation for what is to come from spending time with each other as you roam across all of Scotland looking for adventure.

Here is first in my new series of Harry Potter lots: The Burrow!

All required CC is included, there are a few recolours which didn’t package, so they are in a folder in the rar. The CC used is mainly build mode items- I used mainly maxis items to furish and decorate inside, you can decorate with your own CC.

Arthur’s shed and the layout of the garden are inspired by this lot at MTS: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=295694

Sims can use the stairs properly (I checked) but I can’t promise that all the furniture is accessible and usable, although most of it should be. There is a fire alarm in the kitchen and a ‘fellytone’ (telephone) and computer in Arthur’s shed. Lot size is 3x5.

I’ve also made a new piece of CC for this lot- a gnome for wizarding gardens! It is cloned from the Maxis garden gnome, so sims can kick and steal it. The gnome model is from the Chamber of Secrets video game. I have included the gnome in the rar, so you can install the gnome without the lot if you want.

Edit: Forgot to add, I have all EPs and SPs, so you'll probably need them!

Note

so you and Hammersley's involvement in the story for Mewberty is from completely reworking the episode from the ground up, and I'd imagine a less extreme reworking happened to Blood Moon Ball, but what about Mewnipendence Day and Storm the Castle? Did you and Hammersley rework those episodes enough to get story by credit, or were you two directly involved with their outlines?

Aaron and I wrote Mewberty, Blood Moon Ball, And Storm the Castle. We wrote/broke the stories on 3x5 cards and pitched them to Daron. She gave us notes and ideas and we took that and storyboarded the episodes. There were outlines for those stories but very little of the original material stayed in tact. The episode titles and themes were very different from what the episodes became.
